Claims (60)

  1. Installation de machine à imprimer avec une première machine à imprimer (01) réalisée comme machine à imprimer (01) les journaux, laquelle comporte au moins deux premières unités d'impression (02) réalisées comme tours d'impression (02) ayant chacune plusieurs groupes d'impression superposés pour une impression polychrome sur les deux faces, ainsi qu'un premier ensemble (07) de cônes plieurs disposé sur un alignement de machine (M1) desdites unités d'impression (02), caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une deuxième machine à imprimer (31) avec au moins une deuxième unité d'impression (03) ainsi qu'un séchoir (15) disposé sur un alignement de machine (M2) avec ladite unité d'impression (03), en ce que, par rapport à leurs positions d'impression (41), la ou les unités d'impression (03) de la deuxième machine à imprimer (31), vues de dessus, sont disposées sur le côté de l'alignement de machine des premières unités d'impression (02) réalisées comme tours d'impression (02), et en ce qu'une bande (21) ou bande partielle (21.1 ; 21.2) imprimée par la deuxième unité d'impression (03) et traversant le séchoir (15) peut être déviée de 90° d'une direction de transport (T2) perpendiculaire à l'alignement de machine (M1) des premières unités d'impression (02) et être guidée dans une direction de transport (T1 ; T1') parallèle à l'alignement de machine (M1) des première unités d'impression (02).
  2. Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un deuxième ensemble (17) de cônes plieurs est disposé sur l'alignement de machine (M2) de la ou des deuxièmes unités d'impression (03).
  3. Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une bande (21) ou bande partielle (21.1 ; 21.2) imprimée par la deuxième unité d'impression (03) et traversant le séchoir (15) peut être sélectivement guidée vers le deuxième ensemble (17) de cônes plieurs ou vers le premier ensemble (07) de cônes plieurs.
  4. Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une bande (21) imprimée par la deuxième unité d'impression (03) et traversant le séchoir (15) peut être sélectivement guidée en production séparée vers le deuxième ensemble (17) de cônes plieurs, mais aussi, en production mixte avec une bande (11) ou bande partielle (11.1 ; 11.2) imprimée dans la première machine à imprimer (01), vers le premier ensemble (07) de cônes plieurs disposé sur le premier alignement de machine (M1).
  5. Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les cylindres (04 ; 06) de groupe d'impression des au moins deux premières unités d'impression (02) réalisées comme tours d'impression (02) et les cylindres (14 ; 16) de groupe d'impression de la deuxième unité d'impression (03) sont sensiblement orthogonaux les uns aux autres quant à leur direction axiale.
  6. Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les cylindres (04 ; 06) de groupe d'impression des au moins deux premières unités d'impression (02) réalisées comme tours d'impression (02) et les cylindres (14 ; 16) de groupe d'impression de la deuxième unité d'impression (03) sont sensiblement parallèles l'un à l'autre par rapport à leur direction axiale.
  7. Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux ensembles (07 ; 17) de cônes plieurs sont orthogonaux l'un à l'autre par rapport à une direction de transport (T1 ; T1' ; T2) projetée sur l'horizontale d'une bande (11 ; 21) arrivant sur eux.
  8. Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux ensembles (07 ; 17) de cônes plieurs sont parallèles l'un à l'autre par rapport à une direction de transport (T1 ; T1' ; T2) projetée sur l'horizontale d'une bande (11 ; 21) arrivant sur eux.

Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'alignement de machine (M2) de la deuxième machine à imprimer (31) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction axiale des cylindres (14 ; 16) de groupe d'impression de la deuxième unité d'impression (03) est sensiblement orthogonal à l'alignement de machine (M1) de la première machine à imprimer (01) qui s'étend perpendiculairement à la direction axiale des cylindres (04 ; 06) de groupe d'impression des au moins deux tours d'impression (02).

Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième unité d'impression (03) et l'ensemble (17) de cônes plieurs de la deuxième machine à imprimer (31) sont disposés à la manière d'une machine en ligne sur un alignement de machine (M2) commun, perpendiculaire à la direction axiale des cylindres (04 ; 06) de groupe d'impression.
  13. Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de retournement (10) est prévu au moins sur l'alignement de machine (M1) de la première machine à imprimer (01), au moyen duquel, dans une situation de production, une bande (21) imprimée par la deuxième unité d'impression (03) peut être guidée vers l'ensemble (07) de cônes plieurs de la première machine à imprimer (01).

Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la première machine à imprimer (01) comporte un dispositif de retournement (10), au moyen duquel une bande (21) entrante, provenant de la deuxième unité d'impression (03), peut être déviée vers une direction de transport (T1 ; T2') d'une bande (11) provenant d'une tour d'impression (02) de la première machine à imprimer (01).
  16. Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de retournement (10) est en outre réalisé pour dévier une bande (11) entrante, provenant d'une tour d'impression (02) de la première machine à imprimer (01) vers une direction de transport d'une bande (21) provenant de la deuxième unité d'impression (03).
  17. Installation de machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la première machine à imprimer (01) comporte un dispositif de retournement (10) au moyen duquel une bande (21) provenant de la direction de l'alignement de machine (M2) de la deuxième machine à imprimer (31) peut être déviée vers une direction de transport (T1 ; T2') le long de l'alignement de machine (M1) ou parallèlement à celui-ci.

Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 31 ou 32, caractérisée en ce qu'une des unités d'impression (02 ; 03) est réalisée avec une largeur multiple de n, et l'autre avec une largeur multiple de m, n étant différent de m, « largeur multiple de n » et « largeur multiple de m » étant la largeur d'impression de 2*n ou de 2*m pages d'impression dans le sens de la longueur du cylindre de groupe d'impression (04, 14 ; 06 ; 16).
  35. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, 24, 25, 26 ou 28, caractérisée en ce qu'une bande (11) imprimée par une unité d'impression (02) du premier type réalisée comme tour d'impression (02) est guidée vers un des ensembles (07 ; 17) de cônes plieurs sans interaction avec un moyen d'assistance au séchage, et une bande (21) imprimée par une unité d'impression (03) du deuxième type est guidée vers un des ensembles (07 ; 17) de cônes plieurs après traversée d'un moyen d'assistance au séchage.
  36. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, 31, 32 ou 33, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'impression (02) de la première machine à imprimer (01) est traversée par une bande (11) de papier non couché ou légèrement couché ayant un poids de couchage maximal de 10 g/m2, en particulier du papier journal, et en ce que l'unité d'impression (03) de l'autre machine à imprimer (31) est traversée par une bande (21) de papier couché ayant un poids de couchage supérieur à 10 g/m2, en particulier supérieur à 20 g/m2.
  37. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 31 ou 32, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'impression (02) du premier type est réalisée comme unité d'impression offset, et l'unité d'impression (03) de l'autre type comme unité d'impression flexographique.
  38. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 31 ou 32, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'impression (02) du premier type est réalisée comme unité d'impression offset ou flexographique, et l'unité d'impression (03) de l'autre type comme unité d'impression d'un procédé sans impact.
  39. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 33, caractérisée en ce que les unités d'impression (02 ; 03) de type différent sont réalisées avec une différence telle qu'un nombre différent de pages d'impression d'un même format est imprimable dans le sens de la longueur du cylindre de groupe d'impression (04 ; 14) des différentes unités d'impression (02 ; 03).
  40. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 33, caractérisée en ce que les unités d'impression (02 ; 03) de type différent sont réalisées avec une différence telle qu'un nombre différent de pages d'impression d'un même format est imprimable dans la direction périphérique du cylindre de groupe d'impression (04 ; 14) des différentes unités d'impression (02 ; 03).
  41. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 33, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'impression (02 ; 03) du premier type de cylindres (04 ; 06) de groupe d'impression présente une largeur d'au moins quatre pages d'impression, et l'unité d'impression (03 ; 02) de l'autre type de cylindres (14 ; 16) de groupe d'impression une largeur de deux pages d'impression.
  42. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 33 ou 41, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins le cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (04) de l'unité d'impression (02 ; 03) du premier type présente une circonférence correspondant à la longueur de deux pages d'impression, et au moins le cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (04) de l'unité d'impression (03 ; 02) de l'autre type présente une circonférence correspondant à la longueur d'une page d'impression.
  43. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une bande (11) imprimée par la première unité d'impression (02) est guidée vers le premier ensemble (07) de cônes plieurs disposé sur le premier alignement de machine (M1), et une bande (21) imprimée par la deuxième unité d'impression (03) est guidée simultanément vers le deuxième ensemble (07) de cônes plieurs disposé sur le deuxième alignement de machine (M2).
  44. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une bande (21) imprimée par la deuxième unité d'impression (03) peut être sélectivement guidée vers le deuxième ensemble (17) de cônes plieurs disposé sur le deuxième alignement de machine (M2), ou bien, vue à l'horizontale, avec une déviation de 90° vers le premier ensemble (07) de cônes plieurs disposé sur le premier alignement de machine (M1).
  45. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une bande (21) imprimée par la deuxième unité d'impression (03) peut être guidée ou est guidée, vue à l'horizontale, avec une déviation de 90°, et avec une bande (11) imprimée par une des tours d'impression vers le premier ensemble (07) de cônes plieurs disposé sur le premier alignement de machine (M1).
  46. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une bande partielle (11.1 ; 11.2 ; 21.1 ; 21.2) provenant de la première machine à imprimer (01 ; 31) avec des images d'impression de pages d'impression d'un premier format, et une bande partielle (21.1 ; 21.2 ; 11.1 ; 11.2) provenant de l'autre machine à imprimer (31 ; 01) avec des images d'impression de pages d'impression d'un deuxième format différent du premier format sont guidées vers un même ensemble (07 ; 17) de cônes plieurs.
  47. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 46, caractérisée en ce que les deux bandes partielles (11.1 ; 11.2 ; 21.1 ; 21.2) sont de largeur différente.
  48. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 34, caractérisée en ce que des bandes partielles (11.1 ; 11.2) d'une bande (11) imprimée dans l'unité d'impression (02) avec une largeur multiple de n sont retournées de 90° sur l'alignement d'une unité d'impression (03) avec une largeur multiple de (n-1) et/ou sont guidées vers un ensemble (17) de cônes plieurs avec une largeur multiple de (n-1).
  49. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (04 ; 14) de la première unité d'impression (02) supporte quatre pages d'impression d'un format défini côte à côte dans la direction axiale, et un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (14 ; 04) de la deuxième unité d'impression (02) deux pages d'impression d'un format défini côte à côte dans la direction axiale.
  50. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (04 ; 14) de la première unité d'impression (02) supporte six pages d'impression d'un format défini côte à côte dans la direction axiale, et un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (14 ; 04) de la deuxième unité d'impression (02) deux pages d'impression d'un format défini côte à côte dans la direction axiale.
  51. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (04 ; 14) de la première unité d'impression (02) supporte six pages d'impression d'un format défini côte à côte dans la direction axiale, et un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (14 ; 04) de la deuxième unité d'impression (02) quatre pages d'impression d'un format défini côte à côte dans la direction axiale.
  52. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (04 ; 14) de la première unité d'impression (02) supporte quatre clichés d'impression avec des pages d'impression d'un format défini côte à côte dans la direction axiale, et un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (14 ; 04) de la deuxième unité d'impression (02) deux clichés d'impression avec des pages d'impression du même format côte à côte dans la direction axiale.
  53. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (04 ; 14) de la première unité d'impression (02) supporte six clichés d'impression avec des pages d'impression d'un format défini côte à côte dans la direction axiale, et un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (14 ; 04) de la deuxième unité d'impression (02) deux clichés d'impression avec des pages d'impression du même format côte à côte dans la direction axiale.
  54. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (04 ; 14) de la première unité d'impression (02) supporte six clichés d'impression avec des pages d'impression d'un format défini côte à côte dans la direction axiale, et un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (14 ; 04) de la deuxième unité d'impression (02) quatre clichés d'impression avec des pages d'impression d'un format défini côte à côte dans la direction axiale.
  55. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 ou 54, caractérisée en ce qu'un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (04 ; 14) d'une des deux unités d'impression (02 ; 03) différentes supporte deux clichés d'impression avec des pages d'impression d'un format défini dans la direction périphérique, et un cylindre imageur de groupe d'impression (14 ; 04) de l'autre unité d'impression (03 ; 02) seulement un cliché d'impression avec une page d'impression d'un format défini dans la direction périphérique.
  56. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54 ou 55, caractérisée en ce que les clichés d'impression ou les pages d'impression concernent le même format.
  57. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 ou 56, caractérisée en ce que les clichés d'impression ou les pages d'impression concernent un format journal.
  58. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 ou 56, caractérisée en ce que les clichés d'impression ou les pages d'impression concernent un format tabloïd.
  59. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54 ou 55, caractérisée en ce que les clichés d'impression sont réalisés comme plaques d'impression amovibles.
  60. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la première machine à imprimer (01) comporte un dispositif de coupe longitudinale et un dispositif de retournement pour des bandes de largeur partielle, dans la superstructure à côté du dispositif de retournement (10).
