技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于登舱和离舱设备的驱动装置,尤其用于公共运输设备上的乘客通行门、登舱舷梯、伸缩阶梯等,这些公共运输设备具有驱动电动机,电动机的被驱动部件连接于第一减速齿轮的输入部件,该第一减速齿轮的输出部件联接于登舱和离舱设备的致动设备。这种驱动装置本身是已知的。
背景技术
这类装置引起的问题在于:在紧急情形下,必须可以手动打开乘客通行门或手动地将伸缩阶梯或登舱舷梯放置在某一位置,而驱动装置具有因为齿轮的高减速比而产生的高度自锁现象以致极难实现手动移动,因此很难做到这一点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是构造一种驱动装置,该驱动装置具有上文所述和专利权利要求1前序部分所述的特征,以能够在紧急情形下实现手动操作而减速齿轮的自锁不会使该手动操作更难甚至不可能。更具体地说,该驱动装置旨在具有紧凑的结构并占据较小空间。
根据本发明,该目的的解决方案出现在专利权利要求1的特征部分所述的特征中。本发明的有利的改进形式记载于从属权利要求中。
本发明的基本理念是将整个减速齿轮分成通过可脱开离合器联接在一起的两个独立齿轮,第一减速齿轮连接于驱动电动机而第二减速齿轮连接于登舱和离舱设备的致动设备。可选择两个减速齿轮的减速比,以在离合器脱开后,能克服业已减少的自锁现象而实现手动操作。
已发现,在高至25:1的最大减速比下,当手动操作时能很好地克服离合器的自锁现象。由此可以看出,当两减速齿轮的总减速比在200:1—1400:1的范围内变化时,可选择两减速齿轮的减速比以使总减速比通过可赋能离合器在第一减速齿轮和第二减速齿轮之间的分配可在2.5:1和0.5:1之间变动。
可将行星齿轮用作第一和第二减速齿轮的齿轮。
可将可赋能离合器构造成在弹簧的作用下配合并连接于可手动致动的紧急解锁设备。还发现,在驱动电动机上设置在由被驱动轴上的弹簧的作用而产生作用的电磁可释放制动器是有利的。这类制动器本身是已知的,其名称为“低主动制动器”。
此外,第二减速齿轮的输出部件可连接于升降-旋转单元,它是尤为适用于向外转门的公知组件。通过利用升降作用,门扇通过关闭楔形结构与门庭互锁地匹配。
根据本发明,本发明的整个驱动装置被构造成紧凑的驱动系,其中驱动电动机、第一减速齿轮、可赋能离合器和第二减速齿轮沿轴向相继地设置在管形外壳中。
在一特别有利的实施例中,第一减速齿轮与驱动电动机以及第一离合器半部通过压缩弹簧的作用沿轴向一起连接至第二离合器半部和第二减速齿轮。带减速齿轮的驱动电动机由此可移位地设置在管形外壳中。在紧急情形下,鲍登(Bowden)软索张紧弹簧并使外部管件中的驱动电动机、减速齿轮和离合器半部结构轴向位移,以使力传递在离合器处中断。在该实施例中,离合器处的结构非常简单并能通过明显更少的部件来实现。由于鲍登软索附连在外壳的中心,外径也保持得小得多。
在两个变例中,驱动系的纤细结构使其能够在任何地方美观地整合在门的转柱上,门的转柱也能构造成管形的。因此,能够简单地根据给定的运输设备的情况和连接可能性设置驱动系,以在通常安装门驱动系的地方——例如屋顶区——为其它构件留出空间。

具体实施方式
图1示出构造成例如乘客通行门的紧凑驱动系的驱动装置,在纤细的管形外壳中,沿轴向相继地设有驱动电动机1、第一减速齿轮2、可赋能离合器3和第二减速齿轮4。驱动电动机1的被驱动部件由此连接于第一减速齿轮2的输入部件,第一减速齿轮2的输出部件2.1通过离合器3连接于第二减速齿轮4的输入部件4.1。离合器3在压缩弹簧3.1的作用下配合。离合器部件具有用于脱开的致动片3.2,它通过鲍登软索5以图中未示出的方式连接于紧急解锁装置;当通过鲍登软索5手动操作所述紧急解锁装置时,离合器3克服弹簧3.1的作用力而脱开。
一种实际已知的电磁可释放制动器6设置在电动机1上,它在弹簧作用下配合并在本文中未予详细示出。

9.如权利要求1—8中任何一项所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,在所述驱动电动机(1)上设置通过弹簧的作用而作用于所述被驱动轴的电磁可释放制动器(6)。
10.如权利要求1—9中任何一项所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第二减速齿轮(4)的输出部件(4.2)是其转动路径由转动传感器(7)获得的被驱动轴。
11.如权利要求1—10中任何一项所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第二减速齿轮(4’)的输出部件(4.2’)连接于升降—旋转单元(10)。
12.如权利要求11所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述升降—旋转单元(10)的升降运动由传感器(11)检测。
13.如权利要求1—12中任何一项所述的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述第一减速齿轮(2)与所述驱动电动机(1)以及与之相连的第一离合器半部(3.3)借助弹簧的作用沿轴向一起连接到第二离合器半部(3.4)和所述第二减速齿轮(4),所述驱动电动机(1)与所述第一减速齿轮(2)一起设置成在所述管形外壳(9)中位移,并且设置鲍登软索(14)以通过所述鲍登软索克服所述弹簧的作用,并使所述驱动电动机(1)、所述第一减速齿轮(2)和所述第一离合器半部(3.3)在所述管形外壳(9)中沿轴向位移,以中断所述离合器(3)处的力传递。
