Claims (22)

  1. Procédé pour la réalisation d'unités d'emballage, formées chacune par un récipient (1) fermé par un raccord à collerette (3) et contenant un produit liquide, caractérisé par au moins les étapes suivantes dans l'ordre suivant :
    - mise à disposition de chaque récipient (1) en matière plastique,
    - remplissage du récipient (1) avec le produit liquide,
    - acheminement et mise en place de chaque raccord à collerette (3) dans une ouverture (2.1) du récipient,
    ainsi que
    - réalisation d'un assemblage étanche entre le récipient (1) et le raccord à collerette (3).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la mise en place et de l'assemblage du raccord à collerette (3), chaque récipient (1) est mis en appui sur un goulot (2) du récipient et/ou sur un collet (2.3) du récipient.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque récipient (1) est du type récipient jetable et/ou chaque raccord à collerette (3) est du type raccord à collerette (3) jetable.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les récipients utilisés sont des récipients (1) de grand volume, tels que ceux avec une contenance de 10 à 20 I.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la mise à disposition des récipients (1), le remplissage des récipients (1), l'acheminement et la pose des raccords à collerette (3) sur les récipients (1), ainsi que l'assemblage des raccords à collerette (3) avec les récipients (1) sont mis en oeuvre dans une installation (6) chronologiquement directement les uns après les autres.

  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage des raccords à collerette (3) avec les récipients (1) est effectué dans un poste (17, 20) ou une machine, consécutifs à la machine de remplissage.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'acheminement et la pose des raccords à collerette (3) sur les récipients (1), ainsi que l'assemblage des raccords à collerette (3) avec les récipients (1) sont effectués dans un poste (17, 20) ou une machine, consécutifs à la machine de remplissage.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage entre les récipients (1) et les raccords à collerette (3) est effectué par vissage des raccords à collerette sur les récipients (1).
