Abstract
Description
a)スパンボンド不織布法による合成フィラメントからなる少なくとも1つの層の堆積、
b)熱活性化可能なバインダからなる少なくとも1つの薄膜の施与、
c)高エネルギーウォータジェットによるバインダの分散及びスパンボンド不織布フィラメントの固化、
d)乾燥、
e)バインダを活性化させるための熱処理
の工程を含む。
スパンボンド不織布を製造するための実験装置は、1200mmの幅を有していた。この装置は、装置の全幅にわたって広がる紡糸ノズルと、この紡糸ノズルに平行に配置された2つの向い合うブローイング壁(送風壁)と、それに後置の、ディフューザ(拡散器)の下方範囲内に広がり且つ不織布形成チャンバを形成する排出ギャップ(Abzugsspalt)とで構成される。紡糸されたフィラメントは、不織布形成領域内で下から吸引される受容ベルト上で、均一な平面構造体、つまりスパンボンド不織布に形成された。この不織布を、2本のロール間で圧縮し巻き取った。
実施例1に記載されたものと同じ実験装置で、ポリエステル粒状体を使用した。このポリエステル粒状体は固有粘度IV=0.67を有していた。残水量が0.01%未満となるようにこのポリエステル粒状体を入念に乾燥させ、温度285℃で紡糸した。その際、実施例1と同様に、幅1200mmにわたり5479個の穴を有する紡糸ノズルを使用した。ポリマー吐出量は320kg/時間であった。フィラメントは、スパンボンド不織布中で光学的に測定された繊度2dtexを有し、また収縮は極めて小さかった。装置速度は61m/分に調整し、それにより、固化されたスパンボンド不織布は単位面積当り重量72g/m2を有していた。
Claims (16)
- 溶融紡糸され高エネルギーウォータジェットで固化された合成フィラメントからなる少なくとも1つの層を有するスパンボンド不織布からなる高強度で軽量の不織布材料であって、熱活性化可能なバインダを含み、該バインダが、溶融紡糸フィラメントからなる前記層に、少なくとも1つの薄膜の形で施与されている、高強度で軽量の不織布材料。
- 前記バインダが低融点の熱可塑性ポリマーである、請求項1に記載の高強度で軽量の不織布材料。
- 前記低融点の熱可塑性ポリマーが、前記合成フィラメントの融点を少なくとも10℃、好ましくは少なくとも20℃下回る融点を有する、請求項2に記載の高強度で軽量の不織布材料。
- 前記合成フィラメントが、繊度0.7〜6.0dtex、好ましくは1.0〜4.0dtexを有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の高強度で軽量の不織布材料。
- ポリエステル、特にポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、並びに/又はポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、並びに/又はPETとPENのコポリマー及び/若しくは混合物、並びに/又はポリオレフィン、特にポリプロピレンからなる合成フィラメントを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の高強度で軽量の不織布材料。
- 前記低融点のポリマーが、本質的に、ポリオレフィン、特にポリエチレン、ポリエチレンが主成分であるコポリマー、ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレンが主成分であるコポリマーからなる、又はコポリエステル、特にポリプロピレンテレフタレート及び/若しくはポリブチレンテレフタレート、又はポリアミド及び/若しくはコポリアミドからなる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の高強度で軽量の不織布材料。
- 前記低融点のポリマーが、不織布の全重量に対して7%以上、好ましくは9〜15%の重量割合を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の高強度で軽量の不織布材料。
- 前記低融点のポリマーが、均一に振りかけられた粉末の形で存在する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の高強度で軽量の不織布材料。
- 前記低融点のポリマーが、とりわけ紡糸された若しくはメルトブローンされた繊維又は微細繊維の形で存在する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の高強度で軽量の不織布材料。
- 前記メルトブローンされた繊維又は微細繊維が、空気を用いて均一な層へと堆積されている、請求項9に記載の高強度で軽量の不織布材料。
- 前記繊維が二成分繊維であり、その低融点の成分が、前記熱活性化可能なバインダである、請求項9又は10に記載の高強度で軽量タフティング基布。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の高強度で軽量の不織布材料の製造方法であって、
a)スパンボンド不織布法による合成フィラメントからなる少なくとも1つの層の堆積、
b)熱活性化可能なバインダからなる少なくとも1つの薄膜の施与、
c)高エネルギーウォータジェットによるスパンボンド不織布フィラメントの固化及びバインダの分散、
d)乾燥、
e)バインダを活性化させるための熱処理
の工程を特徴とする、方法。 - 前記乾燥及び熱による活性化を1つの工程で行なう、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ウォータジェットによる固化を、単位面積当り重量1g/m2当りの比強度が少なくとも4.3N/5cmで、5%伸長時の応力として縦方向で測定された単位面積当り重量1g/m2当りの初期比モジュラスが少なくとも0.45g/5cmで達成されるように調整する、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維若しくは微細繊維を、エアレイ法若しくはメルトブローン法を用いて施与する、請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工業用被覆のための、特に強化用不織布材料としての建設業用及び屋根下地ウェブ用の、並びに印刷される布製の大型広告板のための、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の高強度で軽量の不織布材料の使用。
