Claims (15)
- Support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant, à base de tissu non-tissé, notamment pour une utilisation en tant qu'endos de tapis primaire ou secondaire, comprenant au moins une couche de filaments synthétiques filés en fusion, qui sont solidifiés au moyen de jets d'eau riches en énergie, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient une petite quantité d'un liant activable thermiquement, qui est appliqué sur la couche de filaments filés en fusion sous la forme d'au moins une couche mince.
- Support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé par un système tricouche, la couche intermédiaire étant constituée de liant et les deux couches externes de filaments synthétiques.
- Support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le liant comprend un polymère thermoplastique à point de fusion bas.
- Support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le polymère thermoplastique à point de fusion bas présente une température de fusion située au moins 10 °C, de préférence au moins 20 °C, en dessous de celle des filaments synthétiques.
- Support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les filaments synthétiques présentent un titrage de 0,7 à 6,0 dtex, de préférence de 1,0 à 4,0 dtex.
- Support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les filaments synthétiques comprennent un polyester, notamment le polyéthylène téréphtalate, et/ou une polyoléfine, notamment le polypropylène.
- Support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le polymère de point de fusion bas est essentiellement constitué de polyéthylène, d'un copolymère contenant une proportion importante de polyéthylène, de polypropylène, d'un copolymère contenant une proportion importante de polypropylène, d'un copolyester, d'un polyamide et/ou d'un copolyamide.
- Support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le polymère de point de fusion bas représente une proportion en poids inférieure à 7 %, de préférence comprise entre 1,5 et 5 %, par rapport au poids total du support de touffetage.
- Support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le polymère de point de fusion bas se présente sous la forme de fibres ou fibrilles, notamment filées ou soufflées en fusion.
- Support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les fibres sont des fibres bicomposantes, le composant de point de fusion bas étant le liant activable thermiquement.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :a) le dépôt d'au moins une couche de filaments synthétiques par un procédé de filage direct ;b) l'application d'au moins une couche mince d'un liant activable thermiquement ;c) la solidification des filaments non-tissés et la répartition du liant au moyen de jets d'eau haute pression riches en énergie ;d) le séchage ;e) le traitement thermique pour l'activation du liant.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le séchage et l'activation thermique ont lieu en une étape de procédé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que la solidification par jets d'eau est ajustée de manière à obtenir une résistance longitudinale spécifique d'au moins 4,3 N/5 cm par g/m2 de grammage et un module initial spécifique dans la direction longitudinale, mesuré en tant que tension à un allongement de 5 %, d'au moins 0,45 g/5 cm par g/m2 de grammage.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les fibres ou fibrilles sont appliquées en utilisant un procédé de formation par voie pneumatique ou de soufflage en fusion.
- Utilisation d'un support de touffetage léger et hautement résistant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 pour la fabrication de tapis déformables tridimensionnellement, notamment pour des applications intérieures d'automobiles.
