Definitions

  • Circular knitting machines generally have system part carriers in the form of a knitting cylinder and a dial, which are to be equipped with system parts which together form a set of stitch-forming system parts, also referred to as a tool set. form.
  • a toolkit may include a machine knitting needle and a circuit board. The technician involved in equipping and, if necessary, setting up a knitting machine obtains the system parts of the tool set in sufficient numbers in preparation for their work, places them ready and introduces them into the corresponding slots of the knitting cylinder or the dial.
  • Large circular knitting machines can have more than 5,000 needle channels in the knitting cylinder. The same applies to the dials or a Platinentragring.
  • the tool sets include further system parts, which are referred to as selection parts, for example.
  • selection parts may have feet at different locations. The selection parts with different foot positions are to be inserted in a predetermined order in the system part carrier, which requires considerable attention of the technician.
  • a faulty equipped knitting machine can not be put into operation.
  • the assembly must therefore be carried out with the utmost care, which is a time-consuming process.
  • the sales container contains a circumferential wall that defines a closed interior. In the interior partitions are used. These are held between ribs which are arranged on the inside of the circumferential wall.
  • the container is used, for example, for the sale of screw or nail assortments for home use.
  • the BE-A-570 468 discloses a tubular bag package for sewing needles. Two packaging films are thereby joined together in zones, so that individual pockets are formed, in each of which one or two sewing needles lie.
  • document GB 1 186 392 discloses a placement set according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the placement set consists of a package in which at least two chambers are formed.
  • the first chamber are preferably system parts of a first type in the required number.
  • the second chamber are system parts of a second type (and possibly other system parts) in turn, the required number.
  • the number of tool sets can match the number required for the complete assembly of the knitting machine.
  • the technician is provided all necessary for equipping the knitting machine system parts with the assembly kit according to the invention available, where he finds the system parts pre-sorted.
  • system parts such as circuit boards, intermediate slide, coupling parts, selection parts, Um competenceplatinen, needles, etc.
  • system parts such as circuit boards, intermediate slide, coupling parts, selection parts, Um Kunststoffplatinen, needles, etc.
  • all belonging to the tool sets system parts are needed, packed together in the order necessary for assembly, provided.
  • Counting of needles or other system parts during assembly of the knitting cylinder and / or the dial is eliminated.
  • the various types of system parts such as needles, selection boards, sinkers, etc., are individually removable from the package without any other type of system parts being released from the package. This is particularly advantageous if system parts of different types are to be inserted successively into the knitting machine.
  • the assembly kit according to the invention has, at least in a preferred embodiment, the system parts of the tool set in the exact number and in the order as they are needed for equipping the knitting machine.
  • the Hochfußnadeln or other Hochfußmaschine are packed exactly in the quantity and order as they are used in the machine. The same applies to low-footed needles or other low-footed parts.
  • the assembly set according to the invention comprises a small number of system parts intended for replacement. These replacement parts are preferably kept separate from the number of system parts required for equipping the knitting machine. The arrangement of the spare parts in a particular sequence is not required.
  • the assembly-appropriate packaging can significantly reduce the time required for the assembly of the needles and other system parts.
  • the need to remove the system parts of different types individually from boxes and bags, is eliminated.
  • no counting of the corresponding number of system parts for equipping the knitting cylinder or the dial required because the system parts are provided in the required quantity.
  • the user only has to order one assembly set of the right type, but not several different individual parts.
  • System parts of one type but with different foot positions can be packed in one and the same chamber. This applies, for example, for selections in knitting machines with item selection or for needles that are used in knitting machines with multiple Schlossbahnen.
  • These system parts with different foot positions are lined up next to each other, the system parts are arranged with different foot positions, preferably exactly in the order in the packaging in which they are to be used in the knitting machine. For example, in selections of sixteen different foot positions, these are packed side by side diagonally from the first to the sixteenth foot.
  • system parts of a tool set are packed in boxes and bags in different quantities. Depending on the type, between 20 to 250 system parts per bag are packed. Each box contains several pouches. Usually, a box thus contains between 100 and 2,000 system parts.
  • the system parts or needles When installing the system parts of a tool kit, they must be removed from the boxes and bags and often the system parts must then be presented by hand and strung to use them in the machine can.
  • the system parts or needles must also be placed in the appropriate diagonal order, which is very time-consuming.
  • the assembly set according to the invention preferably has both system parts for the knitting cylinder and system parts for the dial.
  • the equipment set can also be set up for circular knitting machines without dial and knitting machines with several knitting cylinders or dials.
  • the equipment sets are clearly assigned to the knitting machines. An incorrect order of system parts is therefore not to be feared.
  • the equipment set is designed, for example, as a film package.
  • the chambers are formed by pockets that can be opened independently.
  • the chambers are formed closed.
  • closure devices such as profile strip closures, can be dispensed with.
  • the pockets are then opened by pulling off the slides.
  • a separate film is provided for each chamber, so that the chambers can be opened independently.
  • the various system parts such as needles, selection parts, board, can be removed from the packaging individually, without the system parts of other types fall out of the packaging. For example, this is achieved by the bags of the package are successively opened by peeling off the slides and in the order in which the system parts are needed.
  • the film package may be formed by an upper and a lower film, which are interconnected, for example welded, to form the chambers between each other.
  • the lower film be formed as cardboard or from another stable base.
  • This lower film or pad is part of the Be Industriesungssets and designed as the carrier.
  • the upper and lower films are welded together along straight parallel seams.
  • all elongate chambers each extend over the entire length of the package, wherein they are arranged next to each other and parallel to each other.
  • a chamber which extends over the entire length of the package is divided into several, at least two sections. This is the case when many different system parts are made available for assembly reasons separately. This allows a simple packaging technique, a simple technology in the filling of the packaging and a clear presentation of welded into the film system parts.
  • the lower film which is designed as a stable base, can consist of several sections. A section may then be the size of a single chamber.
  • free spaces can be formed between the individual sections. These free spaces are connected and held together by additional flexible, bendable connecting means, for example in the form of foils. These additional connecting means differ from the upper foils, which together with the pad form the chambers or pockets.
  • the connecting means may be attached to the underside of the pad or to the top of the pad or mutually.
  • FIG. 1 1 illustrates a tool set 1 of a knitting machine, which is illustrated only rudimentarily with reference to its partially shown knitting cylinder 2 and its dial plate 3 likewise shown in detail.
  • the tool set 1 consists illustratively only of a circuit board 4 and a latch needle 5.
  • the board 4 stores slidably in a channel of the dial 3 in the radial direction. To shift a cam curve in the lock plate 6.
  • the Rippusion 3 has a large number of radially oriented slots for receiving such boards 4, each belonging to a tool set.
  • the knitting cylinder 2 has a large number of slot-like needle channels 7, in each of which latch needles 5 sit. These stand with their foot 8 with a lock 9 in engagement. If the knitting cylinder 2 and the lock 9 are rotated relative to each other, follow the feet 8 of the latch needle 5 of the lock track and thereby be axially, in FIG. 1 moved up and down.
  • FIG. 2 illustrates again the latch needle 5 in one embodiment as Hochfußnadel long foot 8.
  • the foot 8 is arranged at the hook 11 its opposite end. However, it can also be arranged in a different position.
  • the latch needle 5 has a pivotally mounted tongue 12.
  • Umitatiadeln or other needles come into consideration.
  • FIGS. 3 to 5 illustrate various types of intermediate pushers 13, boards 14, Um torquemaschine 15, which may be like the latch needle 5 each part of a stitch forming tool set. They may have feet 16, 17, 18 and are each adapted to be moved longitudinally in a respective channel.
  • Each of the system parts 5, 13, 14, 15 thus has a foot and a body which is adapted for longitudinally displaceable mounting in a system part carrier.
  • each of the system parts 5, 13, 14, 15 on a functional portion which is formed at the latch needle 5 by the hook 11 and the tongue 12.
  • the functional section is formed by a correspondingly profiled end 19, 20, 21, which assumes a function assigned to it in the stitch-forming process. This can in the case of the board 14 and the end 20, for example, in the shooting of a mesh, for which purpose a corresponding nose-shaped projection 22 is provided.
  • selection parts 23 are required, as they are from the FIGS. 6 and 7 emerge. Both figures each illustrate a larger number of flat side on flat side block-like juxtaposed selection parts 23rd
  • the selection parts 23 are equal to each other except for the position of their respective foot 24 to 39.
  • the feet 24 to 39 of the illustrated sixteen selection parts 23 are at different axial positions.
  • Each selection part is a flat part, which can be arranged longitudinally displaceable in a needle channel.
  • the selection parts 23 must be used in a certain order in the knitting cylinder.
  • FIG. 7 illustrates such an arrangement.
  • the feet 24 to 39 lie on a line running diagonally across the block.
  • FIG. 8 The belonging to a tool set parts, such as the parts 5, 13, 14, 15, 23 are summarized in counted form to a placement set 40, as in FIG. 8 is illustrated.
  • a placement set 40 as in FIG. 8 is illustrated.
  • the number of system parts 5, 13, 14, 15, 23 does not necessarily coincide with the number of tool sets.
  • the system part number may be an integer multiple or an integer fraction of the number of tool sets.
  • FIGS. 2 to 5 and FIGS. 6 and 7 each illustrate a system part (5, 13, 14, 15, 23) of one type.
  • the assembly set 40 summarizes in different chambers 41, 42, 43, 44 in each case the same system parts of the same type together.
  • the same system parts may have different heights (high or low foot parts) or foot positions.
  • the chambers 41, 42, 43, 44 are formed by pockets which are defined between flat superimposed films 45, 46 and form a package.
  • the film 46 may be formed from a reinforced base, for example a cardboard.
  • the pockets are each formed between welds 47, 48, 49, 50, 51 that extend parallel to one another over the entire length of the assembly set 40.
  • In each pocket or chamber 41 to 44th are housed the necessary for the complete assembly of the knitting machine system parts of a type.
  • the system parts are arranged side by side side by side. Their order corresponds, as with the example of FIG.
  • FIG. 8 shows, system parts of different types can exceptionally be arranged in individual chambers. This is possible, for example, for system parts that are relatively small or that are needed only in small numbers. These system parts will, like FIG. 8 shows, preferably arranged at a distance from each other in the chamber 41.
  • the chamber 41 may be divided, for example, at a dividing line into two sections 53 and 54. The subdivision can be achieved by inserts, welding or adhesive dots or strips or else in that the sections 53 and 54 have separate or spaced foil sections. If the assembly of a knitting machine requires it, a chamber 41, 42, 43, 44 can have more than two sections.
  • system parts in a chamber 41, 42, 43, 44 are arranged.
  • the system parts are preferably oriented the same.
  • the system parts are arranged perpendicular to the weld seams 47, 48.
  • the chambers 41, 42, 43, 44 are preferably under vacuum, so that the films 45, 46 closely conform to the packaged system parts.
  • the chambers 41, 42, 43, 44 may be filled with a corrosion-protecting oil or at least traces of an oil or other suitable substance.
  • the film 45 is preferably a transparent plastic film.
  • the film 46 is a stabilizing pad, preferably a cardboard. Both are, as not further illustrated, at their front ends transverse to the Welded seams 47, 48, 49, 50, 51 welded together to airtight seal all the chambers 41, 42, 43, 44 to the outside.
  • the film 45 is formed larger than the base 46, so that a peel off of the film 45 from the pad 46 is easily possible.
  • the assembly set 40 described so far is used by removing the film 45.
  • the technician in question initially opens the chamber 41, 42, 43 or 44 in which the system parts to be introduced first into the knitting machine are packed. If these system parts' used up, he opens the next bag in which he peels off the film 45 to remove the next set of system parts and insert it into the knitting machine.
  • the loading of the knitting machine can be continued until all system parts are used up. If a single system remains left, there is a placement error, because the system parts are packaged in exactly the required number. Once the technician has removed the system parts from the chambers in the specified sequence and transferred them to the machine, the correct system parts assignment is also available. This applies in particular to the selection parts 23 according to FIG FIGS. 6 and 7 or needles with different foot positions for use in circular knitting machines with multiple cam tracks.
  • the assembly set according to the invention for equipping a knitting machine is formed by the system parts required for equipping the knitting machine, which are sorted by type and arranged in different chambers of a packaging.
  • the chambers are completely closed and protect the packaged system parts from environmental influences and loss.
  • the packaging is preferably only destructive to open, wherein the chambers of the package can be opened independently.
  • the order of the system parts in the individual chambers preferably corresponds to the order in which they are to be inserted into the knitting machine. This is especially true for system parts with different foot positions.
