Claims (12)
- Dispositif (1) de distribution d'ébauches de comprimés (2) sur les matrices (3) d'une presse à comprimés (4), dans lequel il présente un disque rotatif (5), sur la périphérie (6) duquel des renfoncements (7) sont agencés, qui reçoivent au moins en partie par correspondance de forme les ébauches de comprimés (2) et il présente une zone d'entrée (10) et une zone de sortie (11), dans lequel les ébauches de comprimés sont transférées dans la zone d'entrée (10) au disque (5) et dans la zone de sortie (11) aux matrices (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il présente dans la zone d'entrée (10), un moyen d'accélération (14), qui accélère l'ébauche de comprimés (2) en direction du renfoncement (7) et la presse et la presse dans le renfoncement (7), dans lequel il y a une goulotte (15) dans la zone d'entrée (10), qui guide les ébauches de comprimés (2) en direction du disque (5), dans lequel la goulotte (15) présente au moins dans une zone partielle une fente, par laquelle le moyen d'accélération (14) entre en prise avec la goulotte (15) et presse les ébauches de comprimés (2) en direction du disque (5) avec les renfoncements (7).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'accélération (14) est un moyen de rotation, qui est doté sur sa périphérie d'une substance de type caoutchouc.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de rotation est un disque entrainé, qui presse les ébauches de comprimés (2) en direction du disque (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un guide d'ébauches extérieur (8) est agencé dans la zone périphérique du disque (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un éjecteur (9) au-dessus de chaque renfoncement (7).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un actionneur (17) est agencé dans la zone de sortie (11) qui coopère respectivement avec un éjecteur (9) et presse l'ébauche de comprimés respective (2) hors du renfoncement respectif (7) en direction de la matrice respective (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il y a un guide dans la zone d'entrée, qui guide les ébauches de comprimés en direction du disque (5).
- Système présentant un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et une presse à comprimés (4) avec des matrices (3).
- Système selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le disque (5) et les matrices (4) tournent de façon synchrone.
- Système selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de rotation du disque (5) est dérivé du mouvement de rotation de la presse à comprimés (4).
- Système selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que des tampons (19) déforment l'ébauche de comprimés (2), entraînent les disques (5).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le nombre de renfoncements (7) correspond au nombre de matrices (3).
