Claims (13)
- Dispositif d'entraînement pour équipements d'accès/de sortie, en particulier portes passagers, rampes d'accès, marches coulissantes et similaires, sur les véhicules du transport en commun de personnes, comprenant un moteur électrique d'entraînement (1) dont l'élément de sortie est relié à l'élément d'entrée d'un premier démultiplicateur (2) dont l'élément de sortie (2.1) est couplé aux dispositifs de manoeuvre pour les équipements d'accès/de sortie, caractérisé par une construction comme entraînement compact en disposant ledit moteur électrique d'entraînement (1), ledit premier démultiplicateur (2) et un second démultiplicateur (4) ainsi qu'un dispositif d'accouplement (3) commandable agencé entre ledit premier démultiplicateur (2) et ledit second démultiplicateur (4), axialement les uns derrières les autres à l'intérieur d'un carter tubulaire (9), ledit dispositif d'entraînement étant intégré à une colonne rotative de porte.
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le rapport maximal de démultiplication du second démultiplicateur est de 25 : 1.
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le rapport total de démultiplication est compris entre 200 : 1 et 1400 : 1.
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la répartition du rapport total de démultiplication entre lesdits premier et second démultiplicateurs (2, 4) par ledit dispositif d'accouplement (3) commandable est comprise entre 2,5 : 1 et 0,5 : 1.

- Dispositif d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif d'accouplement (3) commandable est raccordé à un dispositif de déverrouillage de secours manoeuvrable manuellement, de manière à ce que, lors d'une manoeuvre, le dispositif d'accouplement (3) commandable situé entre lesdits premier et second démultiplicateurs (2, 4) soit débrayé.
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif d'accouplement (3) commandable est réalisé comme dispositif d'accouplement embrayant sous la force d'un ressort.
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif d'accouplement (3) commandable et ledit dispositif de déverrouillage de secours sont reliés entre eux par un câble Bowden (5).
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que sur ledit moteur électrique d'entraînement (1) est disposé un frein (6) apte à être desserré de façon électromagnétique qui agit par force de ressort sur l'arbre de sortie.
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que ledit élément de sortie (4.2) du second démultiplicateur (4) est un arbre de sortie dont le trajet de rotation est détecté par un résolveur (7).
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que ledit élément de sortie (4.2') du second démultiplicateur (4') est relié à une unité de levée et de rotation (10).
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 11 caractérisé par le fait que le mouvement de levée de ladite unité de levée et de rotation (10) est détecté par un capteur (11).
- Dispositif d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que le premier démultiplicateur (2) avec le moteur d'entraînement (1) et la première moitié (3.3) du dispositif d'accouplement y reliée sont reliés en commun axialement, par force de ressort, à la deuxième moitié (3.4) du dispositif d'accouplement et audit second démultiplicateur (4), le moteur d'entraînement (1) étant logé, avec le premier démultiplicateur (2), en translation à l'intérieur du carter tubulaire (9) et un câble Bowden (14) étant disposé de manière à ce que la force de ressort puisse être vaincue par l'Intermédiaire de celui-ci et que le moteur d'entraînement (1), le premier démultiplicateur (2) et la première moitié (3.3) du dispositif d'accouplement puissent être déplacés axialement à l'intérieur du carter tubulaire (9), la transmission de force sur le dispositif d'accouplement (3) étant interrompue.
