Die Falzkanten 43 und 43' sind dabei durch die Außenkanten der Einrichtungen 30 und 31 festgelegt. Auch wenn diese Einrichtungen 30 und 31 Bestandteile von Transporteinrichtungen sind, können sie als Stahlbleche ausgebildet sein, um die die oberen Lagen gefaltet werden können. Durch das Auseinanderziehen und das Legen der Lagen 44, 44', 45, 45' auf die Auflagefläche 14 beziehungsweise den Sackkörper 42, also in die Ebene des Sackkörpers 42, bilden sich vordere Eckeinschläge 40, 40' und hintere Eckeinschläge 41, 41' aus, wobei diese über Falzkanten mit den Lagen 44, 44', 45, 45' verbunden sind. Diese Falzkanten und auch die Falzkanten 43, 43' werden durch den Weitertransport des Schlauchstücks 13 in Richtung x unter die Anpresswalze 23 stärker fixiert, indem die Anpresswalze die Eckeinschläge 40, 40', 41, 41' und die oberen Lagen 44, 44' in Richtung auf die Auflage 14 drückt bzw. presst. Anstelle der Auflage 14 kann auch eine nicht gezeigte Gegendruckwalze als Gegenlage für das verpressen dienen. Die Anpresswalze 23 und/oder 23' kann direkt hinter einer der in dieser Figur nicht gezeigten Öffnungsstationen 8, 8' angeordnet sein, so dass zumindest eine der vorderen Ecken der Eckeinschläge 40, 40' sofort von den Anpresswalzen erfasst wird, so dass ein möglichst unmittelbares Verpressen erfolgt. Es ist denkbar, dass die Anpresswalzen beheizbar sind, um die Güte der Verpressung zu steigern. Die Länge L der Anpresswalzen 23, 23' überschreitet die größte Breite B des aufgezogenen Bodens, die mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung herstellbar sein sollen. Claims (13)

  1. A device for producing bags (1) from pieces of hose, which can be transported in a transport direction (x) transversely to their extension direction by the device, wherein the pieces of hose comprise a fabric consisting of stretched plastic strips and of two layers of material arranged one above the other, and wherein the device comprises at least the following components:

    - at least one transport means with which the piece of hose can continue to be transported in the direction of transport (x) once an end of said piece of hose has been opened and before the action of the pressure means,
    characterized in that
    the pressure roller (23, 23') with the counter-layer forms a gap with an adjustable, but fixed gap size, through which at least parts of the opened bottom can be guided.

    characterized in that
    the axis of rotation (27) of the pressure roller (23, 23') runs parallel to the extension direction of the pieces of hose.

    the pressure roller (23, 23') extends at least completely over the entire width of the opened end.
  4. A device according to any one of the preceding claims,
