Abstract

L'invention concerne une superstructure d'une imprimeuse comportant une tour de pivotement (07) comprenant au moins une première barre de pivotement (17) permettant de faire pivoter une section de bande à 90 ° dans sa direction de transport, et au moins une deuxième barre de pivotement (16), plus courte que la première (16), permettant de faire pivoter une section de bande à 90 ° dans sa direction de transport, dans le même sens que la première section de bande. Claims (15)

  1. Machine à imprimer comportant au moins une première unité d'impression (01) et une tour de pivotement (07) disposée sur le même alignement de machine (F), au moyen de laquelle une bande (02 ; 02') guidée au travers de l'unité d'impression (01), ou une section de bande (02.x ; 02'.y) découpée dans celle-ci, peut être déviée de 90° de l'alignement de machine (F), vers une structure à cônes plieurs (08 ; 08') alignée sur la tour de pivotement, laquelle est, relativement à sa direction de transport de la bande (02 ; 02') ou de la section de bande (02.x ; O2'.y) entrante, pivotée de 90° par rapport à l'alignement de machine (F), et présente au moins un plan de cône avec au moins deux cônes plieurs (09.1 ; 09.2) disposés côté à côte, caractérisée en ce que les deux cônes plieurs (09.1 ; 09.2) sont de largeurs utiles différentes, et en ce qu'au moins un des deux cônes plieurs (09.1 ; 09.2) est réalisé de manière à être déplaçable transversalement à la direction de transport de bande.
  2. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par au moins une première unité d'impression (01), un séchoir (04), par lesquels la bande (02') traversant la première unité d'impression (01) peut être guidée sur un premier trajet de bande, et par au moins une deuxième unité d'impression (01), et une tour de pivotement (07), un trajet de bande sans séchoir étant prévu entre la deuxième unité d'impression (01) et la tour de pivotement (07).
  3. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une bande (02'), ou une section de bande (02'.y) découpée dans la longueur de celle-ci et guidée au travers de la première unité d'impression (01) et du séchoir (04), ainsi qu'une bande (02), ou une section de bande (02.x) découpée dans la longueur de celle-ci et guidée au travers de la deuxième unité d'impression (01) sur le trajet de bande sans séchoir, peuvent être amenées ou sont amenées, simultanément et/ou individuellement au choix, aux barres de retournement (16 ; 17) de la tour de pivotement (07).
  4. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les première et deuxième unités d'impression (01) sont de même largeur nominale, et sont en particulier prévues avec une largeur triple.
  5. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les première et deuxième unités d'impression (01) sont réalisées comme tours d'impression (01) avec un trajet de bande sensiblement vertical et plusieurs points d'impression superposés verticalement.
  6. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une, de préférence toutes les premières unités d'impression (01) sont prévues avec des cylindres porte-plaque (05), lesquels présentent au moins un canal s'étendant sur toute la largeur efficace pour la fixation d'extrémités de plaque d'impression.
  7. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que, dans au moins une situation de service, lesdits cylindres porte-plaque (05) sont équipables ou équipés d'une seule plaque d'impression, en particulier d'une plaque d'impression atteignant plus de la moitié de la longueur de table de cylindre efficace dans la direction axiale.
  8. Procédé d'utilisation d'une machine à imprimer selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans une situation de service via le tour de pivotement (07) sur la structure à cônes plieurs (08 ; 08'), au moins un brin d'une bande (02') ou section de bande (02'.y) passant par le séchoir (04) et au moins un brin d'une bande (02) ou section de bande (02.x) ne passant pas par un séchoir (04) sont regroupés en un faisceau de brins commun.
  9. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, dans au moins une situation de service, les deux cônes plieurs (09.1 ; 09.2) sont disposés sur l'alignement de la tour de pivotement (07).
  10. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que deux plieuses (15) sont disposées en aval de la structure à cônes plieurs (08 ; 08').
  11. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la structure à cônes plieurs (08 ; 08') comporte un autre cône plieur (11) sur un autre plan, dont la largeur s'étend au-dessus d'un plan médian de la largeur efficace de la structure à cônes plieurs (08).
  12. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que deux structures à cônes plieurs (08 ; 08') sont disposées, en particulier successivement dans la direction de transport de bande, en aval de la tour de pivotement (07).
  13. Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que deux plieuses (15) sont disposées en aval de la tour de pivotement (07).
  14. Machine à imprimer selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, 9 à 13, caractérisée en ce que la tour de pivotement (07) est affectée à une superstructure, et comporte en particulier une première barre de retournement (17) au moyen de laquelle la direction de transport d'un brin de bande peut être déviée de 90°, et au moins une deuxième barre de retournement (16) plus courte que la première barre de retournement (17), au moyen de laquelle la direction de transport d'un brin de bande peut être déviée de 90° dans la même direction que le premier brin de bande, en ce que la première et la deuxième barres de retournement (17 ; 16) sont disposées en décalage en direction verticale dans la même tour de pivotement (07), en ce que la première barre de retournement (17) est au moins soutenue à chacune de ses deux extrémités par un premier et par un deuxième châssis latéral (12 ; 14), et la deuxième barre de retournement (16) est à une seule de ses extrémités montée de manière mobile sur le premier des châssis latéraux (12), et en ce que le deuxième côté de châssis (14) est prévu avec un accès (13) ménagé dans ledit côté de châssis (14) vers l'intérieur de la tour de pivotement (07).
