Definitions
- the invention relates to a free-floating staircase with several stages, each stage has a Rohbautritt and on a wall, a continuous steel cheek or individual mounting flanges are attached to which the Rohbauchere are attached.
- Such a staircase is known from the published patent application 1 965 697.
- the necessary parts for fixing the Rohbaubaums are cast in concrete.
- These include the mounting flange, to which steel sheet boxes for the ends of the shell construction and sleeve dowels for bolts are welded. By screwing then welded to a front side of Rohbautritts steel flange is secured to the mounting flange. For additional support, a rod is provided which is pulled through the sleeve dowels.
- the mounting flange must be cast in concrete with additional securing means and walled in when erecting the wall so that the required stability is ensured.
- Another staircase is known from Offenlegungsschrift 26 15 049.
- the stairs are pulled up together with the masonry, with each shell construction step embedded in the wall.
- a tread plate can be applied for example by screwing from below.
- the shell construction step must be poured into a high-quality concrete so that the required stability is ensured.
- a staircase is known in which the Rohbautritt steel is welded to a continuous steel cheek, which is located on the wall.
- the cheek has a U-profile and is walled in when building the wall.
- the object of the invention is thus seen to further develop the staircase of the type mentioned in such a way that sufficient stability is ensured at different walls. Furthermore, the stairs should also be able to be retrofitted to an existing wall.
- the steel cheek is a flat steel cheek and each mounting flange is designed as a large-area plate.
- the shell construction steps can be welded to the flat steel cheek or the flanges.
- a good pressure distribution is achieved on the wall at load of Rohbautritts on which the staircase runs along.
- the stairs can be mounted on a concrete wall as well as on a less hard brick wall, a gypsum wall or a wooden stud wall in a stable manner.
- the staircase according to the invention can also be mounted on an existing wall, since the steel cheek and the mounting flanges are flat and can be screwed in a simple manner and thus do not have to be walled in as the known stairs already when creating the wall.
- the shell construction step expediently has a U-profile or a double U-profile, the profile being formed by two or more high-edge metal parts welded in the longitudinal direction of the shell construction.
- the staircase according to the invention can be used as a Rohbautreppe or as a finished apartment stairs.
- a further embodiment of the invention therefore provides that a tread of wood in box form is arranged on each shell construction step.
- the box shape of the wooden step gives the stairs a good aesthetic appearance, since the shell construction step is completely covered with wood and thus, in contrast to the above-mentioned prior art is no longer visible.
- To attach the tread on the Rohbaucher the tread is advantageously postponed to the shell construction step and glued.
- a further embodiment of the invention provides that between the Rohbaubaum and the tread a soundproofing material is provided.
- the soundproofing material is neoprene. So that when entering the stairs as little as possible sound is transmitted to the wall, provides a further embodiment of the invention that between the flat steel cheek or the mounting flanges and the wall additionally the soundproofing material is arranged. If the flat steel cheek or the mounting flanges are connected via connecting elements with a pressure plate, which at the Rear side of the wall is arranged, then these soundproofing reasons, these connecting elements and the pressure plate against the wall by the soundproofing material soundproofed.
- a further embodiment of the invention provides that the height of the flat steel cheek is also at least five times the height of the step and the height of the mounting flanges also at least five times the height of the step.
- the height of the flat steel cheek or the height of the mounting flanges can be adjusted according to the stability requirements of the wall.
- a plurality of side flanges are welded to the flat steel cheek.
- the flat steel cheek has a hollow profile.
- reinforcing elements can be arranged in the hollow profile.
- the reinforcing elements may be a rectangular tube made of steel or a solid material made of steel.
- twisting of the flat steel cheek is avoided in a pressure load of the stairs.
- the hollow profile consists of two cheeks, which are welded or screwed together. Such a flat steel cheek need not be completely transported to the appropriate site, but this sandwich construction of the cheek can be completed on site.
- the steel cheeks previously used in the prior art with a U-profile can be used exclusively for straight stairs, as a staircase corresponding to the different momentum bending or bending of the U-profile because of its strength is not possible.
- the cheek in these wall areas often has a different bend from the straight area.
- a further embodiment of the invention therefore provides that the flat steel cheek a matched to the staircase curved shape has. This shape is cut out according to the requirements of the slope of the solid material with a laser.
- the free-floating staircase consists of several stages 1, each stage 1 has a Rohbaucher 2 and a step 3 made of wood in box shape. Between the shell construction step 2 and the step 3 a soundproofing material 4 is provided from neoprene.

Abstract
Description

Fig.2 schematisch gezeigt.
