Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Behältnis, insbesondere Kunststoff-Ampulle gemäß der Merkmalsausgestaltung des Oberbegriffes des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a container, in particular a plastic ampoule according to the feature configuration of the preamble of patent claim 1.

By the DE 42 32 305 C1 is a cap for containers, in particular in the blow molding process made of plastic and filled in the form and sealed bottles, also in ampoule form, known, with a neck on which a cap can be placed, wherein the cap following the neck receiving portion of a having integrally formed with the latter portion which is formed as a dropper. This patent describes known solutions as bottles of this type, which is provided with an externally threaded neck at its free end by an integrally formed with the neck closure member, wherein a screwed onto the neck cap is internally provided with a centrally disposed mandrel, with the closure part can be pierced. If the cap is removed after piercing the closure part, the liquid in the bottle can be dispensed through the opening formed in the closure part. In this case, however, it has been found that it can happen that the pierced with the mandrel at a not optimally shaped thread of the bottle neck and / or the cap or a non-optimally shaped mandrel Opening obliquely with respect to the longitudinal axis or that after removal of a subset and then screwing the cap, a second opening is pierced, which has the consequence that the liquid in a deviating from the longitudinal axis direction optionally exits at several points, which is obvious Use of the solution is very annoying. Accordingly, the proposed patent solution proposes, thanks to the trained as a dropper portion of the cap, the dosage in dispensing the liquid content of the bottle not by means of an opening formed by the bottle neck, but by means of the dropper of the cap, which allows a trouble-free application use.

By the DE 195 80 104 T1 a comparable container solution is known with an airtight container provided with a cap, wherein a cap mounted in the mandrel for piercing a membrane on the neck portion of the container is used. The hollow mandrel forms a kind of attachment which defines a discharge passageway so as to ensure a controlled liquid withdrawal. For this purpose, the mandrel penetrates the membrane and after removal of a first cap portion of the mandrel is retained on the second cap member in the membrane to provide such a regulated dispensing or dispensing opening for the container. The first cap portion may then again serve to close the dispensing or dispensing opening for the container body of the container. The preparation of the known container solutions is at least partially regarded as expensive and therefore costly.

The US 5,954,233 A relates to a generic container, in particular produced by blow molding and filled in the mold and closed plastic ampoule, with a subsequent to a container body Halsteil on which a first cap member is screwed and with a second cap portion, which has at least one recess and which extends at least partially between the first cap portion and the neck portion and which is provided with at least one opening having opening means for opening the container body, the can be closed by means of the first cap part, wherein the second cap member entrains by means of the Aufschraubvorganges of the first cap part, that the opening means causes the opening of the container body, wherein after unscrewing the first cap part thereof a closure part of the opening of the opening device releases, the second cap part on Neck part remains, with cam elements of the first cap member, which engage the second cap member, allow a rotating entrainment movement for the Aufschraubvorgang and cause the entrainment movement, and wherein after engagement of the second capping partly on the neck part, the first cap part in the unscrewing the opening releases.

For an opening operation in the known container solution are in addition to a ramp guide between ramp parts of the first cap member and the second cap member, the actuation effect a longitudinal delivery of the second cap portion in a detent position on the neck portion of the container, which is associated with a corresponding force during the operation, nor web-like projecting engagement parts on the neck portion present, which engage in associated recesses of the second cap portion for the rotationally fixed fixing on the neck portion, which allows an opening operation of the container in both possible directions of rotation of the first cap portion in its unscrewing or unscrewing on or from the container. Due to the mentioned variety of parts in the known container solution whose production is correspondingly expensive.

The US 5,462,200 also shows a hermetically sealed container whose neck portion is closed at its free end face via a membrane. To open this membrane is an engaging mandrel, which has a fluid-permeable media channel and is part of a second cap part, which undergoes an axial feed movement to open the neck at the free end face with the membrane, provided that the first cap portion screwed the second cap portion across the container becomes. An arranged in the first cap member in the longitudinal axis of the container closure mandrel closes the media or fluid channel of the second cap portion and releases the latter as soon as the first cap portion is unscrewed from the container and thus removed. Also in this solution relatively large actuation forces are necessary to make the axial Aufstoßbewegung for the membrane of the neck portion on the mandrel unit of the second cap part alone on the Aufschraubbewegung of the first cap member on the container.

Based on this prior art, the invention is based on the object to further improve this to the effect that on the one hand the practical handling is improved while facilitating production.

This object is achieved by a container with the features of claim 1 in its entirety.

According to the invention, the respective driver element is formed on the first cap part as a nose-like projection. The respective recess in the second cap part as well as the respectively assignable nose-like projection seen in cross-section of the container has a triangular Course. For the rotating entrainment movement during Aufschraubvorgang the nose-like projections on the recesses. In the opposite unscrewing the first cap part of the second cap part dissolves by unhindered slide out the driver from the associated recesses.

Characterized in that by means of the Aufschraubvorganges the first cap part of the second cap member entrains such that the opening means causes the opening of the container body that after unscrewing the first cap part thereof a closure part of the opening of the opening device releases and that the second cap part remains on the neck part leaves the so-called drip part, formed by the second cap part, positively connect with the neck part and fix it to this, wherein the first cap part for releasing the opening on the container body of this removable, in particular unscrewable.

Depending on the particular application and depending on customer requirements, two different opening variants can be realized in this way with only one container. Thus, on the one hand, it is possible to provide the container according to the invention with a so-called open cap arrangement, ie the first cap part is partially, for example half a thread, screwed onto the associated thread of the container body, so that the user first the first cap portion further down along has to turn the thread, then to open the container body by means of the opening means regularly in the form of a mandrel. Here, the second cap part remains on the neck portion and the upper cap in the form of the first cap member is to be rotated in the opposite direction to the previous screwing to release the opening for removal of the stored medium from the container. On the other hand, the container can already be delivered open, ie the first cap part is completely screwed; the second cap part is defined defined on the neck portion and the opening means (mandrel) has already pierced this to release the opening of the container body. The user of the container now only has to unscrew or turn off the upper first cap part in order to be able to use the contents of the container, for example in the form of stored eye drops. Accordingly, with only one arrangement custom two different types of removal options can be realized.

Due to the respective plausible actuating arrangement for both actuating solutions incorrect operation is largely excluded and even if the container solution according to the invention optionally over known solutions on more functional components, in particular in the form of two cap parts, wherein the second cap member is an integral part of the first cap part and of this in the non-release orders for the opening is overlapped, the container according to the invention can be a total and easy to produce, wherein the container body in particular in the context of a so-called blow molding, filling and sealing process, as it has become known under the brand "bottelpack ® " in the art, is produced and the cap parts are preferably made by injection molding.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the container according to the invention it is provided that driver elements of the first cap part, which act on the second cap part, cause the entrainment movement and that after engagement of the second cap part on the neck part, the fixing part is hooked in the other direction of action and the first cap part in the Unscrewing releases. This is a reliable Ensured use and the axial Verfahrstrecken the cap parts to each other are in any case dimensioned such that a secure locking of the second cap member takes place with the container body, so that the first cap part can release the container opening without hindrance. Preferably, it is further provided that for hooking the second cap portion on the neck portion of the container body this has a step inwardly tapering engagement portion engages in the after passing the stage at least one engaging member, preferably in the form of an engagement bracket, the second cap member.

In a further particularly preferred embodiment of the container according to the invention, it is provided that the first cap part has a fixing part which allows the screwing-on of the first cap part in a direction of action and remains in a different direction of action on the container and releases the first cap part for a unscrewing operation, so that such on the fixing part a further defined connection to parts of the container body is created, which helps prevent the penetration of foreign media in any case. It allows the fixing part of an operator so far a functionally reliable use of the cap member assembly.

Preferably, it is provided that the fixing part is an annular fixing body, which has inwardly projecting resilient locking means which sweep in the one direction of action corresponding locking means on the container and hooked in the other direction of action with these. It is preferably further provided that the first cap portion has at its free, the container body side facing the fixing part and is connected via an easily detachable separation point with the fixing part. In this way, remains at a release process of Container opening on the first cap part, the annular fixing part on the container body and the first cap member is separable from the fixing part with low actuating forces.

With the container solution according to the invention two areas of use can be realized with only one structural design, namely once a delivery form in which the opening means of a cap portion has already caused the opening of the container body, or provide as a further delivery form, that just the pertinent opening has not yet gone by ,

Further advantageous embodiments of the container according to the invention are the subject of the other dependent claims.

This in Fig.1 The container shown in its upper region should in particular be produced in the blow molding process and filled and closed in the mold. In particular, the container formed in the manner of an ampoule is made of a plastic material, wherein the opening device shown below can also be used for differently prepared container solutions. At a designated 10 container body is followed at the top by a neck portion 12, to which a first cap member 14 is screwed. The pertinent cap member 14 is in a perspective bottom view in the Figure 4 played. In the container body 10, a fluid not shown in detail is stored, for example in the form of a medically acting liquid in the form of eye drops and the like. Also pasty or gaseous active substances in the container body can be introduced instead of liquids, for example, the aforementioned blow molding process, which has become known in professional circles under the brand name "bottelpack ®".

Fig.3). In addition to the first cap part 14, a second cap part 16 is present, which extends in the axial longitudinal direction 18 of the container at least partially between the first cap part 14 and the neck part 12. On its side facing the neck part 12, the second cap part 16 has an opening device 20 with a channel-like opening 22, which fully engages through the second cap part 16 in a coaxial direction to the longitudinal axis 18 and opens out into the environment via a funnel-shaped extension 24 ( see. Figure 3 ). The pertinent opening 22 is, as the illustration of the Fig.1 shows, from the first cap part 14th closed, with a tapered locking pin 26 which is arranged coaxially to the longitudinal axis 18 of the container, in the closed position after the Fig.1 the channel-like opening 22 closes by the closure pin 26 engages in the funnel-shaped extension 24 of the second cap portion 16. At its opposite side of the extension 24, the channel-like opening 22 opens into an ambient space 28, which is bounded on the one hand by the free end face 30 of the neck portion 12 and the inner circumferential surface of the second cap portion 16. In this respect, the opening device 20 engages with a conical, thorn-like Extension 32 in the surrounding space 28 a. The free end face 30 of the neck portion 12 is part of an at least partially convex-shaped dome 34, which limits the extent of the surrounding space 28 down to the extent, the dome 34 in the direction of the Fig.1 seen downwardly conically widened and opens into a cylindrical overlap region 36, which merges by a step inwardly tapering in a cylindrical engagement portion 38, which in turn opens out via a conically widening fitting in the direction of a threaded section 40 on the neck portion 12.

In the starting position after the Fig.1 , which may correspond to a delivery condition of the container solution and which reproduces the container before a first application, engages along the threaded section 40 at least partially the first cap member 14 with an internal thread 42 at. The pertinent threaded engagement is such that at least in the in the Fig.1 The starting point of the extension 32 is not yet engaged with the closed end face 30 of the neck portion 12. The frontal closure of the container neck 12 may be generated by the plastic material of the container itself or in the form of a non explained in more detail Closure membrane, which forms the end face 30 of the Behältnishalses 12.

At its opposite end, the first cap portion 14 opens, which in particular also the Figure 4 shows, in a ring-like fixing part 44, which in a direction of action 46 (see arrow illustration in Figure 4 ) allows the screwing operation of the first cap part 14 on the external thread of the neck portion 12 along the threaded section 40 and in another, opposite effective direction 48 (see arrow illustration in Figure 4 ) on the container body 10 detent remains, and the first cap member 14 can be solved along a line-shaped separation point 50 of the fixing member 44 with a defined actuation force. How the other Figure 4 shows, the separation point 50 consists of a meandering line structure to which the adjacent wall thickness between the fixing part 44 and the first cap member 14 is reduced. The fixing member 44 is thus formed in the manner of an annular fixing body having inwardly projecting, elastic locking means 52 (see. Figure 4 ), in the one direction of action 46 corresponding locking means 54 on the container body 10 (see. Fig.1 and cross over in the other direction of action 48 with these. For this purpose, there are the elastic locking means 52 of tongue-like and resilient sheet parts on the inner peripheral side of the fixing member 44 and the corresponding locking means 54 on the container itself are formed from web-like edge portions projecting on the neck portion 12 in the transition region to the top of the container body 10. The pertinent corresponding locking means 54th may be present in lesser number than the locking means 52, for example in a single pairwise diametrically opposed arrangement, comparable to the representation of the Fig.1 ,

If the first cap part 14 is now screwed in the direction of action 46 and in the clockwise direction, it will move into an open position according to FIG Fig.2 , wherein the first cap member 14, the second cap member 16 entrains such that the free end face 30 of the neck portion 12 is penetrated by the mandrel-like extension 32, so that the fluid-carrying path between the interior of the container body 10 and the still mounted first cap member 14 is created , In the pertinent Aufschraubbewegung of the first cap member 14, the free path of the threaded section 40 is consumed and the first cap member 14 on the external thread of the neck portion 12 completely screwed and the annular fixing portion 44 is shown in the Fig.2 in full engagement with the corresponding locking parts 54 on the neck part 12th

For the pertinent entraining movement, the first cap part 14 has at least one pair of diametrically opposed driver elements 56 (cf. Fig.2 ), which engage at associated triangular recesses 58 on the second cap portion 16 and thus cause the entrainment movement. Both the nose-like projection of each driver element 56 and the respectively assignable, seen in cross-section triangular course of a recess 58 is selected such that a rotating entrainment downwards for a screwing is possible; but that in the opposite unscrewing the first cap member 14 can be detached from the second cap member 16 by the cam members 56 can slide out of the associated recesses 58 without hindrance. Accordingly, the flank angles in the screwing-on direction are steeper than the adjacent flank angles which can be assigned to the unscrewing movement of the first cap part 14.

Now, if the first cap member 14 is unscrewed in the other direction of action 48 and thus counterclockwise on the threaded section 40, the fixing part 44 hooked on the container neck 12 and the thin-walled separation point 50 yields, with the result that the first cap member 14 is completely separable from the container , so that a situation as shown by the Figure 3 results in the second cap member 16 and the fixing member 44 remain on the container body 10 and the first, not shown in more detail cap member 14 is just removed. To ensure that the second cap member 16 remains on the neck portion 12, is in the Aufschraubbewegung of the Fig.1 starting after Fig.2 with attached on the underside of the second cap member 16 engaging straps 60 this brought into engagement with the reduced diameter engagement point 38 on the neck portion 12. Due to the bow-shaped engagement design this allows a certain resilience of the second cap member 16 in its lower region, so that due to the conical broadening of the neck portion 12 in this area, the engaging bracket 60 can pass over the grip portion 36 on the neck portion 12 for a subsequent latching operation in the underlying engaging portion as the engagement point 38. With the unscrewing of the first cap member 14 and the funnel-shaped extension 24 is then released in the Container body 10 stored medium is available for a removal process. Subsequently, by appropriate screwing of the first cap part 14, a situation after the Fig.2 manufacture, in which the interior of the container body 10 is closed media-tight.

Fig.4).According to the representations after the Fig.5 and 6 is there shown in different perspective views, the second cap member 16. In the presentation after the Figure 5 For example, the cap member 16 has a closed outer peripheral surface and can be seen on the underside the individual engagement bow 60. In the embodiment of the Figure 6 the outer jacket of the second cap member 16 is shown perforated with individual rectangular recesses 62. This has the advantage that the engagement elasticity for the bracket 60 is improved so that they can reach the engagement portion 38 with lower actuation forces during the Aufschraubvorganges for the first cap member 14 , As further in the direction of the Figure 5 As seen in the right-hand illustration, the extension 32 has a plurality of individual passage openings 64, which ensure improved removal behavior. Preferably, however, the spike-like opening device 20 has a plurality of holes not centrally arranged, which release the passage between the container and the outlet opening 22. Preferably, three such holes or holes are provided on said engaging mandrel in an eccentric arrangement, so as not to weaken the mandrel in its passage area for opening the container body 10. In particular, a spray-like discharge is possible with a plurality of passage openings 64, provided that the container body 10 is elastically yielding such that a manually applied external pressure passes the stored medium to the spray area in the form of the second cap portion 16. In order to be able to initiate the various screwdriving processes in the two directions of action 46,48 by hand more easily and in particular to achieve a separation at the separation point 50 with low actuating forces, the cylindrical outer periphery of the first cap portion 14 has a handle in the form of a corrugation 66 (FIG. see. Figure 4 ).

In a delivery form after the Fig.1 has not yet taken place in the container interior. It is basically also conceivable, a delivery form after the Fig.2 to choose in which the second cap member 16 has already caused an opening operation for the container. Due to the already explained threaded section 40 and in view of the fixing area of the fixing part 44 at the shoulder transition point between the neck portion 12 and container body 10 is thus achieved media-dense separation from the environment, so that in this respect increased sterility requirements are taken into account.

Claims (10)

  1. A container, in particular a plastic ampoule produced in a blow moulding process and filled and closed in the mould, with a neck part (12) adjoining a container body (10) onto which a first cap part (14) can be screwed and with a second cap part (16) that has at least one recess (58) and that extends at least partially between the first cap part (14) and the neck part (12) and that is provided with an opening device (20) having at least one opening (22) for opening the container body (10) and which can be sealed by means of the first cap part (14), by means of the process of screwing on the first cap part (14) the latter entraining the second cap part (16) such that the opening device (20) causes the container body (10) to open, after unscrewing the first cap part (14) a closure part (closure pin 26) of the latter freeing the opening (22) of the opening device (20), the second cap part (16) remaining on the neck part (14), entraining elements (56) of the first cap part (14), which act on the second cap part (16), enabling a rotating entraining movement for the screwing on process and bringing about the entraining movement, and after engagement of the second cap part (16) on the neck part (12), the first cap part (14) freeing the opening (22) when the latter is unscrewed, characterised in that the respective entraining element is formed on the first cap part (14) as a lug-type projection (56), that the respective recess (58) in the second cap part (16), like the respectively assignable lug-like projection (56), as viewed in the cross-section of the container, is triangular in shape, that for the rotating entraining movement during the screwing on process, the lug-type projections (56) engage in the recesses (58), and that in the opposite unscrewing movement the first cap part (14) becomes detached from the second cap part (16) by the entraining elements (56) sliding out of the assigned recesses (58) without any hindrance.
  2. The container according to Claim 1, characterised in that in order to interlock the second cap part (16) on the neck part (12) the latter has an engagement region (38) which tapers by one step to the inside, and which is engaged by at least one engagement part (60) of the second cap part (16) after crossing the step.
  3.
