Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schriftguthülle gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Schriftguthüllen weisen eine Schriftguttasche zur Aufnahme von Schriftgut auf, das in der Schriftguttasche geschützt aufbewahrt werden kann. Sie finden überwiegend da Anwendung, wo einzelne Blätter von Schriftgut transportiert werden müssen, beispielsweise zu einer Präsentation. Das Schriftgut kann ungelocht in der Schriftguttasche aufgenommen werden. Wird das Schriftgut vorerst nicht mehr benötigt und soll es in einem Aktenordner, einem Ringbuch oder dergleichen abgeheftet werden, muß es aus der Schriftguthülle entnommen und gegebenenfalls noch gelocht werden. Es wurden daher bereits Schriftguthüllen entwickelt, die einen einstückig an der Schriftguttasche angeformten Abheftstreifen mit Löchern zur Aufnahme der Aufreihstifte von Aktenordnern und dergleichen aufweisen. Solche Schriftguthüllen können mit in der Schriftguttasche aufgenommenem Schriftgut in Aktenordnern abgeheftet werden. Bei der Handhabung dieser Schriftguthüllen wird jedoch als nachteilig empfunden, dass der Abheftstreifen ihre Abmessungen vergrößert und beispielsweise bei einer Präsentation des aufgenommenen Schriftguts im Wege ist. Desweiteren sind Schriftguthüllen bekannt, die einen einstückig an der Schriftguttasche angeformten Beschriftungsstreifen für die Anbringung einer Kennzeichnung aufweisen. Der Beschriftungsstreifen weist beispielsweise eine Einstecktasche für die Aufnahme eines Beschriftungsschilds auf. Dabei wird wiederum als nachteilig empfunden, dass der Beschriftungsstreifen die Abmessungen der Schriftguthülle vergrößert, wodurch sie schlechter handhabbar ist.
  • Aus der AT-280944 B und der EP-A-0 142 489 sind Schriftguthüllen bekannt, die jeweils mit einem Abheftstreifen versehen sind, der zur Verkleinerung ihrer Abmessungen umgeklappt werden kann. Aus der DE 15 36 654 A1 und der DE 1 104 488 B sind Schriftguthüllen bekannt, die jeweils mit einem verschiebbar geführten Beschriftungsschild versehen sind.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Schriftguthülle der eingangs genannten Art derart weiterzubilden, dass ihre Handhabung verbessert wird.
  • Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Schriftguthülle mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
  • Der Erfindung liegt der Gedanke zugrunde, dass mittels des Abheftstreifens eine einfache Möglichkeit zum Abheften des Schriftguts in einem Aktenordner gegeben ist, ohne dass das Schriftgut aus der Schriftguttasche entnommen werden muß. Im täglichen Gebrauch ist die Schriftguthülle leicht handhabbar, da der Abheftstreifen gegenüber der Schriftguttasche beweglich ist und in eine Position gebracht werden kann, in der die Abmessungen der Schriftguthülle gegenüber denen einer Schriftguthülle ohne Abheftstreifen nicht wesentlich vergrößert sind. Dies geschieht durch Umklappen des Abheftstreifens um den Falz. Der Vorderdeckel wird in der Regel aus transparenter Kunststoffolie gefertigt, während der Rückdeckel auch aus nicht transparentem Kunststoff gefertigt sein kann und zudem stärker ausgeführt sein kann als der Vorderdeckel.
  • Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Schriftguthülle einen Haltestreifen zum Fixieren des Abheftstreifens in umgeklappter Position aufweist. Dadurch wird verhindert, dass der Abheftstreifen nach dem Umklappen ungewollt wieder zurück klappt. Der Haltestreifen ist zweckmäßig am Rückdeckel angebracht, da bei einem Umklappen des Abheftstreifens auf den Rückdeckel der Abheftstreifen bei auf einem Tisch liegender Schriftguthülle unter dieser verschwindet und nicht im Wege ist. Der Haltestreifen ist aus Kunststofffolie gefertigt und übergreift den umgeklappten Abheftstreifen. Der Haltestreifen ist vorzugsweise mittels einer Schweißnaht auf der Schriftguttasche befestigt. Beim Umklappen des Abheftstreifens wird der Haltestreifen angehoben, und der Abheftstreifen wird unter ihm an dem Vorder- oder Rückdeckel anliegend festgehalten.
  • Die Löcher stehen in der ersten Position des Abheftstreifens über den Umriß der Schriftguttasche über.
  • Der Abheftstreifen kann einstückig an der Schriftguttasche entweder am Vorderdeckel oder am Rückdeckel angeformt sein. Er wird bevorzugt doppellagig ausgeführt, beispielsweise durch Falten. Dadurch ist er stabiler. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, den Abheftstreifen auf den Vorder- bzw. den Rückdeckel aufzusetzen und an diesem zu befestigen. Zur Befestigung wird der Abheftstreifen vorzugsweise aufgeschweißt. Bei beiden Varianten kann die Schriftguthülle auch nach Entfernen des Abheftstreifens weiter verwendet werden.
  • Es ist möglich, dass der Abheftstreifen eine Einstecktasche für die Aufnahme eines Beschriftungsschilds aufweist. Die verschiedenen Ausführungformen sind auch miteinander kombinierbar.
  • Die Schriftguttasche ist zweckmäßig an ihrer ersten Seitenkante und an einer quer zur ersten Seitenkante verlaufenden Unterkante geschlossen. Sie kann zudem an ihrer der ersten Seitenkante gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seitenkante von der Unterkante ausgehend ein Stück weit geschlossen sein. Dies hindert in der Schriftguttasche aufgenommenes Schriftgut am Herausrutschen insbesondere dann, wenn die Schriftguthülle in einem aufrecht stehenden Aktenordner abgeheftet ist.
  • Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung weist der Rückdeckel am der Seitenkante und der Unterkante gegenüberliegenden Eck einen seine dem Vorderdeckel zugewandte Innenseite ein Stück weit überdeckenden Winkel aus Kunststoffolie zum Einstecken eines Eckabschnitts des Vorderdeckels auf. Auch das in der Schriftguttasche enthaltene Schriftgut wird zwischen diesen Winkel und den Rückdeckel eingesteckt. Dadurch wird das Schriftgut besser in der Schriftguttasche gehalten, und der Vorderdeckel wird am Aufklappen gehindert. Um den Vorderdeckel gut unter den Winkel stecken zu können, weist dieser an seinem Eckabschnitt zweckmäßig eine gegen den Umriß der Schriftguttasche zurücktretende Kontur auf.
  • Die Schriftguttasche kann durch eine oder mehrere Zwischenfolien zwischen dem Vorderdeckel und dem Rückdeckel in mehrere Fächer unterteilt sein. Dadurch wird ermöglicht, dass mehrere Blätter Schriftgut vorsortiert in der Schriftguttasche aufgenommen werden können.
  • Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der in der Zeichnung in schematischer Weise dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Es zeigen

  • Eine Schriftguthülle 10 gemäß einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel (Fig. 1 a, 1b) weist eine Schriftguttasche 12 zur Aufnahme von Schriftgut auf. Die Schriftguttasche 12 wird durch einen Vorderdeckel 14 und einen Rückdeckel 16 aus einem Stück transparenter Kunststoffolie gebildet, welches um eine Unterkante 18, die den Vorderdeckel 14 vom Rückdeckel 16 trennt, gefaltet ist. An einer quer zur Unterkante 18 verlaufenden ersten Seitenkante 20 sind Vorder- und Rückdeckel 14, 16 miteinander verschweißt. Parallel zur ersten Seitenkante 20 und an diese anschließend verläuft ein Falz 22, über den ein Abheftstreifen 24 einstückig an die Schriftguttasche 12 angeformt ist. Der Abheftstreifen 24 weist Löcher 26 auf, die zur Aufnahme von Aufreihstiften eines Aktenordners bestimmt sind. Der Abheftstreifen 24 läßt sich um den Falz 22 bis zur Anlage am Rückdeckel 16 umklappen. Auf den Rückdeckel 16 ist zudem ein Haltestreifen 28 aus demselben Kunststoffmaterial, aus dem auch Vorder- und Rückdeckel 14, 16 bestehen, angeschweißt. Die Schweißnaht 30, mit der der Haltestreifen 28 am Rückdeckel 16 befestigt ist, erstreckt sich entlang einer Längskante des Haltestreifens 28, während die dem Abheftstreifen 24 zugewandte andere Längskante 32 frei ist, so dass der Haltestreifen 28 hochgebogen werden kann und der Abheftstreifen 24 unter ihm anliegend an dem Rückdeckel 16 gehalten werden kann (Fig. 1 b).
  • Die Schriftguthülle 110 gemäß dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel (Fig. 2a, 2b), das nicht Gegenstand der Erfindung ist, entspricht in ihrem Aufbau im wesentlichen der Schriftguthülle 10 gemäß dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel. Gleiche Merkmale sind daher mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen. Anstelle des Haltestreifens 28 weist die Schriftguthülle 110 an ihrem Rückdeckel 16 vier Teile von Klettverbindungen 34 auf, zu denen jeweils ein Gegenstück 36 am Abheftstreifen 24 angebracht ist. Nach dem Umklappen des Abheftstreifens 24 um den Falz 22 wird dieser durch die Klettverbindungen 34, 36 in seiner umgeklappten Position gehalten. Desweiteren ist die Schriftguttasche 12 auch an ihrer zweiten Seitenkante 40, ausgehend von der Unterkante 18, ein Stück weit geschlossen. Hierzu ist ein Abschnitt 42 des Vorderdeckels 14 über die Rückseite des Rückdeckels 16 umgebogen und an diesem angeschweißt. Schließlich weist der Rückdeckel 16 an seinem der ersten Seitenkante 20 und der Unterkante 18 gegenüberliegenden oberen Eck 44 einen seine Innenseite ein Stück weit überlappenden, dreieckigen Winkel 46 aus Kunststoffolie auf. Zwischen den Winkel 46 und den Rückdeckel 16 ist ein Eckabschnitt 48 des Vorderdeckels eingesteckt. Am Eckabschnitt 48 tritt die Außenkontur des Vorderdeckels 14 gegen den Umriß der Schriftguttasche 12 etwas zurück, um ein vollständiges Einstecken unter den Winkel 46 zu ermöglichen.
  • Die Schriftguthülle 200 gemäß dem dritten Ausführungsbeispiel (Fig. 3a, 3b) entspricht in ihrem Aufbau wiederum im wesentlichen der Schriftguthülle 110 gemäß dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel. Insofern wird auf die obige Beschreibung verwiesen. Zum Festhalten des Abheftstreifens 24 in umgeklappter Position ist wiederum ein Haltestreifen 28 auf den Rückdeckel 16 aufgeschweißt, wie schon beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel. Der Abheftstreifen 24 ist aber nicht einstückig an die Schriftguttasche 12 angeformt. Er ist vielmehr als separater Streifen auf den Rückdeckel 16 aufgesetzt und mittels einer Schweißnaht 202 fest mit ihm verbunden. Der Falz 22, um den er umgeklappt werden kann, verläuft im Abstand zur ersten Seitenkante 20 parallel zu ihr. In Fig. 3a ist die Schriftguthülle 200 mit auf den Rückdeckel 16 umgeklapptem Abheftstreifen 24 dargestellt.
  • Bei der Schriftguthülle 210 gemäß dem vierten Ausführungsbeispiel (Fig. 4a, 4b), das nicht Gegenstand der Erfindung ist und bei dem wiederum gleiche Bezugszeichen gleichwirkende Merkmale bezeichnen, ist der Abheftstreifen 24 nicht gegenüber der Schriftguttasche 12 umklappbar, sondern gegenüber dieser linear verschiebbar. Hierzu ist ein Folienstreifen 50 aus dem gleichen Material, aus dem auch Vorder- und Rückdeckel 14, 16 gebildet sind, auf den Rückdeckel 16 aufgeschweißt. In der durch den Folienstreifen 50 und den Rückdeckel 16 begrenzten Einschubtasche 52, die zur ersten Seitenkante 20 hin offen ist und bündig mit dieser abschließt, ist der Abheftstreifen 24 eingesteckt. Dieser weist vier Durchbrüche 54 auf, die als Führungen für den Folienstreifen 50 mit dem Rückdeckel 16 verbindende punktförmige Schweißnähte 56 dienen. Der Abheftstreifen 24 kann damit zwischen zwei Positionen verschoben werden, wobei in der ersten Position die Löcher 26 über den Umriß der Schriftguttasche 12 hervortreten und in einer zweiten Position (Fig. 4b) in der Einschubtasche 52 aufgenommen sind. Um den Abheftstreifen 24 besser greifen zu können, weist der Folienstreifen 50 einen randoffenen Greifausschnitt 58 auf.
  • Die in den Ausführungsbeispielen dargestellten Abheftstreifen 24 können noch weitere Funktionen aufweisen. So können sie gleichzeitig als Beschriftungsstreifen dienen, deren Beschriftung eine Identifizierung des in der Schriftguttasche 12 enthaltenen Schriftguts ermöglicht. Zu diesem Zweck können sie auch in einer vordefinierten Farbe eingefärbt sein. Desweiteren kann anstelle des Abheftstreifens 24 ein Beschriftungsstreifen oder eine Einstecktasche für die Aufnahme eines Beschriftungsschilds angebracht sein.
  • Die Einstecktasche kann auch für die Aufnahme von anderen Gegenständen, wie Stifte oder Lineale, verwendet werden. Insbesondere ist es auch möglich, dass eine Schriftguthülle zwei solcher Streifen mit unterschiedlicher Funktion aufweist: einen Abheftstreifen an einer ersten Seitenkante und einen Beschriftungsstreifen oder eine Einstecktasche an einer weiteren Kante der Schriftguttasche 12.
    • Zusammenfassend ist folgendes festzuhalten:
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schriftguthülle 10, 110, 200 mit einer durch einen Vorderdeckel 14 und einen Rückdeckel 16 aus Kunststoffolie begrenzten Schriftguttasche 12 zur Aufnahme von Schriftgut und mit einem gegen die Schriftguttasche 12 beweglichen Funktionsstreifen 24, der in einer ersten Position zumindest teilweise über den Umriß der Schriftguttasche 12 an einer ersten Seitenkante 20 übersteht. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der Funktionsstreifen 24 fest mit der Schriftguttasche 12 verbunden ist und um einen parallel zur ersten Seitenkante 20 verlaufenden Falz 22 in eine zweite Position auf den Vorderdeckel 14 oder den Rückdeckel 16 umklappbar ist.

Claims (10)

  1. Schriftguthülle mit einer durch einen Vorderdeckel (14) und einen Rückdeckel (16) aus Kunststoffolie begrenzten Schriftguttasche (12) zur Aufnahme von Schriftgut und mit einem gegen die Schriftguttasche (12) beweglichen, Löcher (26) zur Aufnahme von Aufreihstiften oder Aufreihbändem aufweisenden Abheftstreifen (24), der in einer ersten Position zumindest teilweise über den Umriß der Schriftguttasche (12) an einer ersten Seitenkante (20) übersteht, der fest mit der Schriftguttasche (12) verbunden ist und der um einen parallel zur ersten Seitenkante (20) verlaufenden Falz (22) in eine zweite Position auf den Vorderdeckel (14) oder den Rückdeckel (16) umklappbar ist und wobei die Löcher (26) in der ersten Position des Abheftstreifens (24) über den Umriß der Schriftguttasche (12) überstehen, gekennzeichnet durch, einen auf der Schriftguttasche (12) befestigten Haltestreifen (28) aus Kunststoffolie zum Übergreifen des umgeklappten Abheftstreifens (24) und zum Fixieren des Abheftstreifens (24) in der zweiten, umgeklappten Position. '
  2. Schriftguthülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abheftstreifen (24) einstückig an der Schriftguttasche (12) angeformt ist.
  3. Schriftguthülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abheftstreifen (24) auf den Vorder- bzw. den Rückdeckel (14, 16) aufgesetzt und an ihm vorzugsweise mittels einer Schweißnaht befestigt ist.
  4. Schriftguthülle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltestreifen (28) am Rückdeckel (16) angebracht ist.
  5. Schriftguthülle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltestreifen (28) mittels einer Schweißnaht auf der Schriftguttasche (12) befestigt ist.
  6. Schriftguthülle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abheftstreifen (24) eine Einstecktasche für die Aufnahme eines Beschriftungsschilds oder dergleichen aufweist.
  7. Schriftguthülle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schriftguttasche (12) an ihrer ersten Seitenkante (20) und an einer quer zur ersten Seitenkante (20) verlaufenden Unterkante (18) geschlossen ist.
  8. Schriftguthülle nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schriftguttasche (12) an ihrer der ersten Seitenkante (20) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seitenkante (40) von der Unterkante (18) ausgehend ein Stück weit geschlossen ist.
  9. Schriftguthülle nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückdeckel (16) am der ersten Seitenkante (20) und der Unterkante (18) gegenüberliegenden Eck (44) einen seine dem Vorderdeckel (14) zugewandte Innenseite ein Stück weit überdeckenden Winkel (46) aus Kunststoffolie zum Einstecken eines Eckabschnitts (48) des Vorderdeckels (14) aufweist.
  10. Schriftguthülle nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorderdeckel (14) an seinem Eckabschnitt (48) eine gegen den Umriß der Schriftguttasche (12) zurücktretende Kontur aufweist.
