Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hair removal device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • a hair removal device here an electrically operated razor, known, in which an actuator head, here a short hair trimmer, is movably mounted on the housing.
  • the short-hair trimmer consists of two substantially parallel to the axis of rotation of the Aktuatorkopfes Scherfolien, below each of which an oscillating, consisting of individual laminations lower blade is slidably disposed.
  • the short hair trimmer is the only actuator system in this electric shaver.
  • a hair clipper which has a tubular housing, on whose one end face a shaving head is rotatably mounted.
  • the axis of rotation of the rotary joint formed directly on the housing front side corresponds to the longitudinal axis of the housing.
  • Such hair trimmers are used in hairdressing and are not suitable for self-shaving even for ergonomic reasons.
  • a hair removal device designed as a hair clipper in which the actuator head has two different actuator systems.
  • a single cutting comb two cutting blades are assigned, each of which can be coupled depending on the pivotal position of the Aktuatorkopfes to the housing with a drive element of the drive.
  • the cutting comb having two rows of cutting teeth can be brought by means of pivoting movement into an optimum cutting position to form a skin surface.
  • the formation of two cutting blades on a cutting comb also advantageously allows a different formation of both the teeth on the cutting comb as the teeth on the two cutting blades, for example in such a way that the width of a row of cutting teeth is formed much narrower than the width of the other row of cutting teeth. This results in that one can cut longer hairs, for example, with one row of cutting teeth and shorter ones with the other pair of teeth.
  • the Aktuatorkopf must be pivoted about a pivot axis, which lies outside the cutting comb here. It arrives according to the FIGS. 6 and 7 of the DE 198 59 017 C1 the cutting teeth 41 to rest against the housing 1 and is not active in this position, while the cutting teeth 40 according to Fig.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a hair removal device in which the Aktuatorkopf is easily accessible, so that you can remove hair on problem areas of the skin surface.
  • the storage and installation of the Aktuatorkopfes in the case should be simple and inexpensive. At the same time it should also be possible to bring by simple adjustment of the Aktuatorkopfes multiple actuator systems in their active operating position.
  • the actuator head can be easier to assemble or disassemble, since it only needs to be attached to a bearing point or separated from it.
  • the actuator head can be adapted particularly well as a freely cantilevered element.
  • the invention results in a simpler housing design.
  • the formation of the bearing must be made so stable that the forces acting on the actuator head bending forces when applying this to the hair surface of an operator can be taken harmless of the camp.
  • this is not a problem for a good designer.
  • the receiving space for receiving the Aktuatorkopfes be kept in the housing in the smallest limits.
  • the smallest receiving space is achieved when the axis of rotation of the actuator head runs centrally to the actuator systems and the actuator systems are made as small as possible in their dimensions.
  • the axis of rotation of the Aktuatorkopfes extending in the longitudinal direction of the treatment levels of the individual actuator systems, ie substantially parallel to these, whereby a particularly simple handling of the hair removal device is formed.
  • the actuator head can be rotated about its axis of rotation until the corresponding actuator system, such as a short hair trimmer, points radially outward away from the hair removal device, ie, its treatment plane perpendicular or at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the housing and, moreover, substantially parallel runs to the axis of rotation.
  • an actuator system can be easily zoomed to the hair surface to be treated, without causing the case is a hindrance.
  • the entire circumference of the Aktuatorkopfes can be used to form a plurality of actuator systems, each with a rotation of the Aktuatorkopfes 360 ° once the desired treatment level reach for the hair.
  • the device can without a position change be held in the same position by the hands.
  • stops may be formed on the actuator head, so that it is rotatable only less than 360 ° in the housing in the context of the invention.
  • the actuator head in its simplest embodiment it assumes a roller-shaped or drum-shaped form, with the axis of rotation of the actuator head also extending in the longitudinal direction of the individual actuator systems. If only two actuator systems are formed on the actuator head, then these are advantageously arranged diametrically opposite one another and the actuator head takes the form of a cuboid, whose circumferential end faces are slightly curved outwardly to produce a better contact with the skin of an operator.
  • actuator systems are possible on the actuator head of a hair treatment device, such as combinations of long hair trimmers, medium hair trimmers, short hair trimmers, beard trimmers, epilation devices, etc.
  • Aktuatorkopfes In the one-sided storage of Aktuatorkopfes is according to the features of claim 6 on the side surface of a bearing pin out, which engages in a formed on the housing bore in register and is fixed there fixed.
  • the pin forms a closely tolerated sliding fit with the bore, in which the actuator head can rotate without play.
  • fixing elements for example snap rings or other Verclipsungen can be selected, which fix the actuator head on the pin in the housing.
  • the actuator head is rotated by hand about its axis of rotation to bring a desired hair processing system in the active position of the Aktuatorkopfes, this is the simplest and most cost-effective solution (claim 7).
  • locking means are provided between the actuator head and the housing, which indicate to an operator when the desired actuator system has taken its correct position relative to the housing and a shaving or plucking operation can be started , Subsequently, the Aktuatorkopf be brought into its rest position, which can also be done automatically after switching off the device of this itself.
  • the actuator head is fixed in a rotationally fixed manner in order to prevent unintentional rotation of the actuator head during a treatment process of the hair.
  • an electrically driven adjustment for the Aktuatorkopf which rotates the actuator head with each actuation of the switch for the adjustment until the switch is turned off again. It is also conceivable that with each actuation of the switch, the electric adjusting device rotates the actuator head so far that each of the next actuator is brought into its machining position. Although such an electronically controlled, electric drive device for the adjustment of the actuator head is more complicated than a manual operation, it represents a very comfortable solution.
  • the electric adjusting device consists of an additional cutting system arranged electrically driven motor, which rotates the actuator head via a transmission device in the desired active position.
  • the transmission device consists of a gear arrangement between the drive motor and the Aktuatorkopf, in which case the bearing pin can be formed simultaneously as a gear which is coupled via a connected to the drive shaft of the drive motor gear.
  • the bearing pin can be formed simultaneously as a gear which is coupled via a connected to the drive shaft of the drive motor gear.
  • transmission belts or other torque transmitting gear units are possible, which are not mentioned here for the sake of simplicity.
  • an electrical positioning device is formed in the hair removal device, which detects the rotational position of the Aktuatorkopfes and sends corresponding signals to a formed on the circuit board control electronics.
  • the control electronics then in turn sets the drive device in motion when the desired position of the actuator head desired by an operator to be changed.
  • Aktuatork In the form of one or two sheets and adjacent knife, a central cutter, a long-hair trimmer or a plucking device for plucking hair, which are circumferentially formed on the Aktuatorkopf and are driven by at least one or more drives.
  • the actuator head can also be provided with a parking position, ie, if this is rotated in this plane, all existing actuator systems are disabled.
  • the rest position can also be advantageous in particular when the hair treatment device is used in a cleaning center for cleaning the Aktuatorkopfes; then, by forming one or more slits on the protective surface, they could still be used as input and output for the cleaning liquid.
  • the actuator In the resting or parking position so the actuator can not be activated. They can only be activated if the actuator head has been inserted into a cleaning center to clean it.
  • a drive device for the actuator head which consists of a linear motor, wherein the linear motor is formed within the Aktuatorkopfes.
  • Linear motors have the advantage over conventional rotating electric motors that they can do without transmission devices and can directly transmit the oscillating motion to the actuator system.
  • Such linear motors can be well integrated in Aktuatorkopf because they can be built very small dimensions.
  • a particularly easy to manufacture and absolutely watertight linear motor is specified, which is fixed swinging on both sides of the actuator head.
  • the linear motor preferably vibrates this in a hair cutting system in such a way that the lower blade moves relative to the upper blade or the blade block relative to the shaving foil in order to be able to cut off hair reaching between the cutting edge.
  • the drive can of course also be used in Epilier drivingen.
  • Hair treatment device 1 shown in perspective as a razor consists of a housing 2, on the upper side 3 at the left edge ( Fig. 1 to 4 ) of the housing 2 without forming a step smooth surface, a single bearing arm 4 connects upwards.
  • the bearing arm 4 forms with its left side surface 45 a common housing side 45 which extends flat.
  • the width of the bearing arm 4 is about one fifth of the width of the housing 2.
  • the actuator head 7 consists of a razor head, which could also be replaced by an epilation head with integrated razor part (not shown).

  • two actuator systems 10, 26 designed as hair cutting systems are arranged diametrically opposite one another, of which the actuator system 10 is a short-hair trimmer ( FIG. 1 ) and the actuator system 26 a long-hair trimmer ( FIG. 3 ).
  • the two actuator systems 10, 26 are arranged not diametrically (180 °) but at right angles (90 °) to each other.
  • the razor head 7 has in Fig. 1 that position occupied, which corresponds to the active plane 22 of the short hair cutter 10 and an integrated central cutter 23.

  • the active position of the Kurzhaar- and middle cutter 10, 23 is selected so that during contact of the active plane 22 on the skin surface (not shown) of an operator, the housing 2 from the surface obliquely or vertically outwardly protrudes and thus does not interfere with the shaving process.
  • the razor head 7 may be either by hand (not shown) or electrically driven about its pivot or bearing axis 8, as is known Fig. 2 evident. If the razor head 7 is rotated by hand about its axis of rotation 8, it is advantageous if, as soon as the short-hair trimmer 10 or the long-hair trimmer 26 (FIG. Fig. 5 ) have reached the active plane 22, between the razor head 7 and the bearing arm 4 locking means formed (not shown) lock the razor head 7.
