- Machine d'impression pour la production de journaux, comportant :a) des dérouleurs (1, 2, 3) pour dérouler des bandes (4, 5, 6),b) des machines d'impression coldset (10) pour imprimer les bandes (4, 5, 6) avec des encres coldset de manière à ce que les bandes imprimées avec des encres coldset (4, 5, 6) soient imprimées de pages en grand format verticales (44) ou de pages de tabloïd horizontales (43),c) des centreurs de pliage (17, 18) et un premier appareil de pliage (15) pour transformer les bandes (4, 5, 6) en de premiers livrets coldset pliés en longueur et en travers (26, 27) de manière à ce qu'un second livret coldset (27) parmi ces livrets coldset (26, 27) se trouve dans un premier livret coldset (26) parmi ces livrets coldset (26, 27),d) au moins un autre dérouleur (11) pour dérouler une autre bande (12),e) des unités d'impression headset (14) pour imprimer le reste de la bande (12) avec des encres headset de manière à ce que le reste de la bande (12) imprimé avec ces encres headset soit imprimé de pages de tabloïd horizontales (43),f) un sécheur (21) pour sécher le reste de la bande (12),g) d'autres centreurs de pliage (19, 20) et un second appareil de pliage (16) pour transformer le reste de la bande (12) en livrets headset pliés en longueur et en travers (32, 33),h) un dispositif de transformation (29) qui transforme les autres livrets headset (32, 33) par une découpe en trois pages en magazines (35, 36), dans lequel, lors du découpage en trois pages, le dispositif de transformation (29) découpe les livrets headset (32, 33) en trois pages jusqu'à l'image pour enlever les bords blancs,i) le dispositif de transformation (29) insère les magazines (35, 36) dans le premier livret coldset (26) de manière à ce que chacun des magazines (35, 36) se trouve juxtaposé à égalité avec le second livret coldset (27) dans le premier livret coldset (26).
- Machine d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les unités d'impression (14) imprimant avec les encres headset ont une vitesse de fonctionnement identique ou différente des imprimantes coldset (10) imprimant avec les encres coldset.
- Machine d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'une machine d'impression large de quatre pages de journal verticales, deux centreurs de pliage (17, 18) sont associés au premier appareil de pliage (15) afin de réaliser, à partir de deux bandes (4, 5, 6) imprimées avec des encres coldset, le premier et un second livret coldset plié en longueur et en travers (26, 27), le second livret coldset (27) se trouvant dans le premier livret coldset (26), et que deux centreurs de pliage (19, 20) sont associés au second appareil de pliage (16) afin de réaliser, à partir de la bande (12) imprimée avec des encres headset, un total de deux autres livrets headset pliés en longueur et en travers (32, 33) que le dispositif de transformation (29) transforme tous deux en magazines (35, 36) et insère dans le premier livret (26).
- Machine d'impression selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, pour réaliser des premier et second livrets coldset (26, 27) avec des nombres de pages différents l'un de l'autre, des bandes (4, 5, 6) et parties de bandes (6.1) sont guidées par des centreurs de pliage (17, 18) associés au premier appareil de pliage (15).
- Machine d'impression selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, pour réaliser des premier et second livrets coldset (26, 27) avec des nombres de pages différents l'un de l'autre avant l'arrivée dans le premier appareil de pliage (15), des cordons (22, 23, 23.2) quittant un centreur de pliage (17, 18) sont guidés vers un autre centreur de pliage (17, 18).
- Machine d'impression selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, pour réaliser des premier et second livrets coldset (26, 27) avec des nombres de pages différents l'un de l'autre, les bandes (4, 5, 6) acheminées vers les centreurs de pliage (17, 18) du premier appareil de pliage (15) sont découpées en cordons de bande (39, 40) qui sont superposés à l'aide de barres de retournement (41, 42).
- Procédé de fabrication de journaux à l'aide d'une machine d'impression par les étapes consistant à :a) dérouler des bandes (4, 5, 6) ;b) imprimer la bande (4, 5, 6) avec des encres coldset de manière à ce que les bandes imprimées avec des encres coldset (4, 5, 6) soient imprimées de pages en grand format verticales (44) ou de pages de tabloïd horizontales (43) ; puis à réaliser de premiers livrets coldset pliés en longueur et en travers (26, 27) de manière à ce qu'un second livret coldset (27) parmi ces livrets coldset (26, 27) se trouve dans un premier livret coldset (26) parmi ces livrets coldset (26, 27) ;c) dérouler une autre bande (12) ;d) imprimer en même temps le reste de la bande (12) avec des unités d'impression headset (14) de manière à ce que le reste de la bande (12) imprimé avec ces encres headset soit imprimé de pages de tabloïd horizontales (43) ; puis à sécher le reste de la bande (12) ; puis à réaliser des livrets headset pliés en longueur et en travers (32, 33) ;e) transformer les autres livrets headset (32, 33) par un découpage en trois pages en magazines (35, 36), sachant que, lors du découpage en trois pages, les livrets headset (32, 33) sont découpés en trois pages jusqu'à l'image pour enlever les bords blancs et les magazines et que les magazines (35, 36) sont insérés dans le premier livret coldset (26) de manière à ce que chacun des magazines (35, 36) se trouve juxtaposé à égalité avec le second livret coldset (27) dans le premier livret coldset (26).
