Claims (12)

  1. Closure for the filling opening of a fluid container filled under pressure comprising a bung liner (10) made from elastic material and fitting into the filling opening, the bung liner having a central opening, and further comprising a bung plug (18) sealingly sitting within the central opening, the bung plug being a valve element of a manually activatable pressure equalization valve and being rotatably adjustable on a handle for activating the valve, characterized in that the closure comprises an activation element (40) which is received together with the handle within the bung plug (18), and in that the activation element can be retracted out of the bung plug (18) via the handle, and in that the bung plug (18) after retracting the activation element (40) can be ejected into the container by means of a dispensing device.
  2. The closure according to claim 1, characterized in that the bung plug (10) comprises a lateral pressure equalization channel (26), the outer opening of which is located above the liquid level within the fully filled container, that the bung plug (18) comprises a sealing closure position, within which the inner opening of the pressure equalization channel (26) is closed, and in that the bung plug (18) has a pressure equalization position, within which it opens an inner opening of the pressure equalization channel (26) to the outside of the bung bushing (10).
  3. The closure according to claim 2, characterized in that the bung plug (18) comprises a sealing boss (22) which is located before the inner opening of the pressure equalization channel (26), when being in the sealing position.
  4. The closure according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the bung plug (18) comprises an outer groove linking the inner opening of the pressure equalization channel (26) with the outer side of the bung plug (10), when being in the pressure equalization position.
  5. The closure according to claim 4, characterized in that the outer groove (30) is closed from the outside and sealingly closed, when being in the sealing position.
  6. The closure according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the activation element (40) is received within the bung plug (18) positively held out of center.
  7. The closure according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the activation element (40) is received in a locking position within the bung plug (18).
  8. The closure according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises an originality indicator allowing to recognize whether the pressure equalization valve was activated or not.
  9. The closure according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the handle is fastened to the activation element (40) by means of ridges (58) which will tear off upon a first bending of the handle upwardly.
  10. The closure according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the handle comprises a seal (62) which latches with the bung liner (10) and which is torn off upon the first moving of the handle apart from the bung liner.
  11. The closure according to any of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the bung liner (10) is received within an anchoring ring (66) whereon a seal (62) is held that protrudes from the bung liner (10), in that the handle latches with the seal (62), and in that the seal (62) is tom off upon first movement of the handle from the anchoring ring (66).
  12. The closure according to claim 11, characterized in that the anchoring ring (66) reinforces the bung liner (10), so that it cannot be withdrawn from the filling opening of the container without destruction.
