Description
The invention relates to a printing press in which at least one web can be printed with coldset inks and processed into longitudinally and transversely folded books, as well as a method for producing newspapers.
In printing machines, it is known to print a web in a printing tower, a so-called four-high tower, with printing units on both sides with coldset colors. In another printing tower another web with printing units is printed on both sides with heatset inks. Both webs are merged by longitudinal folding by means of formers and processed by means of a folder to longitudinally and transversely folded newspapers. In this way, however, no newspapers and magazines are produced. Most of these presses are two pages wide.
Newspapers and magazines are produced in such a way that the newspaper is produced by means of a printing press. Time-shifted, as so-called pre-production, the book is printed on another printing press, usually on an illustration printing press, from which the magazine to be inserted is produced in a processing device. The magazine is usually attached to the newspaper once a week or monthly and printed during this period. A disadvantage of this mode of production that several expensive printing presses are required.

It is an object of the invention to provide a printing machine with which the technical complexity for the production of newspapers and magazines can be reduced. There is also a process for making newspapers.
The object is achieved with the features of the independent claims. By simultaneously printing at least one web with heatset inks for the manufacture of magazines parallel to printing one or more webs with coldset inks for the production of newspaper books, the pressure for the production of newspapers with magazine inserted and the printing of magazines can at the same time print newspapers done on a printing machine while reducing the machine cost. With the printing press and the method creates the possibility of the daily publication of magazines in newspapers.
Other features and advantages will become apparent from the dependent claims in conjunction with the description.

14 enthalten. From a further unwinding 11, a
The printing machine further comprises a first and a

The further books 32 and 33 are separated in the processing device 29 and processed into a
