- Dispositif de fabrication de sacs (1) à partir de pièces tubulaires qui peuvent être transportées transversalement à leur direction d'extension dans une direction de transport (x) à travers le dispositif, les pièces tubulaires comprenant un tissu de bandelettes en plastique étirées et se composant de deux couches de matériau superposées l'une à l'autre, et le dispositif comprenant au moins les composants suivants :- au moins un équipement pour l'ouverture d'une extrémité d'une pièce tubulaire avec lequel, pour l'ouverture, des parties de l'extrémité de la pièce tubulaire peuvent être repliées sur une paroi de la pièce tubulaire de telle sorte que cette extrémité ouverte peut être assemblée pour former un fond, et- au moins un moyen de pressage, qui est constitué en tant que cylindre presseur (23, 23') rotatif et avec lequel au moins des parties de l'extrémité ouverte peuvent être pressées contre une contre-couche avec formation d'arêtes de pliage,- au moins un moyen de transport, avec lequel la pièce tubulaire peut continuer à être transporté dans la direction de transport (x) après l'ouverture d'une extrémité de cette pièce tubulaire et avant l'action du moyen de pressage,caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre presseur (23, 23') forme avec la contre-couche un interstice avec une cote d'interstice réglable mais fixe à travers lequel au moins des parties du fond ouvert peuvent être introduites. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'axe de rotation (27) du cylindre presseur (23, 23') est parallèle à la direction d'extension des pièces tubulaires. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre presseur (23, 23') s'étend au moins complètement sur toute la largeur de l'extrémité ouverte. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre presseur (23, 23') est mobile par rapport à la contre-couche au moyen d'un dispositif de réglage. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre presseur (23, 23') est supporté en rotation dans un bras de levier (25) qui est supporté lui-même de façon pivotante dans le bâti de machine ou dans des pièces rapportées du bâti de machine. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la contre-couche comprend une surface d'appui, par exemple un plateau de table, sur laquelle les pièces tubulaires reposent pendant leur transport à travers le dispositif. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le contre-couche comprend au moins un cylindre de contre-pression (24). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la surface circonférentielle du cylindre presseur comprend au moins partiellement une surface en acier ou une surface caoutchoutée. - Dispositif selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la surface circonférentielle du cylindre de contre-pression (24) comprend au moins partiellement une surface en acier ou une surface caoutchoutée. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre presseur au moins au nombre de un et/ou le cylindre de contre-pression (24) au moins au nombre de un peut être entraîné. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
respectivement au moins un cylindre presseur est affecté à chacune des deux zones extrêmes des pièces tubulaires. - Dispositif selon la revendication précédente,
caractérisé en ce que,
par rapport au cylindre presseur affecté à la deuxième zone extrême, le cylindre presseur affecté à une des zones extrêmes est disposé de façon décalée l'un par rapport à l'autre dans la direction de transport (x) des pièces tubulaires. - Procédé de fabrication de sacs à partir de pièces tubulaires qui sont transportées transversalement à leur direction d'extension à travers le dispositif, les pièces tubulaires comprenant de préférence un tissu de bandelettes en plastique étirées et se composant de deux couches de matériau superposées l'une à l'autre, et- des parties de l'extrémité de la pièce tubulaire étant repliées sur une paroi de la pièce tubulaire au moyen d'un équipement pour l'ouverture d'une extrémité d'une pièce tubulaire de telle sorte que cette extrémité ouverte peut être assemblée pour former un fond, et- au moins des parties de l'extrémité ouverte peuvent être pressées contre une contre-couche avec formation d'arêtes de pliage par au moins un moyen de pressage qui est constitué en tant que cylindre presseur (23, 23') rotatif,- la pièce tubulaire peut continuer à être transportée dans la direction de transport (x) après l'ouverture d'une extrémité de cette pièce tubulaire et avant la compression,caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre presseur (23, 23') forme avec la contre-couche un interstice avec une cote d'interstice réglable mais fixe à travers lequel au moins des parties du fond ouvert sont introduites.
