Claims (18)
- Installation, insbesondere Anlage (1) zur Temperaturbehandlung von Produkten (2), die in Paletten (3) oder dergleichen angeordnet sind, umfassend mindestens eine Kammer (4), Mittel zum Einführen einer Palette, Mittel zum Fördern (5) der Palette zwischen einem Einlass und einem Auslass, Mittel zum Blasen von Luft (6) durch die Produkte auf einer Palette, Längstrennmittel (7), die im Wesentlichen in der Hauptachse der mindestens einen Kammer angeordnet sind und es ermöglichen, den Luftstrom zwischen der Oberseite (8) jeder in der Kammer vorhandenen Palette und der Decke (9) der mindestens einen Kammer (4) zu verhindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längstrennmittel (7) anhebbar sind und Verschiebemittel (10) umfassen, die das Anheben oder Anbringen von flexiblen Elementen (11) ermöglichen, die eine Abdichtung gewährleisten und unabhängig voneinander sind, um, falls erforderlich, die Höhenunterschiede auf jeder in der Kammer vorhandenen Palette wiederherzustellen, oder eine Antriebswelle (20) umfassen, die mit Haltemitteln (21) ausgestattet ist, die das Antreiben von mindestens zwei Gelenkarmen (22) in Aufwärtsrichtung ermöglichen, und mindestens einer mit den Gelenkarmen (22) verbundenen Dichtungsabdeckung (23), die Gelenkarme unabhängig voneinander sind, um eventuelle Niveauunterschiede auf jeder in der Kammer vorhandenen Palette auszugleichen.
- Installation nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Bewegungsmittel (10) zwei innere (12) und äußere (13) Rohre umfassen, wobei das äußere Rohr (13) die flexiblen Elemente (11) trägt und das innere Rohr (12) eine Klampe (14) trägt, deren Lagerung die Drehung des äußeren Rohres (13) und das Anheben der flexiblen Elemente bewirkt.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, worin die flexiblen Elemente (11) aus Borsten hergestellt sind.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, worin die flexiblen Elemente (11) aus Lamellen hergestellt sind.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der die flexiblen Elemente (11) in ihrem oberen Teil zu einem Vorhang miteinander verbunden sind.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der die flexiblen Elemente (11) in einer oder zwei Reihen verteilt sind.
- Installation nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Haltemittel (21) auf der Antriebswelle (20) angeordnete Stollen (24) umfassen, wobei jede Stollen (24) mit einem sogenannten proximalen Ende (25) eines Gelenkarms (22) zusammenwirkt.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 7, wobei jeder Gelenkarm (22) ein bis drei Gelenke umfasst.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 7, 8, bei der die Gelenke ein Anheben eines unteren Reihenabschnitts (22', 22") des Gelenkarms gegenüber einem höheren Reihenabschnitt (22", 22''') ermöglichen.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 7, 8, 9, bei der die von der Plane (23) auf die Produkte ausgeübte Kraft auf die Unterseite des distalen Endes (26) des Gelenkarms (22) verteilt ist.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 7, 8, 9, 10, bei der die auf der Antriebswelle (20) angeordneten Gelenkarme (22) einen Abstand von 20cm bis 100cm aufweisen.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, bei der die Antriebswelle (20) durch Steuermittel (27), die einen Zylinder umfassen, in Drehung versetzbar ist.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, wobei die Abdichtungsbahn Taschen (30) zum Einführen der Gelenkarme (22) und Faltenbälge (28) zwischen den Taschen zur Winkelbewegung zwischen den Armen (22) umfasst.
- Installation nach Anspruch 13, bei der der Balg (28) eine Bördelform zum unteren Ende (29) des Blechs (23) hin aufweist.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, umfassend zusätzliche Trennmittel (16), die im Wesentlichen senkrecht und an den Enden der Längstrennmittel (7) angeordnet sind und den Luftstrom zwischen zwei Kammern (4) an den oberen Teilen verhindern.
- Installation nach Anspruch 15, worin die zusätzlichen Trennmittel (16) zusätzliche Bewegungsmittel (17) und eine Guillotine (18) umfassen, wobei die zusätzlichen Bewegungsmittel (17) eine translatorische Bewegung der Guillotine (18) zwischen einer abgesenkten Arbeitsposition und einer angehobenen Position ermöglichen.
- Installation nach Anspruch 16, wobei die zusätzlichen Bewegungsmittel (17) mit den Bewegungsmitteln (10) der flexiblen Elemente (11) synchronisiert sind.
- Installation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, umfassend seitliche Dichtungsmittel (19) mit Schiebetüren (20) an den Enden der Kammern (4) und im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Hauptachse jeder Kammer (4) angeordnet.
