Claims (8)
- Sèche-linge avec un dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon disposé sur une pièce porteuse et dans lequel dispositif le contact en charbon est disposé, de façon mobile et guidée contre une force de ressort, sur l'axe longitudinal de son logement dans la direction radiale du tambour de linge supporté en rotation, l'axe longitudinal du logement faisant un angle α par rapport au plan de coupe transversale vertical du tambour de linge, et un logement cranté étant disposé sur la pièce porteuse avec un contact à fiche qui est raccordé au contact en charbon par le biais d'un toron,
caractérisé en ce que
la pièce porteuse (8) du dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon (3) est constituée comme un bras porteur (9) formé intégralement dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (7) du logement (6) et fixé par le biais d'un tronçon de fixation (13) sur le carter du sèche-linge, et en ce que le tronçon de fixation (13) est constitué comme une cornière de fixation formée intégralement sur le bras porteur (9), avec une branche porteuse (14) reposant sur la construction porteuse du carter et avec une cornière d'appui (15) adjacente latéralement et ce que l'élément de retenue pour câble est formé intégralement sur la cornière d'appui (15) et est constitué en tant qu'étrier de serrage (16). - Sèche-linge avec un dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon disposé sur une pièce porteuse selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon (3) comprend deux logements (6) pour des contacts en charbon (5) qui sont raccordés mutuellement d'une seule pièce par le biais du bras porteur (9) et qui forment une surface porteuse dans la zone de raccordement. - Sèche-linge avec un dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon disposé sur une pièce porteuse selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
le logement cranté (11) est formé intégralement d'une seule pièce sur la surface porteuse. - Sèche-linge avec un dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon disposé sur une pièce porteuse selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
le logement cranté (11) comprend des contacts à fiche dont les éléments de raccordement avec les torons des contacts en charbon (5) sont disposés au-dessous de la surface porteuse. - Sèche-linge avec un dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon disposé sur une pièce porteuse selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
caractérisé en ce que
l'axe de fiche (12) des contacts à fiche fait un angle α par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (7) des logements (6). - Sèche-linge avec un dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon disposé sur une pièce porteuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
la cornière d'appui (15) est constituée avec un étrier de serrage (16) pour câble. - Sèche-linge avec un dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon disposé sur une pièce porteuse selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la branche porteuse (14) est constituée avec au moins une broche (17) formée intégralement qui positionne le dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon (3) dans sa position par rapport au tambour de linge (2) sur le carter. - Sèche-linge avec un dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon disposé sur une pièce porteuse selon la revendication 1 ou 7,
caractérisé en ce que,
sur le tronçon de cornière d'appui latéralement adjacent, il est formé intégralement des attaches (18) qui agrippent par derrière la construction porteuse (1) du carter et qui fixent le dispositif de retenue de contact en charbon (3) dans sa position par rapport au tambour de linge (2).
