  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Traverse für ein Regal mit wenigstens einem länglichen Grundkörper aus Metallblech, an dessen beiden Enden jeweils eine Befestigungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die wenigstens eine Einhaknase umfasst, die von einer Seitenfläche der Befestigungseinrichtung vorsteht.
  • Es sind Traversen für Steckregale bekannt, die aus einem aus einem Metallblech gebogenen Grundkörper bestehen, der an beiden Enden eine Befestigungseinrichtung aufweist, die von einem flachen, einlagigen Metallabschnitt gebildet werden, der in der Regel zwei oder drei Einhaknasen aufweist, die durch Stanzen und Aufbiegen eines Bereichs des Metallblechs gebildet werden. Die Einhaknasen werden von oben in entsprechende Öffnungen einer Regalstütze eingeführt, um die Traversen mit den Regalstützen formschlüssig zu verbinden. Diese Verbindung ist bis zu einer bestimmten Traglasthöhe ausreichend. Ist die Belastung der Traversen jedoch zu hoch, können sich die Einhaknasen aufbiegen, wodurch die Verbindung zwischen Traverse und Regalstütze unsicher wird.
  • Dokument EP-A-0421905 offenbart eine Traverse für Steckregale.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, mit konstruktiv einfachen Mitteln eine Traverse für ein Regal zu schaffen, die eine erhöhte Tragfähigkeit aufweist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung zwei Lagen Metallblech aufweist, die durch Biegen eines Bereichs des Metallblechs um zwei zueinander und parallel zur Längsachse des Grundkörpers verlaufenden Biegelinien in Richtung einer Seite gebildet sind, und dass die wenigstens eine Einhaknase durch Stanzen und Aufbiegen eines Bereichs beider Lagen gebildet ist, wobei die beiden Lagen der Einhaknase miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Die Verriegelung kann formschlüssig erfolgen, indem die zwei Lagen des Hakens durch das Einprägen von hinterdrückten Noppen (doppellagig) mechanisch miteinander verbunden werden.
  • Die Verriegelung kann auch stoffschlüssig erfolgen in dem die zwei Lagen des Hakens durch das Anbringen eines Schweißpunktes mechanisch miteinander verbunden werden.
  • Die Verriegelung kann darüber hinaus kraftschlüssig erfolgen in dem die zwei Lagen des Hakens oder die gesamte gedoppelte Lage durch das Aufbringen eines Klebemittels mechanisch miteinander verbunden werden.
  • Die Verriegelung kann auch aus einer Kombination der drei Möglichkeiten erfolgen
  • Durch die beiden Lagen ist die Festigkeit der Befestigungseinrichtung deutlich erhöht. Da auch die Einhaknasen aus zwei Lagen gebildet sind, halten sie einer sehr hohen Belastung Stand. Diese Standfähigkeit wird durch die Verriegelung der beiden Lagen und der Einhaknase weiter vergrößert. Darüber hinaus ist die erfindungsgemäße Traverse einfach herstellbar, da sie aus einem Teil gebogen wird.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen
    • Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Vorderansicht eines Endabschnitts einer Traverse,
    • Fig. 2 eine perspektivische Rückansicht der Traverse von Fig.1.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Traverse 10 ist aus einem einzigen Metallblechteil durch Biegen gebildet. Die Traverse 10 weist einen länglichen Grundkörper 12 auf, von dessen einer Seitenfläche 14 sich zwei Stege 16, 20 im rechten Winkel erstrecken, wobei die Stege 16, 20 an ihren freien Enden zur Bildung von einander zugewandten Endschenkeln 18, 22 im rechten Winkel abgekantet sind. Am Stirnende der Stege 16, 20 geht die Seitenfläche 14 über einen schrägen Abschnitt 24 in einen parallel zur Seitenfläche 14 angeordneten Befestigungsabschnitt 26 über. Die Höhe des Befestigungsabschnittes 26 entspricht bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel der Höhe der Seitenfläche 14. Er kann jedoch auch höher oder niedriger angeordnet sein.
  • Der Befestigungsabschnitt 26 ist doppellagig ausgebildet. Er weist eine insgesamt rechteckige Basislage 28 auf, auf der eine untere Zweitlage 30 und eine obere Zweitlage 32 angeordnet ist. Die Zweitlagen 30, 32 werden durch Biegung des Metallblechmaterials um eine untere Biegelinie 36 bzw. eine obere Biegelinie 34 gebildet, die parallel oder quer zur Längsachse des Grundkörpers 12 verlaufen. Die freien Enden der Zweitlagen 30, 32 sind im geringen Abstand zueinander angeordnet. Die Zweitlagen 30, 32 sind auf der Basislage 28 durch Punktschweißungen 45 befestigt. Die Befestigung kann aber auch durch einen hinterdrückten Noppen (doppellagig) oder durch Kleben oder durch eine Kombination aus den drei Möglichkeiten erfolgen.
  • Im Bereich der unteren Zweitlage 30 und der oberen Zweitlage 32 ist jeweils eine Einhaknase 40 bzw. 38 ausgebildet. Jede Einhaknase 40 bzw. 38 wird durch Stanzen durch die jeweilige Zweitlage 30 bzw. 32 und die Basislage 28 und Ausbiegen des ausgestanzten Abschnitts um eine parallel zur Längsachse des Grundkörpers 12 verlaufende Biegelinie gebildet. Beide Einhaknasen 38 bzw. 40 weisen jeweils einen oberen schräg nach unten gerichteten, mit dem Befestigungsabschnitt 26 verbundenen Verbindungsabschnitt 42 auf, von dem sich ein freier Schenkel 44 senkrecht nach unten streckt. Die beiden Lagen jeder Einhaknase 38, 40 sind durch Punktschweißung miteinander verriegelt. Sie können aber auch durch einen hinterdrückten Noppen (doppellagig) oder durch Kleben oder aus einer Kombination aus den drei Möglichkeiten verriegelt werden.
  • Die Zweitlagen30, 32 und die Einhaknasen 38, 40 befinden sich auf der gleichen Seite des Grundkörpers wie die Stege 16, 20.
  • Die Einhaknasen 38, 40 sind so ausgebildet, dass sie von oben in entsprechende Öffnungen an Regalstützen eingeführt werden können. In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist nur ein Endabschnitt der Traverse 10 gezeigt. Ein entsprechender Befestigungsabschnitt 26 ist auch an dem anderen Ende der Traverse 10 vorgesehen.
  • Bei der gezeigten Ausführungsform verlaufen die Biegelinien 34, 36 parallel zur Längsachse des Grundkörpers 12. Es ist zur Erzielung der Doppellagigkeit auch möglich die zwei Lagen durch Biegen des Metallblechs um eine quer zur Längsachse verlaufende Biegelinie zu bilden

Claims (3)

  1. Traverse für ein Regal mit wenigstens einem länglichen Grundkörper (12) aus Metallblech, an dessen beiden Enden jeweils eine Befestigungseinrichtung (26) vorgesehen ist, die wenigstens eine Einhaknase (38, 40) umfasst, die von einer Seitenfläche der Befestigungseinrichtung (26) vorsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (26) zwei Lagen (28; 30, 32) des Metallblechs aufweist, die durch Biegen eines Bereichs des Metallblechs um zwei im Abstand zueinander und parallel verlaufende Biegelinie (34, 36) oder eine quer zur Längsachse des Grundkörpers (12) verlaufende Biegelinien in Richtung einer Seite gebildet sind, und dass die wenigstens eine Einhaknase (38, 40) durch Stanzen und Aufbiegen eines Bereichs beider Lagen (28; 30, 32) gebildet ist, wobei die beiden Lagen (28; 30, 32) der Einhaknase (38, 40) miteinander verriegelt sind.
  2. Traverse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Lagen (28; 30, 32) der Einhaknase (38, 40) durch Punktschweißen, einen hinterdrückten doppellagigen Noppen, durch Kleben oder aus einer Kombination aus den drei Möglichkeiten miteinander verriegelt sind.
  3. Traverse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zweitlagen (30, 32) auf der Basislage (28) durch Punktschweißen, einen hinterdrückten doppellagigen Noppen, durch Kleben oder aus einer Kombination aus den drei Möglichkeiten verriegelt sind.
