Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roof tile according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • a fresh concrete layer is applied as a continuous belt on a conveyor belt of abutting lower molds of equal length conveyed at a constant speed, which is shaped on the upper side by molding tools of the usual roofing surface contour.
  • the continuously applied fresh concrete layer is then cut in a cutting station at the end of each lower mold by means of a cutting tool designed as a knife, so that each lower mold carries a single Dachsteinrohling.
  • the Dachsteinrohling then cured in a drying chamber lying on its lower mold and is then provided with a surface coating.
  • the adjacent in a first-eaves line roof tiles are laid overlapping.
  • the respective overlap length is dependent on the respective roof pitch, d. H.
  • the overlap can be chosen to be lower than at a very low roof pitch.
  • the Dachstein is provided on its underside at the foot edge with transverse ribs. That's the way out DE 35 22 846 A1 well-known sub-forms at their transverse edges equipped with wells, so that the pressed into these recesses fresh concrete at the head edge of the roof tile blank hanging noses and the foot-side edge transverse treads forms.
  • the first-sided Dachstein can be suspended during laying with his suspension lugs on a roof batten and placed with his foot ribs on the surface of the Dachsteins adjacent eaves. Due to the foot ribs, this creates a kind of labyrinth in the overlapping area of the roof tiles, which counteracts the input of rainwater.
  • the suspension lugs on the underside of the Dachstein lying in the stack above must be located very far away from the top edge of the Dachstein, so that enough space for the arranged on the top and directly on the top edge water seal of the underlying in the stack Dachstein is present.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a provided with a water barrier Dachstein available that can be produced on conventional sub-forms, which can bring its full deck length even for roofs with very low roof slope to advantage and ensures a reliable and permanent attachment of the water barrier ,
  • the invention thus relates to a roof tile having, for example, a central brim and at least one lateral cover or water fold with an intermediate watercourse, in the region of which a water barrier is arranged.
  • This water barrier is pressed with its edges partly in the area of the watercourse, the middle brim and the lateral fold in the material of the roof stone blank.
  • It consists of a flexible elastic thin plate, namely of a material that does not match the material of the Dachstein.
  • the advantage achieved by the invention is, in particular, that the water barrier is mechanically held by the surrounding hardened concrete. In this way, a detachment of the water barrier from the Dachstein - as with the water barriers according to DE 18 12 456 A1 and DE 25 08 551 A1 often occurs due to the joint when packing and laying the roof tiles - avoided.
  • the suspension noses on the underside of the roof stone blank can remain in their optimum position directly on the top edge, so that the usual lower forms can be used.
  • GB 664010 Known Jardinstein thereby accounts for a reduction in the deck length of the roof tiles and the high investment costs for a separate sub-form set.
  • the distance of the water barrier to the top edge of the Dachsteinrohlings depends on the Dachsteinmodell and the hanging nose. So that the water barrier is not an obstacle when stacking the tiles, the distance should be at least 10 mm, but preferably 25 mm.
  • the material thickness of the water barrier should be at least 0.25 mm, but preferably 1 mm.
  • edges of the penetrating into the fresh concrete sides of the water barrier in the insertion direction are wedge-shaped.
  • the geometry of the waterstop is adapted to the respective cross-sectional profile of the roofing stone blank.
  • the water barrier is preferably isosceles trapezoidal, so that the long side (base of the trapezoid) of the inserted water barrier is exposed, while the remaining sides inserted respectively in the area of the watercourse, the middle brim and the lateral folds in the concrete are.
  • the angle included between the base and the sides should be in the range between 40 and 70 degrees. Preferably, the angle is 57 degrees.
  • the water barrier In order to prevent bypassing of the water barrier in the area of the lateral folds and the central brim through rainwater driven in the overlapping area, the water barrier can be made higher in the area of its adjacent ends than in the area of the watercourse.
  • the bypassing the water barrier can be further complicated if at least in the area of the central brim one of the water barrier upstream drainage channel is provided, which diverts at the water barrier evasive rainwater back into the watercourse of the Dachstein.
  • the water barrier In order to achieve a secure fixation of the water barrier, it should penetrate at least 0.5 mm, but preferably 3 mm deep into the fresh concrete in the area of the watercourse, the middle brim and the lateral folds.
  • the embedding of the water barrier in the fresh concrete can be improved if the water barrier has anchoring elements on their penetrating into the fresh concrete edges.
  • the anchoring elements may be formed horn or hook-shaped.
  • the anchoring elements can protrude significantly deeper into the fresh concrete compared to the other edges of the water barrier.
  • the anchoring elements z. B. 5.5 mm deep, while the other edges of the water barrier penetrate only 3 mm deep.
  • the water barrier is made of corrosion-resistant or at least corrosion-protected material. Since the material of the water barrier is also exposed to temperature fluctuations, its thermal expansion coefficient should be close to that of concrete in order not to destroy the surrounding concrete. Preferred materials for the water barrier are plastic, aluminum alloys, zinc coated steel or stainless steel.
  • a water barrier Dachstein is provided with a surface coating, such as a polymer dispersion paint.
  • a surface coating such as a polymer dispersion paint.
  • Fig. 1 is a part of a Dachstein 1 shown in a plan view.
  • This roof tile 1 has a lateral Wasserfalz 2 and a middle brim 3.
  • a watercourse 4 Between the water rebate 2 and the brim 3 is a watercourse 4.
  • a water barrier 5 is arranged, which consists of a thin and elastic metal or plastic part. This water barrier 5 is pressed with their edges partially in each case in the region of the watercourse 4, the central brim 3 and the lateral fold 2 in the compacted, but still fresh concrete of the roof tile 1. After the roof tile 1 is cured, the water barrier 5 is firmly seated in the roof tile. 1
  • the Fig. 2 shows a cross section through the roof tile 1, which now also the side Deckfalz 6 can be seen. Between the cover fold 6 and the central brim 3 there is a further water barrier 7, which is likewise designed as a thin and elastic plate.
  • the water barriers 5 and 7 have the shape of a trapezoid, with the small sides of the trapezoids are pressed into the water courses 4, 8.
  • the oblique lateral edges 9, 10; 11, 12 of the water barriers 5, 7 engage in the water fold 2 or the cover fold 6 and in the middle brim 3.
  • the long sides of the trapeze are essentially free. Due to the trapezoidal design of the water barriers 5.7 their penetration into the fresh concrete is facilitated.
  • Fig. 3 In the Fig. 3 are two water barriers 13, 14 shown extending from the water barriers 5, 7 of the Fig. 2 differ in that they have at the vertices of the trapezoid hooks 15 to 18 and 19 to 22. These hooks 15 to 22 serve as anchors in fresh concrete.
  • the Fig. 4 shows a further variant of a water barrier 23, in which the long side 24 of the trapezoid is guided at the ends upwards. This results in two raised hook-shaped anchors 25, 26th
  • the ends of the lower side 27 of the trapezoid are provided with horn-shaped anchoring elements 28, 29.
  • the Dachstein 1 is in the Fig. 4 shown only with his right half.
  • the water barriers are preferably made of a corrosion-resistant or corrosion-protected material. Suitable materials are weatherproof plastics or metals, eg. As aluminum or copper.
  • Fig. 5 is a longitudinal section AA through the roof tile 1 according to Fig. 2 shown.
  • the water barrier 5, the central brim 3 and the watercourse 4 can be seen here.
  • the water barrier 5 is at least 10 mm away from the edge 30 of the roof tile 1. This edge 30 is arranged after the laying of the roof tile 1 in the direction of ridge. The edge 30 is thus part of a suspension nose.
  • the in the Fig. 1 to 5 shown Dachstein has a substantially flat watercourse 4. Trapezoidal water barriers are suitable for this watercourse 4.
  • the water barrier is preferably formed in the shape of a circular segment or sickle-shaped.
