Claims (13)
- Connecteur d'assemblage pour assembler des pièces de béton préfabriquées (10), qui est sensiblement d'une configuration en forme de coque avec au moins deux parois latérales (7, 8) sensiblement planes et mutuellement parallèles et opposées, et qui comporte un logement d'accueil (2) accessible au moins de l'extérieur par l'intermédiaire d'une ouverture d'accès (9), et comporte en outre, des secteurs de passage (3, 4) de préférence mutuellement opposés, débouchant dans le logement d'accueil (2) et configurés en tant qu'ouvertures de passage (3, 4) pour y faire passer des moyens de fixation (13), les secteurs de passage (3, 4) étant réalisés dans les parois latérales planes (7, 8), caractérisé en ce que le connecteur d'assemblage (1) comporte, par ailleurs, au moins deux parois latérales (5, 6) s'étendant de manière à se rapprocher mutuellement, de préférence de manière à se rapprocher de façon conique, et en ce que chacune des deux parois latérales (5, 6) s'étendant de manière à se rapprocher mutuellement, de préférence de manière à se rapprocher de façon conique, relie les parois latérales sensiblement planes (7, 8), et les secteurs de passage (3, 4) sont réalisés sous forme de fente (3) et/ou de trou oblong (4).
- Connecteur d'assemblage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (5, 6) s'étendant de manière à se rapprocher mutuellement, sont reliées l'une à l'autre, de sorte que la section transversale est ainsi en forme de V ou en forme de U.
- Connecteur d'assemblage selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les secteurs de passage (3, 4) sont de préférence décalés de 90° l'un par rapport à l'autre, et l'un des secteurs de passage est de préférence réalisé sous forme de fente (3) et un autre des secteurs de passage sous forme de trou oblong (4), et/ou la fente (3) est ouverte au moins d'un côté et débouche de préférence dans l'ouverture d'accès (9).
- Connecteur d'assemblage selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur d'assemblage (1) est réalisé au moins partiellement en matière plastique et/ou en métal et, de préférence, en un acier moulé.
- Kit de construction destiné à assembler des pièces de béton préfabriquées (10) à l'aide d'au moins un connecteur d'assemblage selon les revendications 1 à 4, et d'au moins une douille à ancrage (16), de préférence une douille à ancrage ondulé (16).
- Kit de construction selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le kit de construction comprend en plus au moins un corps de réservation d'évidement (15), qui de préférence est prévu pour être fixé à un élément de coffrage (17) destiné à la fabrication d'un élément de construction (10), et qui, par ailleurs, est prévu pour assurer le maintien d'au moins une douille à ancrage (16), de préférence une douille à ancrage ondulé (16) destinée à être insérée dans l'élément de construction (10).
- Kit de construction selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps de réservation d'évidement (15) est réalisé au moins partiellement en métal et/ou en matière plastique, et, de préférence, est au moins partiellement magnétique.
- Kit de construction selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le kit de construction comprend, par ailleurs, un moyen d'étanchéité (14), de préférence une bande d'étanchéité (14), qui est prévu pour être inséré entre les éléments de construction (10) avant l'assemblage de ceux-ci.
- Procédé pour assembler des pièces de béton préfabriquées (10), qui présente les étapes suivantes :réunification d'éléments de construction (10) pourvus chacun d'au moins un évidement (11) et d'une douille à ancrage (16), notamment une douille à ancrage ondulé (16), de manière à ce que les évidements (11) des éléments de construction (10) à assembler soient mutuellement en regard,insertion du connecteur d'assemblage (1) selon les revendications 1 à 4, dans les évidements (11) des éléments de construction (10),insertion des moyens de fixation (13) à travers l'ouverture d'accès (9) dans le logement d'accueil (2), et respectivement à travers un secteur de passage (3, 4) du connecteur d'assemblage (1), dans une douille à ancrage (16) respective, de préférence une douille à ancrage ondulé (16),fixation des éléments de fixation (13).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'assemblage, on insère entre les côtés (18, 19) à assembler des éléments de construction (10), un moyen d'étanchéité (14), de préférence une bande d'étanchéité (14), et le moyen d'étanchéité (14) s'étend, de préférence dans l'état assemblé des éléments de construction (10), derrière le connecteur d'assemblage (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur (D) des éléments de construction (10) est supérieure à la profondeur (T) de l'évidement (11).
- Agencement destiné à assembler des pièces de béton préfabriquées (10) comprenant au moins un connecteur d'assemblage selon les revendications 1 à 4, au moins deux éléments de construction (10), qui présentent chacun respectivement au moins un évidement (11) dans lequel peut être inséré le connecteur d'assemblage (1), et une douille à ancrage (16), de préférence une douille à ancrage ondulé (16), accessible par l'intermédiaire de l'évidement (11), ainsi que des moyens de fixation (13).
- Agencement selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement comprend, en outre, un moyen d'étanchéité (14), de préférence une bande d'étanchéité (14), qui est prévu pour être inséré entre les côtés (18, 19) à assembler des éléments de construction (10), avant l'assemblage de ceux-ci.
