    einen fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder (50), welcher konfiguriert ist, um auf ein Fahrzeug, welches eine GPS-(Global Positioned System) Funktion aufweist, geladen zu werden und zum Speichern einer
    Erhebungszoneninformation, welche eine Erhebungszone anzeigt, in welcher eine Maut erhoben wird, und eine Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation, welche zugewiesen wird, um individuell den fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder zu identifizieren;
    ein lokales Computersystem (40), welches konfiguriert ist zum Erzeugen von Bilddaten durch Aufnehmen eines Bildes eines Fahrzeuges, welches in der Erhebungszone existiert; wobei das System ferner umfasst:
    ein Zentral-Computersystem (30), welches konfiguriert ist, um mit dem lokalen Computersystem über ein Wide-Area-Network verbunden zu sein und, um die Bilddaten zu empfangen; und
    ein Authentifizierungs-Computer, welcher konfiguriert ist zum Speichern von Identifikationsinformation eines vorher registrierten Fahrzeuges,
    wobei der fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder (50) konfiguriert ist zum Übertragen der Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation an den Authentifizierungs-Computer zu einem vorbestimmten Timing, wenn erkannt wird, dass es in der Erhebungszone ist, basierend auf einer Positionsinformation, die durch die GPS-Funktion erlangt wird, und der Authentifizierungs-Computer konfiguriert ist zum Ausführen einer Authentifizierung zum Erheben einer Maut für ein Fahrzeug basierend auf einem Vergleichsergebnis der Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation, die von dem fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder empfangen wird, und der Identifikationsinformation des zuvor registrierten Fahrzeuges,
    wobei der Authentifizierungs-Computer in dem Zentral-Computersystem (30) beinhaltet ist,
    wobei der Authentifizierungs-Computer, wenn die Authentifizierung fehlschlägt, konfiguriert ist, um die Information entsprechend der Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation eines Fahrzeugs der Authentifizierung davon, dessen Authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen ist, an das lokale Computersystem zu übertragen, und
    das lokale Computersystem konfiguriert ist zum Übertragen der Bilddaten eines Fahrzeugs, dessen Authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen ist, an das Zentral-Computersystem, in Übereinstimmung mit einem Vergleich von Information entsprechen den empfangenen Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation und eines abgebildeten Kennzeichens eines Fahrzeuges, wobei
    wenn das Zentral-Computersystem beurteilt, dass das Fahrzeug, welches den Transponder geladen hat, nicht betrügerisch ist, das Zentral-Computersystem konfiguriert ist zum Senden einer Anfrage zum Löschen der Bilddaten entsprechen des Fahrzeuges an das lokale Computersystem.
  2. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Authentifizierungs-Computer (30) konfiguriert ist zum Beurteilen, ob ein Fahrzeug, welches den fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder lädt, ein betrügerisches Fahrzeug ist oder nicht durch Ausführen eines Vergleichs der Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation und einer zuvor registrierten betrügerischen Fahrzeug-Identifikationsinformation und, wenn ein Fahrzeug, das den fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder lädt, als ein betrügerisches Fahrzeug beurteilt wird, der Authentifizierungs-Computer konfiguriert ist zum Übertragen der Information entsprechen der Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation eines Fahrzeugs, welches beurteilt wird, ein betrügerisches Fahrzeug zu sein, und
    das lokale Computersystem (40) konfiguriert ist zum Übertragen der Bilddaten eines Fahrzeugs, welches als ein betrügerisches Fahrzeug beurteilt wird, an das Zentral-Computersystem durch Ausführen eines Vergleichs der empfangenen Information entsprechend der Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation und eines abgebildeten Kennzeichens eines Fahrzeuges.
  3. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei eine Karte, welche eine Geldmenge oder einen Wert entsprechen der Geldmenge speichert, in den fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder eingeführt wird, und
    der fahrzeugbefestigte Transponder (50) konfiguriert ist zum Berechnen einer Erhebungsmenge, welche in der Erhebungszone erhoben wird, basierend auf der Positionsinformation und einer zuvor gespeicherten Erhebungstabelle und zum Erzeugen von Transaktionsinformation, welche Information beinhaltet, die einen Wert anzeigt, der erzeugt wird durch Subtrahieren der Erhebungsmenge von der Geldmenge oder einem Wert entsprechen der Geldmenge und Übertragen der Transaktionsinformation an den Authentifizierungs-Computer.
  4. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei der Authentifizierungs-Computer eine Erhebungstabelle speichert, und konfiguriert ist zum:
    Berechnen einer Erhebungsmenge, die in der Erhebungszone erhoben wird, basierend auf der Positionsinformation, die von dem fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder empfangen wird und der Ladetabelle; und
    Beurteilen, ob ein Erheben für ein Fahrzeug, welches den fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder (50) lädt, möglich ist oder nicht basierend auf der Lademenge und der Identifikationsinformation eines Fahrzeuges, und
    wenn das Erheben für ein Fahrzeug als nicht möglich beurteilt wird, der Authentifizierung-Computer konfiguriert ist zum Übertragen einer Bildsendeanfrage, welche die Identifikationsinformation eines Fahrzeuges beinhaltet, zum Anfragen des lokalen Computersystems die Bilddaten entsprechen eines Fahrzeuges, das den fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder lädt, an das Zentral-Computersystem zu übertragen.
  5. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, wobei das lokale Computersystem (40) in einer Position installiert ist, von welchem ein Bild eines Fahrzeuges, das an einer Ausfahrt einer Erhebungszone existiert, aufgenommen wird, und
    die Erhebungsmenge berechnet wird unter Verwendung der Erhebungstabelle basierend auf der Positionsinformation entsprechen einer Position, an welcher ein Fahrzeug die Erhebungszone betritt und der Positionsinformation entsprechen einer Position, an welcher ein Fahrzeug die Erhebungszone verlässt.
  6. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Erhebungstabelle, die in dem fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder (50) gespeichert ist, durch eine Eingabeoperation an dem Zentral-Computersystem neu beschrieben werden kann.
  7. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Erhebungszone oder die Identifikationsinformation eines Fahrzeuges, die in dem fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder (50) gespeichert ist, durch eine Eingabeoperation an dem Zentral-Computersystem (30) neu geschrieben werden kann.
  8. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Bilddaten ein Bild von jedem Fahrzeug, welches einen vorbestimmten Bereich durchfährt, und eine gestempelte Zeit beinhalten, und
    der Authentifizierungs-Computer die Authentifizierung durchführt basierend auf einer Beurteilung, ob ein Fahrzeug dessen Bild durch das lokale Computersystem aufgenommen wird, zuvor registriert ist oder nicht,
    wobei das Beurteilen ausgeführt wird basierend auf einem Ausführen eines Vergleichs eines Kennzeichens, das zuvor registriert ist, entsprechend der Identifikationsinformation eines Fahrzeuges, und Information eines Kennzeichens, das in den Bilddaten beinhaltet ist.
  9. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach Anspruch 8, wobei das lokale Computersystem (40) in einer Position installiert ist, von welcher ein Bild eines Fahrzeuges, das an einer Ausfahrt der Erhebungszone existiert, aufgenommen wird.
  10. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei das Authentifizierungs-Computersystem konfiguriert ist zum Speichern von Information eines Kennzeichens eines Fahrzeugs, das von dem Bild von jedem Fahrzeug extrahiert wird, als Kommunikations-unfähige Kennzeichendaten, wenn ein Kennzeichen entsprechend der Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation, die von dem fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder (50) empfangen wird, nicht in dem Bild von jedem Fahrzeug existiert.
  11. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei das lokale Computersystem (40) eine Registriertes-Fahrzeug-Tabelle speichert, in welcher ein Fahrzeugidentifizierer zum Identifizieren eines zuvor registrierten Fahrzeuges und ein Kennzeichen verbunden sind,
    das lokale Computersystem (40) konfiguriert ist zum Extrahieren des Fahrzeugidentifizierers entsprechen eines Kennzeichens, das in dem Bild von jedem Fahrzeug beinhaltet ist, und Hinzufügen des extrahierten Fahrzeugidentifizierers zu den Bilddaten, und
    der Authentifizierungs-Computer konfiguriert ist zum Ausführen der Authentifizierung basierend auf einem Vergleich des Fahrzeugidentifizierers, der von dem fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder empfangen wird, und der Identifikationsinformation des zuvor registrierten Fahrzeuges.
  12. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei das lokale Computersystem (40) konfiguriert ist zum Lesen eines Zeichens auf einem Kennzeichen in dem Bild von jedem Fahrzeug durch eine Bilderkennung und Hinzufügung des Zeichens zu den Bilddaten, und
    der Authentifizierungs-Computer konfiguriert ist zum Ausführen der Authentifizierung unter Verwendung des Zeichens, das in den empfangenen Bilddaten beinhaltet ist, als die Information des Kennzeichens, das in den Bilddaten beinhaltet ist.
  13. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei das lokale Computersystem (40) in einer Position installiert ist, die eingerichtet ist zum Aufnehmen eines Bildes eines Fahrzeuges, das in einer Einfahrt der Erhebungszone existiert.
  14. Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungsverfahren, umfassend:
    einen fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder (50), der erkennt, dass der fahrzeugbefestigte Transponder eine Erhebungszone betritt, in welcher eine Maut erhoben wird, basierend auf einer Positionsinformation, die unter Verwendung einer GPS-Funktion erlangt wird, wobei der fahrzeugbefestigte Transponder auf einem Fahrzeug geladen ist und die Erhebungszone und eine Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation speichert, die zugewiesen ist zum Identifizieren des fahrzeugbefestigten Transponders;
    ein lokales Computersystem (40) erzeugt Bilddaten durch Aufnehmen von Fahrzeugbildern, welches ein Bild eines Fahrzeugs in der Erhebungszone ist; gekennzeichnet durch
    ein Computersystem (30) empfängt das Fahrzeugbild von dem lokalen Computersystem;
    der fahrzeugbefestigte Transponder (50) überträgt Transaktionsinformation, welche die Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation beinhaltet, an einen Authentifizierungs-Computer über eine drahtlose Verbindung in einem vorbestimmten Timing, wenn der fahrzeugbefestigte Transponder die Erhebungszone betritt; und der Authentifizierungs-Computer führt eine Authentifizierung zum Erheben einer Maut für ein Fahrzeug, das den fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder lädt, aus, basierend auf der Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation, die von dem fahrzeugbefestigten Transponder empfangen wird und zuvor registrierter Identifikationsinformation eines Fahrzeuges,
    wobei der Authentifizierungs-Computer in dem Zentral-Computersystem beinhaltet ist,
    wobei das Verfahren ferner umfasst:
    der Authentifizierungs-Computer überträgt die Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation entsprechen eines Fahrzeuges, dessen Authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen ist, an das lokale Computersystem zum Anfragen der Übertragung eines Bildes, wenn ein Ergebnis des Ausführens der Identifizieren fehlgeschlagen ist, und
    das lokale Computersystem überträgt das Fahrzeugbild entsprechen eines Fahrzeuges, dessen Authentifizierung fehlgeschlagen ist, an das Zentral-Computersystem, in Übereinstimmung mit einem Vergleich von Information entsprechen der Fahrzeugbefestigter-Transponder-Identifikationsinformation und eines Kennzeichenbildes eines Fahrzeuges, wobei
    wenn das Zentral-Computersystem beurteilt, dass das Fahrzeug, das den Transponder lädt, nicht betrügerisch ist, das Zentral-Computersystem konfiguriert ist zum Senden einer Anfrage des Löschens des Bildes entsprechen dem Fahrzeug an den lokalen Computer.
  15. Computerprogrammprodukt, welches auf einem Computerlesbaren Medium verkörpert ist und Code umfasst, der, wenn er ausgeführt wird, verursacht, dass ein Computer das Fahrzeugmaut-Erhebungsverfahren nach Anspruch 14 ausführt.
