- Système de charge péage pour véhicule comprenant :un transpondeur embarqué (50) configuré pour être chargé sur un véhicule, possède une fonction GPS (système de localisation par satellite), et stockant des informations de zone de chargement qui indiquent une zone de chargement où un péage est chargé et des informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué étant attribuées pour identifier individuellement le transpondeur embarqué ;un système informatique local (40) configuré pour générer des données d'image en prenant une image d'un véhicule existant dans la zone de chargement ; le système comprend en outre :un système informatique central (30) configuré pour être connecté au système informatique local via un réseau étendu et pour recevoir les données d'image ; etun ordinateur d'authentification configuré pour stocker des informations d'identification d'un véhicule enregistré au préalable,dans lequel le transpondeur embarqué (50) est configuré pour transmettre les informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué à l'ordinateur d'authentification à un moment prédéterminé lorsqu'il reconnaît être dans la zone de chargement sur la base d'informations de position obtenues par la fonction GPS, et l'ordinateur d'authentification est configuré pour exécuter une authentification afin de charger un péage sur un véhicule sur la base d'un résultat de correspondance des informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué reçues à partir du transpondeur embarqué et les informations d'identification du véhicule enregistré au préalable,dans lequel l'ordinateur d'authentification est inclus dans le système informatique central (30),dans lequel l'ordinateur d'authentification, lorsque l'authentification a échoué, est configuré pour transmettre au système informatique local des informations correspondant aux informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué d'un véhicule dont l'authentification a échoué, etle système informatique local est configuré pour transmettre les données d'image d'un véhicule dont l'authentification a échoué au système informatique central, selon une correspondance d'informations correspondant aux informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué reçues et une plaque d'immatriculation imagée d'un véhicule, dans lequelsi le système informatique central juge que le véhicule chargeant le transpondeur n'est pas frauduleux, le système informatique central est configuré pour envoyer au système informatique local une demande de suppression de l'image correspondant audit véhicule.
- Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'ordinateur d'authentification (30) configuré pour juger si un véhicule chargeant le transpondeur embarqué est un véhicule frauduleux ou non en exécutant une correspondance des informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué et des informations d'identification de véhicule frauduleux enregistrées au préalable, et si un véhicule chargeant le transpondeur embarqué jugé comme étant un véhicule frauduleux, l'ordinateur d'authentification est configuré pour transmettre des informations correspondant aux informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué d'un véhicule qui est jugé comme étant un véhicule frauduleux, et
le système informatique local (40) est configuré pour transmettre les données d'image d'un véhicule qui est jugé comme étant un véhicule frauduleux au système informatique central en exécutant une correspondance des informations reçues correspondant aux informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué et une plaque d'immatriculation imagée d'un véhicule. - Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, dans lequel une carte qui stocke une quantité d'argent ou une valeur correspondant à la quantité d'argent est insérée dans le transpondeur embarqué, et
le transpondeur embarqué (50) est configuré pour calculer une quantité de chargement chargée dans la zone de chargement sur la base des informations de position et une table de charge stockée au préalable et pour générer des informations de transaction qui comportent des informations indiquant une valeur générée en soustrayant la quantité de chargement de la quantité d'argent ou d'une valeur correspondant à la quantité d'argent et pour transmettre les informations de transaction à l'ordinateur d'authentification. - Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, dans lequel l'ordinateur d'authentification stocke une table de charge, et est configuré :pour calculer une quantité de chargement chargée dans la zone de chargement sur la base des informations de position reçues à partir du transpondeur embarqué et la table de charge ; etpour juger si le chargement sur un véhicule chargeant le transpondeur embarqué (50) est possible ou non sur la base de la quantité de chargement et des informations d'identification d'un véhicule, etlorsque le chargement sur un véhicule est jugé impossible, l'ordinateur d'authentification est configuré pour transmettre une demande d'envoi d'image, qui comporte les informations d'identification d'un véhicule, pour demander au système informatique local de transmettre les données d'image correspondant à un véhicule chargeant le transpondeur embarqué au système informatique central.
- Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon l'une des revendications 3 à 4, dans lequel le système informatique local (40) est installé dans une position à partir de laquelle une image d'un véhicule existant à une sortie de la zone de chargement est prise, et
la quantité de chargement est calculée en utilisant la table de charge sur la base des informations de position correspondant à une position où un véhicule entre dans la zone de chargement et des informations de position correspondant à une position où un véhicule quitte la zone de chargement. - Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la table de charge stockée dans le transpondeur embarqué (50) peut être réécrite par une opération d'entrée au système informatique central.
- Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la zone de chargement ou les informations d'identification d'un véhicule stockées dans le transpondeur embarqué (50) peuvent être réécrites par une opération d'entrée au système d'ordinateur central (30).
- Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les données d'image comportent une image de chaque véhicule qui passe dans une zone prédéterminée et un horodatage, et
l'ordinateur d'authentification exécute l'authentification sur la base du jugement si un véhicule dont l'image est prise par le système informatique local est enregistré au préalable ou non,
dans lequel le jugement est exécuté sur la base d'une exécution de correspondance d'une plaque d'immatriculation enregistrée au préalable en correspondance avec les informations d'identification d'un véhicule et des informations d'une plaque d'immatriculation incluses dans les données d'image. - Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le système informatique local (40) est installé dans une position à partir de laquelle une image d'un véhicule existant à une sortie de la zone de chargement est prise.
- Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel le système informatique d'authentification est configuré pour stocker des informations d'une plaque d'immatriculation d'un véhicule extraites de l'image de chaque véhicule en tant que données de plaque d'immatriculation incapable d'établir une communication, lorsqu'une plaque d'immatriculation correspondant aux informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué reçues en avant du transpondeur embarqué (50) n'existe pas dans l'image de chaque véhicule.
- Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel le système informatique local (40) stocke une table de véhicule enregistré où un identifiant de véhicule pour identifier un véhicule enregistré au préalable et une plaque d'immatriculation est lié,
le système informatique local (40) est configuré pour extraire l'identifiant de véhicule correspondant à une plaque d'immatriculation incluse dans l'image de chaque véhicule, et pour ajouter l'identifiant de véhicule extrait aux données d'image, et
l'ordinateur d'authentification est configuré pour exécuter l'authentification sur la base de la correspondance de l'identifiant de véhicule reçu du transpondeur embarqué et des informations d'identification du véhicule enregistré au préalable. - Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel le système informatique local (40) est configuré pour lire un caractère sur une plaque d'immatriculation dans l'image de chaque véhicule par une reconnaissance d'image et pour ajouter le caractère aux données d'image, et
l'ordinateur d'authentification est configuré pour exécuter l'authentification en utilisant le caractère inclus dans les données d'image reçues comme étant les informations de la plaque d'immatriculation incluses dans les données d'image. - Système de charge de péage pour véhicule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le système informatique local (40) est installé dans une position permettant de prendre une image d'un véhicule existant dans une entrée de la zone de chargement.
- Procédé de charge de péage pour véhicule comprenant :un transpondeur embarqué (50) reconnaissant que le transpondeur embarqué entre dans une zone de chargement où un péage est chargé sur la base d'informations de position obtenues par utilisation d'une fonction GPS, où le transpondeur embarqué est chargé sur un véhicule et stocke la zone de chargement et des informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué étant attribuées pour identifier le transpondeur embarqué ;un système informatique local (40) générant des données d'image en prenant une image de véhicule qui est une image d'un véhicule dans la zone de chargement ; caractérisé parun système informatique central (30) recevant l'image de véhicule à partir du système informatique local ;le transpondeur embarqué (50) transmettant des informations de transaction comportant les informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué à un ordinateur d'authentification via une communication sans fil dans un moment prédéterminé lorsque le transpondeur embarqué entre dans la zone de chargement ; et l'ordinateur d'authentification exécutant une authentification pour charger un péage sur un véhicule chargeant le transpondeur embarqué sur la base des informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué reçues à partir du transpondeur embarqué et des informations d'identification enregistrées au préalable d'un véhicule,dans lequel l'ordinateur d'authentification est inclus dans le système informatique central,le procédé comprenant en outre le fait :de transmettre, par le biais de l'ordinateur d'authentification, les informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué correspondant à un véhicule dont l'authentification a échoué au système informatique local pour demander la transmission d'une image, lorsqu'un résultat de l'exécution de l'authentification a échoué, etde transmettre, par le biais du système informatique local, l'image de véhicule correspondant à un véhicule dont l'authentification a échoué au système informatique central, selon une correspondance des informations correspondant aux informations d'identification de transpondeur embarqué reçues et une plaque d'immatriculation imagée d'un véhicule, dans lequelsi le système informatique central juge que le véhicule chargeant le transpondeur n'est pas frauduleux, le système informatique central est configuré pour envoyer à l'ordinateur local une demande de suppression de l'image correspondant audit véhicule.
- Produit de programme informatique incorporé sur un support lisible par ordinateur et comprenant un code qui, lorsqu'il est exécuté, amène un ordinateur à mettre en oeuvre le procédé de péage pour véhicule selon la revendication 14.
