  • the invention has for its object to achieve a simplification of the production while increasing the security against breakage in locking systems of the type mentioned.
  • the counter-element is formed by a teilkugel-, truncated cone or pin-shaped survey.
  • the key channel of the lock cylinder does not have to be specially provided with an additional profiling for the counter element, since the counter element is arranged completely in the groove or the recess.
  • the production of the lock cylinder can be considerably simplified, because no steps for generating a profiling of the key channel for the counter element must be provided.
  • conventional lock cylinder with a hitherto conventional profiling of the key channel can form the basis for the production of a locking system according to the invention, without a complex introduction of additional profiling is required in these key cylinders in the key channel.
  • an additional blocking a rotational movement of the lock cylinder can be achieved by the additional locking element.
  • the additional locking element acts only with the mating element of a "matching", the same locking system as the lock cylinder associated key together such that no additional blocking during the rotation occurs or that unlocking an additional blocking takes place at maximum inserted into the lock cylinder key.
  • a multiplicity of different additional permutations can be achieved, whereby the locking system according to the invention ensures a high level of security.
  • the security is also increased by the fact that no commercial key blanks can be used for the production of unauthorized imitations, since these normally have no groove or recess as the keys of the locking system according to the invention.
  • the additional locking element in the guide channel is exclusively translational or linearly displaceable.
  • the guide channel can be particularly easily implemented, for example. By means of one or more holes.
  • the key has no moving part.
  • the counter element is attached as a static part of the key or formed on the key. This makes the key easy to manufacture and is relatively robust against external influences compared to a key with moving parts.

  • the use of the end region of the groove or the recess as a key-side stop element in combination with the closing cylinder-side stop element has the advantage that arise from closing system to lock system different training and / or arrangement of the key side or closing cylinder side stop element additional Permutations réelle. These can be further increased by the locking system to lock system on the key side, the arrangement of the counter element relative to the key side stop member and the locking cylinder side in a corresponding manner, the arrangement of vinsperrelements is varied relative to the closing cylinder side stop element.
  • a guide element arranged in the cylinder core forms the guide channel for guiding the additional locking element and projects so far into the keyway that the guide element forms a closing cylinder-side stop element.
  • the guide element therefore has a dual function, since it is used on the one hand to guide the guide channel movably arranged toastsperrelements and the other as a stop for limiting the maximum insertion depth of the key.
  • An additional closing cylinder side stop element which is arranged in a separate recess in the cylinder core, can thus be saved, which simplifies the production of the lock cylinder.

  • the key bit 11 known from conventional keys, which has a plurality of notches 13.
  • the in Fig. 5A Lock cylinder 15 shown has a lock cylinder housing 16 and a lock cylinder 17 on.
  • a guide channel 25 is formed, in which in the illustrated variant in the form of two balls 59, 61 formed additional locking element due to the action of the survey. 9 pushed outwards, so can be moved transversely to the insertion direction of the key 1.
  • the guide channel 25 is not formed directly from the cylinder core 17. Rather, in a corresponding recess of the cylinder core 17, a sleeve-like guide member 63 is arranged, through which the guide channel 25 for guiding the two balls 59, 61 is formed.
  • the guide element 63 has a first portion 65 with a larger outer diameter, in which the larger ball 61 is arranged.
  • the cylinder core circumferential surface 29 facing the end of the first portion 65 has such a large opening that the lying in the plane AA housing pin 33 could penetrate into the opening when it is moved upon rotation of the cylinder core 17 on the housing pin 33.
  • Fig. 1B The statements made at the in Fig. 5A As a result, the ball 61 is displaced into an alignment position to the cylinder core peripheral surface 29, so that the ball 61 prevents the penetration of the housing pin 33 into the opening of the first portion 65 and thus no blocking of the Rotary movement of the cylinder core 17 takes place.
  • the cylinder core 17 can be rotated relative to the housing 16, without causing blocking of the rotational movement by the housing pin penetrating into the opening of the first section 65.
  • the guide member 63 also has a second portion 67, in which the smaller ball 61 is arranged and, as shown in FIG Fig. 5A can be seen protruding into the keyway 21.
  • the second section 67 forms a stop for the stop element 23, which is formed by the end region of the groove 7 facing away from the key tip 5.
  • the guide element 63 thus has a double function, since it is on the one hand for guiding the formesperrelements, which is formed in the illustrated variant of the two balls 59, 61, and on the other hand as a closing cylinder side stop element for the key-side stop element 23 is formed.
  • the closing cylinder-side abutment element lying in a separate plane see, for example, FIG. Fig. 1A with the arranged in the plane AA lock cylinder side stop element 19 and Fig. 1B saved with the arranged in the plane BB additional locking element).
  • the additional steps for attaching an additional closing cylinder side stop element see. Fig. 1A ), whereby the production of the lock cylinder 15 is simplified and the cost can be reduced.
  • Fig. 5B variant shown differs from the variant according to Fig. 5A by the configuration of relievesperrelements 27. This is in the variant according to Fig. 5B in the form of a bolt, which has a head arranged in the first section 65 of the guide element 63.
  • the guide element 63 comprises a first section 65 with a larger cross section and a second section 67 with a smaller cross section.
  • the guide element 63 is arranged in a correspondingly stepped recess in the cylinder core 17, cf. Fig. 5B .
  • the recess may for example be formed by holes whose diameter corresponds to the outer diameters of the first and second sections 65, 67 and in which the guide element 63, in particular in the manner of a fit, is inserted.
  • the second section 67 protrudes with a defined depth into the keyway 21, so that it can be ensured that the second section 67 has a stop forms for the key-side stop member 23 of the "matching" key 1 and the insertion of the key is not blocked (in too deep protruding guide member) or no stop forms (too shallow depth). Therefore, the design of the guide member 63 with a first portion 65 of larger diameter and a second portion 67 with a smaller diameter and its arrangement in a correspondingly shaped recess in the cylinder core 17 in a simple manner, the production of the lock cylinder 15 is simplified and ensured that the Guide member 63 protrudes with a defined depth in the keyway 21.
  • the additional locking element 27 is moved completely in the keyway 21 inserted "matching" key 1 through the survey 9 in the guide channel 25 to the outside, that the additional locking element 27 comes into an alignment position to the cylinder core peripheral surface 29.
  • the additional locking element 27 prevents the housing pin 33 from penetrating into the guide channel 25 during a rotational movement of the cylinder core 17 and blocking the further rotational movement.
  • Figs. 6, 6A and 6B described locking system differs from that with respect to the Fig. 5 . 5B to 5D essentially described by the fact that in the groove 7 no Survey, but a depression 10 is formed. Furthermore, in the lock cylinder housing 16 a cylinder core 17 facing sink 39 is formed, which is not twisted cylinder core 17 (FIG. Fig. 6A ) extends in extension of the guide channel 25.
  • the additional locking element 27 is designed such that it is first displaced outwardly on insertion of the key 1 from the groove 7 and engages in a blocking manner in the depression 39.
  • the end of vinsperrelements 27, which faces the keyway 21, complementary to the recess 10 is formed so that at maximum inserted key 1, the end of unbesperrelements 27 penetrates into the recess 10, whereby the additional locking element 27 is displaced such that it is not more engages in the depression 39 and thus causes no additional locking of the cylinder core 17 relative to the housing 16.
  • the additional locking element 27 counteracts the housing pin 33 and prevents jamming between the guide channel 25 and the housing pin 33 when the guide channel 25 during a rotational movement of the cylinder core 17 is moved over the housing pin 33 away.
  • the opening of the guide element 63 facing the housing pin 33 is preferably not formed so large that the housing pin can penetrate into the guide channel 25.
  • Figs. 5A and 5B fulfills the guide member 63 also in the variant according to Fig. 6A a dual function, since this is provided both to guide the relievesperrelements 27 and as a closing cylinder side stop element for the key-side stop member 23 of the key 7 of the key 1.
  • the first section 65 is tubular and has, as in particular Fig. 8 can be seen, at its end an enlarged opening into which a housing pin 33 can penetrate.
  • the second portion 67 is also tubular and has two extensions 69 which protrude into the keyway 21 and thus serve as a stop for the key 1.
  • the two extensions 69 are configured and arranged so that a survey 9 in the groove of the key 1 (see. Fig. 5 ) can be moved between the two extensions 69 and that the key-side stop member 23 can reach the extensions 69 to the plant.
  • the Fig. 9 and 10 show in perspective and cut the cylinder core 17 of the lock cylinder 15 of Fig. 5A , where in Fig. 9 no key and in Fig. 10 the "matching" key 1 is inserted in the keyway 21.
  • the "matching" key 1 has a groove 7 on its broad side 3 with the corresponding elevation 9 and depression 10 on. It is understood, however, that the described variants of lock cylinders can also be redesigned so that these with a key, as in Fig. 3 is shown and on the longitudinal side of the key shank 3 has a recess 45 with an elevation 47 disposed therein, can cooperate.
