Claims (11)

  1. Système comprenant une unité embarquée (UOBU) qui est configurée comme tachygraphe numérique (DTCO) pour surveiller les temps de conduite et de repos ainsi que les vitesses maximales admissibles, dans lequel le tachygraphe (DTCO) est conçu pour effectuer un stockage sécurisé et fiable et est couplé à un capteur (SENS1) pour effectuer un stockage sécurisé de valeurs de mesure, et comprenant au moins un dispositif de détermination de position (POS) et/ou au moins un dispositif de communication radio (COM) qui peuvent être couplés, pour l'utilisation par l'unité embarquée (UOBU), à l'unité embarquée (UOBU), ou qui sont contenus dans celle-ci, et l'unité embarquée (UOBU) présente au moins une fonction d'au moins deux des dispositifs de véhicules suivants, qui utilisent en commun l'au moins un dispositif de détermination de position (POS) et/ou l'au moins un dispositif de communication radio (COM) et l'unité embarquée (UOBU) est réalisée de manière à remplacer au moins une fonction pour chaque dispositif de véhicule : dispositif de détection de péage (MOBU), dispositif de détection de données d'événement (EDR), dispositif d'appel de secours (ECALL), dispositif de surveillance du transport (TRANS), dispositif de surveillance de trajectoire de véhicule (POSTRACK), dispositif de gestion de la flotte (FLOT).
  2. Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'au moins une fonction comprend une interface utilisateur.
  3. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'au moins une fonction comprend un stockage de données.
  4. Système selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'unité embarquée (UOBU) est conçue pour sécuriser le stockage de données de manière cryptographique par signature et/ou chiffrement.
  5. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'au moins une fonction comprend une communication de données par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un dispositif de communication radio (COM).
  6. Système selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'unité embarquée (UOBU) est conçue pour signer et/ou pour vérifier et/ou pour chiffrer et/ou pour déchiffrer de manière cryptographique la communication de données.
  7. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'au moins une fonction comprend une détermination de position au moyen de l'au moins un dispositif de détermination de position (POS).
  8. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité embarquée (UOBU) est conçue pour remplacer entièrement l'au moins un dispositif de véhicule en ayant recours à l'au moins un dispositif de détermination de position (POS) et/ou à l'au moins un dispositif de communication radio (COM).
  9. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif de communication radio (COM) est conçu pour établir une communication de données avec un dispositif de communication radio correspondant dans au moins un autre véhicule (VEH).
  10. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif de communication radio (COM) est conçu pour établir une communication de données par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une station de base radio mobile (BAS).
  11. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, qui est conçu pour envoyer, par l'intermédiaire de l'au moins un dispositif de communication radio (COM), une position courante déterminée au moyen de l'au moins un dispositif de détermination de position (POS) et/ou un itinéraire parcouru et/ou une information de vitesse et/ou une alarme d'accident et/ou un appel d'urgence et/ou des informations concernant des temps de conduite et de repos et/ou un poids du chargement et/ou une température de l'espace de chargement et/ou une consommation de carburant.
