Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Einbauen eines Belages (6) aus Einbaumaterial (5) mit einer Einbaubohle (3) eines Straßenfertigers (1), bei dem ein Verdichtungsaggregat, insbesondere ein Tamper (14), während des mit einer wählbaren Einbaugeschwindigkeit (V) laufenden Einbaus des eine wählbare Belagstärke (S) aufweisenden Belages das Einbaugut mit zyklischen Arbeitstakten mit wählbarem Hub (H) und wählbarer Frequenz (F) vorverdichtet, ist zumindest der Hub (H) abhängig von Einbauparametern wie zumindest der Einbaugeschwindigkeit (V) und/oder der Belagstärke (S) entlang einer Kennlinie oder in einem Kennfeld automatisch verstellbar. In der Einbaubohle (3) weist das Verdichtungsaggregat ein bei laufendem Einbau betätigbares Verstellgetriebe (24) zum Verstellen des Hubes (H) des Verdichtungsaggregats auf.
