Claims (11)
- Procédé pour la réalisation d'unités d'emballage, formées chacune par un récipient (1) fermé par un raccord à collerette (3) et contenant un produit liquide, avec au moins les étapes suivantes dans l'ordre suivant :a) mise à disposition de chaque récipient (1) en matière plastique par soufflage du récipient (1) ;b) remplissage du récipient (1) avec le produit liquide ;c) acheminement et mise en place de chaque raccord à collerette (3) dans une embouchure (2.1) du récipient ainsi qued) réalisation d'un assemblage étanche entre le récipient (1) et le raccord à collerette (3) par compression du raccord à collerette (3) à l'embouchure (2.1) du récipient,caractérisé en ce que le récipient respectif (1) est constamment maintenu suspendu après sa fabrication selon le point a) pendant la totalité des autres étapes b) à d) à son collet (2.3) et présente ainsi une orientation prédéterminée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la mise en place et de l'assemblage du raccord à collerette (3), chaque récipient (1) est mis en appui sur un goulot (2) du récipient et/ou sur un collet (2.3) du récipient.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque récipient (1) est du type récipient jetable et/ou chaque raccord à collerette (3) est du type raccord à collerette (3) jetable.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les récipients utilisés sont des récipients (1) de grand volume, tels que ceux avec une contenance de 10 à 20 l.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la mise à disposition des récipients (1), le remplissage des récipients (1), l'acheminement et la pose des raccords à collerette (3) sur les récipients (1), ainsi que l'assemblage des raccords à collerette (3) avec les récipients (1) sont mis en oeuvre dans une installation (6) chronologiquement directement les uns après les autres.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le remplissage des récipients (1) est mis en oeuvre dans chaque cas sur une machine de remplissage (15).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'acheminement et la pose des raccords à collerette (3) sur les récipients sont également effectués à l'intérieur de la machine de remplissage (15).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage des raccords à collerette (3) avec les récipients est également effectué à l'intérieur de la machine de remplissage (15).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage des raccords à collerette (3) avec les récipients (1) est effectué dans un poste (17, 20) ou une machine, consécutifs à la machine de remplissage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'acheminement et la pose des raccords à collerette (3) sur les récipients (1), ainsi que l'assemblage des raccords à collerette (3) avec les récipients (1) sont effectués dans un poste (17, 20) ou une machine, consécutifs à la machine de remplissage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par l'utilisation de raccords à collerette (3), qui enserrent à la manière d'un capuchon les récipients (1) dans la zone de leur ouverture exclusivement sur les surfaces extérieures des récipients et sont bloqués ou fixés sur chaque récipient exclusivement au niveau de ces surfaces extérieures des récipients.
