  • dass das Verbinden der Fittings 3 mit den Behältern 1 jeweils durch Aufsetzen der Fittings auf die Behältermündungen 2.1 und durch anschließendes Verpressen erfolgt.

Claims (22)

  1. Method for producing packaging units, each consisting of a container (1) sealed with a keg fitting (3) and filled with a liquid product, characterised by at least the following method steps in the following sequence:
    - supplying the respective container (1), made of plastic,
    - filling the container (1) with the liquid product,
    - provision and insertion of the respective fitting (3) in a container opening (2.1),
    and
    - creating a sealed connection between the container (1) and the fitting (3).
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the respective container (1) is supported on a container neck (2) and/or on a container flange (2.3) while the fitting (3) is being inserted and connected.
  3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the respective container (1) is designed as a disposable keg and/or the respective fitting (3) is designed as a disposable fitting (3).
  4. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that large-volume containers (1) are used as containers, for example those with a container volume of 10 - 20 litres.
  5. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the supplying of the containers (1), the filling of the containers (1), the provision and attachment of the fittings (3) on the containers (1) and the connection of the fittings (3) to the containers (1) are carried out in a plant (6) in direct chronological succession.

  10. Method according to one of claims 7 - 9, characterised in that the connection of the fittings (3) to the containers (1) takes place at a station (17, 20) or machine downstream of the filling machine.
