- the first cap portion 14 opens, which in particular also the Figure 4 shows, in a ring-like fixing part 44, which in a direction of action 46 (see arrow illustration in Figure 4 ) allows the screwing operation of the first cap part 14 on the external thread of the neck portion 12 along the threaded section 40 and in another, opposite effective direction 48 (see arrow illustration in Figure 4 ) on the container body 10 detent remains, and the first cap member 14 can be solved along a line-shaped separation point 50 of the fixing member 44 with a defined actuation force.
- the separation point 50 consists of a meandering line structure to which the adjacent wall thickness between the fixing part 44 and the first cap member 14 is reduced.
- the fixing member 44 is thus formed in the manner of an annular fixing body having inwardly projecting, elastic locking means 52 (see. Figure 4 ), in the one direction of action 46 corresponding locking means 54 on the container body 10 (see. Fig.1 and cross over in the other direction of action 48 with these.
- elastic locking means 52 of tongue-like and resilient sheet parts on the inner peripheral side of the fixing member 44 and the corresponding locking means 54 on the container itself are formed from web-like edge portions projecting on the neck portion 12 in the transition region to the top of the container body 10.
- the pertinent corresponding locking means 54th may be present in lesser number than the locking means 52, for example in a single pairwise diametrically opposed arrangement, comparable to the representation of the Fig.1 ,
- first cap part 14 If the first cap part 14 is now screwed in the direction of action 46 and in the clockwise direction, it will move into an open position according to FIG Fig.2 , wherein the first cap member 14, the second cap member 16 entrains such that the free end face 30 of the neck portion 12 is penetrated by the mandrel-like extension 32, so that the fluid-carrying path between the interior of the container body 10 and the still mounted first cap member 14 is created ,
- the free path of the threaded section 40 is consumed and the first cap member 14 on the external thread of the neck portion 12 completely screwed and the annular fixing portion 44 is shown in the Fig.2 in full engagement with the corresponding locking parts 54 on the neck part 12th
- the first cap part 14 has at least one pair of diametrically opposed driver elements 56 (cf. Fig.2 ), which engage at associated triangular recesses 58 on the second cap portion 16 and thus cause the entrainment movement.
- Both the nose-like projection of each driver element 56 and the respectively assignable, seen in cross-section triangular course of a recess 58 is selected such that a rotating entrainment downwards for a screwing is possible; but that in the opposite unscrewing the first cap member 14 can be detached from the second cap member 16 by the cam members 56 can slide out of the associated recesses 58 without hindrance. Accordingly, the flank angles in the screwing-on direction are steeper than the adjacent flank angles which can be assigned to the unscrewing movement of the first cap part 14.
- the second cap member 16 has a closed outer peripheral surface and can be seen on the underside the individual engagement bow 60.
- the outer jacket of the second cap member 16 is shown perforated with individual rectangular recesses 62. This has the advantage that the engagement elasticity for the bracket 60 is improved so that they can reach the engagement portion 38 with lower actuation forces during the Aufschraubvorganges for the first cap member 14 ,
- the extension 32 has a plurality of individual passage openings 64, which ensure improved removal behavior.
- the spike-like opening device 20 has a plurality of holes not centrally arranged, which release the passage between the container and the outlet opening 22.
- three such holes or holes are provided on said engaging mandrel in an eccentric arrangement, so as not to weaken the mandrel in its passage area for opening the container body 10.
- a spray-like discharge is possible with a plurality of passage openings 64, provided that the container body 10 is elastically yielding such that a manually applied external pressure passes the stored medium to the spray area in the form of the second cap portion 16.
- the cylindrical outer periphery of the first cap portion 14 has a handle in the form of a corrugation 66 (FIG. see. Figure 4 ).
- a delivery form after the Fig.1 has not yet taken place in the container interior. It is basically also conceivable, a delivery form after the Fig.2 to choose in which the second cap member 16 has already caused an opening operation for the container. Due to the already explained threaded section 40 and in view of the fixing area of the fixing part 44 at the shoulder transition point between the neck portion 12 and container body 10 is thus achieved media-dense separation from the environment, so that in this respect increased sterility requirements are taken into account.

Based on this prior art, the invention is based on the object to further improve this to the effect that on the one hand the practical handling is improved while facilitating production.
This object is achieved by a container with the features of claim 1 in its entirety.
According to the invention, the respective driver element is formed on the first cap part as a nose-like projection. The respective recess in the second cap part as well as the respectively assignable nose-like projection seen in cross-section of the container has a triangular Course. For the rotating entrainment movement during Aufschraubvorgang the nose-like projections on the recesses. In the opposite unscrewing the first cap part of the second cap part dissolves by unhindered slide out the driver from the associated recesses.
Characterized in that by means of the Aufschraubvorganges the first cap part of the second cap member entrains such that the opening means causes the opening of the container body that after unscrewing the first cap part thereof a closure part of the opening of the opening device releases and that the second cap part remains on the neck part leaves the so-called drip part, formed by the second cap part, positively connect with the neck part and fix it to this, wherein the first cap part for releasing the opening on the container body of this removable, in particular unscrewable.
Depending on the particular application and depending on customer requirements, two different opening variants can be realized in this way with only one container. Thus, on the one hand, it is possible to provide the container according to the invention with a so-called open cap arrangement, ie the first cap part is partially, for example half a thread, screwed onto the associated thread of the container body, so that the user first the first cap portion further down along has to turn the thread, then to open the container body by means of the opening means regularly in the form of a mandrel. Here, the second cap part remains on the neck portion and the upper cap in the form of the first cap member is to be rotated in the opposite direction to the previous screwing to release the opening for removal of the stored medium from the container. On the other hand, the container can already be delivered open, ie the first cap part is completely screwed; the second cap part is defined defined on the neck portion and the opening means (mandrel) has already pierced this to release the opening of the container body. The user of the container now only has to unscrew or turn off the upper first cap part in order to be able to use the contents of the container, for example in the form of stored eye drops. Accordingly, with only one arrangement custom two different types of removal options can be realized.
Due to the respective plausible actuating arrangement for both actuating solutions incorrect operation is largely excluded and even if the container solution according to the invention optionally over known solutions on more functional components, in particular in the form of two cap parts, wherein the second cap member is an integral part of the first cap part and of this in the non-release orders for the opening is overlapped, the container according to the invention can be a total and easy to produce, wherein the container body in particular in the context of a so-called blow molding, filling and sealing process, as it has become known under the brand "bottelpack ® " in the art, is produced and the cap parts are preferably made by injection molding.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the container according to the invention it is provided that driver elements of the first cap part, which act on the second cap part, cause the entrainment movement and that after engagement of the second cap part on the neck part, the fixing part is hooked in the other direction of action and the first cap part in the Unscrewing releases. This is a reliable Ensured use and the axial Verfahrstrecken the cap parts to each other are in any case dimensioned such that a secure locking of the second cap member takes place with the container body, so that the first cap part can release the container opening without hindrance. Preferably, it is further provided that for hooking the second cap portion on the neck portion of the container body this has a step inwardly tapering engagement portion engages in the after passing the stage at least one engaging member, preferably in the form of an engagement bracket, the second cap member.
In a further particularly preferred embodiment of the container according to the invention, it is provided that the first cap part has a fixing part which allows the screwing-on of the first cap part in a direction of action and remains in a different direction of action on the container and releases the first cap part for a unscrewing operation, so that such on the fixing part a further defined connection to parts of the container body is created, which helps prevent the penetration of foreign media in any case. It allows the fixing part of an operator so far a functionally reliable use of the cap member assembly.
Preferably, it is provided that the fixing part is an annular fixing body, which has inwardly projecting resilient locking means which sweep in the one direction of action corresponding locking means on the container and hooked in the other direction of action with these.
