Claims (20)
- Anlage (1) zur Temperaturbehandlung von auf einer Palette (3) oder dergleichen angeordneten Produkten (2), enthaltend zumindest eine Kammer (4), Einrichtungen zum Einführen einer Palette, Einrichtungen (5) zum Fördern der Palette zwischen einem Einlass und einem Auslass, Einrichtungen (6) zum Durchblasen von Luft durch die Produkte einer Palette, und Einrichtungen (7) zum longitudinalen Trennen, die im Wesentlichen in der Hauptachse der zumindest einen Kammer angeordnet sind und gestatten, die Luftströmung zwischen der oberen Fläche (8) jeder in der Kammer vorhandenen Palette und der Decke (9) der zumindest einen Kammer (4) zu verhindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (7) zum longitudinalen Trennen angehoben werden können und dass sie zusätzliche Einrichtungen (16) zum Trennen enthalten, die jeweils ein Fallbeil (18) enthalten, im Wesentlichen senkrecht und an den Enden der Einrichtungen (7) zum longitudinalen Trennen angeordnet ist, sowie Verlagerungseinrichtungen (17), die eine Verschiebung der Fallbeile (18) zwischen einer abgesenkten Arbeitsposition und einer angehobenen Position gestatten.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verlagerungseinrichtungen (17) der zusätzlichen Trenneinrichtungen (16) eine Verschiebung eines jeden Fallbeils (18) in eine abgesenkte Arbeitsposition gestatten, in welcher das untere Ende des Fallbeils in Kontakt mit bzw. benachbart zur oberen Fläche (8) einer lotrecht zum Fallbeil angeordneten Palette ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Einrichtungen (7) zum longitudinalen Trennen nachgiebige Elemente (11) enthalten, welche die Dichtheit sicherstellen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 3, wobei die nachgiebigen Elemente (11) aus Borsten bestehen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 3, wobei die nachgiebigen Elemente (11) aus Latten bestehen.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, wobei die nachgiebigen Elemente (11) in ihrem einen Vorhang bildenden oberen Teil miteinander verbunden sind.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, wobei die nachgiebigen Elemente (11) über eine oder zwei Reihen verteilt sind.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Einrichtungen (7) zum longitudinalen Trennen zumindest eine Abdichtungsplane (23) enthalten, die mit anhebbaren, angelenkten Armen (22) verbunden ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Verlagerungseinrichtungen der Einrichtungen (7) zum longitudinalen Trennen das Anheben bzw. Einsetzen der zumindest einen mit den anhebbaren, angelenkten Armen (22) verbundenen Abdichtungsplane (23) gestatten.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Verlagerungseinrichtungen der Einrichtungen (7) zum longitudinalen Trennen eine Antriebswelle (20) enthalten, die mit Halteeinrichtungen (21) versehen ist, die das Mitnehmen der angelenkten Arme (22) in Anstiegsrichtung und der mit den angelenkten Armen (22) verbundenen Abdichtungsplane (23) gestatten.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Antriebswelle (20) über Steuereinrichtungen (27) drehend angetrieben wird, die einen Kraftzylinder enthalten.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, wobei die Halteeinrichtungen (21) Bügel (24) enthalten, die an der Antriebswelle (20) angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Bügel (24) mit einem sogenannten proximalen Ende (25) eines angelenkten Arms (22) zusammenwirkt.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, wobei jeder angelenkte Arm (22) ein bis drei Gelenke enthält.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, wobei die Gelenke der angelenkten Arme ein Anheben eines untergeordneten Teils (22', 22") des angelenkten Arms bezüglich eines übergeordneten Teils (22", 22'") gestatten.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, wobei die von der Plane (23) auf die Produkte ausgeübte Kraft über die Unterseite des distalen Endes (26) des angelenkten Arms (22) verteilt ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, wobei die angelenkten Arme (22) um 20 bis 100 cm beabstandet sind.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 16, wobei die Abdichtungsplane Taschen (30) aufweist, die das Einführen der angelenkten Arme (22) gestatten, sowie Bälge (28) zwischen den Taschen, die eine Winkelauslenkung zwischen den Armen (22) gestatten.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 17, wobei die Bälge (28) eine in Richtung des unteren Endes (29) der Plane (23) erweiterte Form haben.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 18, wobei die angelenkten Arme (22) voneinander unabhängig sind, so dass sie gegebenenfalls Niveauabweichungen an den Paletten ausgleichen können.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, wobei die zusätzlichen Trenneinrichtungen (16) gestatten, die Luftströmung zwischen zwei Kammern (4) im Bereich der oberen Abschnitte der Kammern zu verhindern.
