Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roller blind with cable system according to the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.
  • roller blinds for shading glass surfaces on buildings are known in various embodiments.
  • the roller blind In the basic form for vertical installation position, the roller blind consists of an upwardly arranged take-up shaft for winding and unwinding a roll-up roll cover, the free-hanging end of which is weighted down by a cover strip.
  • the roll cover is either a decorative fabric or a so-called roller blind made of polyester with aluminum coating for reflection of heat radiation.
  • film blinds are characterized by excellent optical and heat-effective properties, and the low material thickness of the roller blind film allows particularly compact designs.
  • To operate the blinds manual or electric drives in many variants are known.
  • roller blinds with countersteering device are known in which, for example, tension cables are fastened to the end strip, which transfer a specific counter-tractive force to the roller cover and thereby follow the movements during winding and unwinding.
  • the roller blind also works in a non-vertical installation position from oblique to horizontal and upside down with upward movement.
  • the traction cables or other traction means are usually wound up and unwound on winches, for example, a spring motor is provided for driving the winches or the take-up shaft.
  • Known are also Gegenzug Surpriseen with feedback to the take-up shaft, which couple, for example via gears or similar coupling links acting on the winch counter-pull force with the drive of the take-up shaft.
  • resilient members such as tension spring are provided.
  • the FR2686372 and the FR2578901 Describe, for example, roller blinds with Yuzugstoff and feedback of this type.
  • both patents are provided as Martinezzugstoff two pull ropes, each winding on a winch and attacked by prestressed tension springs on the end strip.
  • Similar constructions are also known in the context of roller shutters and roller shutters. However, all of these designs only work reliably in a relatively large design and stable roll cover, which winds up and unwinds with a relatively large winding diameter and a few turns.
  • the EP 0 483 528 describes, for example, a compact film roller blind with countersteering device, which is intended for installation in an insulating glass.
  • the solutions presented herein relate essentially to the mechanics of the counter-device, wherein a relatively thick roller blind film of more than 50 ⁇ m is provided.
  • this film blind can only be installed in insulating glass with an oversized glass spacing of about 27 mm.
  • the proposed counter-pulling device with two acting on the end strip Schmidtzugseilen, each wound on a winding spool as desired crosswise and transversely, has the disadvantage that an exactly synchronous movement of the two Martinezzugseile can not be guaranteed. There is therefore a risk that the roller blind film forms wrinkles and laterally drifts out of the track during winding. This is especially true for thinner roller blind film with about 20 ⁇ m total thickness, which is not mentioned in the patent, however.
  • the DE 196 10 268 which also describes a film roller blind for installation in an insulating glass element, presents a solution to the aforementioned problem of wrinkling. It uses only a single pull-rope, which attacks on the sides of the end bar on cable deflections and is guided at the same from side to side. In this way, it is ensured that the counter pull device engages with exactly symmetrical tensile forces on the end strip.
  • this cable guide can not prevent the roller blind film drifts laterally during winding, such as due to an imprecise alignment of the recording shaft.
  • a clamping axis for supporting the take-up shaft which should reduce the deflection under load.
  • this construction is quite expensive and solves the problem only partially. For example, an unbalanced load, such as by frictional force of the end strip on one side or the other, cause a misalignment of the coil with malfunction.
  • roller blind foils with embossing which have a stabilizing effect and also improve the overall appearance.
  • the DE 101 10 155 describes, for example, a roller blind foil with embossing lines parallel to the receiving shaft, which give the foil surface a wave-shaped profile.
  • embossing lines advantageously increase the stability of the film surface; on the other hand, they have the disadvantage of preventing them from winding up in layers lying one on top of the other. The result is a fairly loose and flexible film winding, which naturally does not guarantee a precise guidance of the roller blind film by positive engagement with the take-up shaft.
  • film roller blinds which have a counteracting means for a non-vertical installation position and at the same time a thin receiving shaft for a compact design, pose considerable technical problems which are only inadequately solved.
  • the mounting position is upright, in which the roller blind film from a vertical recording wave in the horizontal direction and wound, for the reasons set out above not possible.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a roller blind of the type mentioned above, which in particular in a compact design and in any mounting position, including edgewise, reliable and true to the track and unwinds, and which is also inexpensive to produce. This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1 in conjunction with its preamble features.
  • the basic idea of the invention is to automatically couple the roller blind drive, depending on the direction of rotation by means of a two-way clutch, either to the drive train of the take-up shaft or the counter drive device, the other drive train following the course of motion when idling.
  • the authoritative for the roller blind direction of rotation direction shows, for example, in the winding direction in vertical mounting position with overhead recording shaft, where the two-way coupling coupled the roller blind drive to the drive train of the take-up shaft.
  • the two-way clutch couples the roller blind drive to the drive train of the counter-pulling device.
  • roller blind with two-way clutch can be advantageously combined with special counter pull devices and cable systems, which ensure a high-precision guidance of the end strip.
  • Fig.1 schematically shows the blind, which consists in the basic form of a rotatable take-up shaft 13 for winding and unwinding a roller blind foil to a film roll 20 and to a film surface 21 with a cover strip 22.
  • the roller blind is actuated by an electric motor M and is equipped with a counter pull device 70, which transmits a counter pull force to the end strip 22 by means of a special cable pull system.
  • FIG.1 shows Fig.1 in cross section a two-way clutch 90 characterizing the invention with an input shaft 93 driven by the electric motor M and two output shafts 91 and 92, which are respectively connected to the take-up shaft 13 indirectly via a coupling member 80 and directly with the counter-pulling device 70.
  • the two-way clutch 90 switches by moving a coupling member 95 via a travel in the axial direction, wherein by means of coupling claws 96, the driving force is transmitted either to the outer, tubular output shaft 91 or to the inner output shaft 92.
  • the coupling member 95 is coupled via a connecting gear 94 with the input shaft 93, which consists of a spindle shaft and nut.
  • the input shaft 93 which consists of a spindle shaft and nut.
  • This left or right rotation or switching of the clutch is done automatically by the rotational force of the electric motor M, which depending on the installation position of the blinds either in the reeling or unwinding direction.
  • the other, uncoupled powertrain follows while idling the movement under the tensile or Gegenzugkraft the roller blind film.
  • the coupling member 80 is used to synchronize the rotational movements of the two output shafts 91 and 92. Suitable is, for example, in Fig. 1 shown spur gear, which has a corresponding translation. Additionally shows Fig. 1 a preferred variant in which between the two output shafts 91 and 92, an elastic clamping member 81 is arranged.
  • a torsion spring is suitable which exerts a specific, relatively small rotational force on the two shafts in order to keep the cable pull system associated with the counter pull device taut.
  • the counter-pulling device 70 consists in the embodiment shown of a cable reel 72 and a Jacobyakseil 6 A, the end 6 x is connected to a cable coupling 60. Also possible would be a variant in which the Jacobyakseils 6A or another traction means directly on the end strip 22 attacks.
  • Fig.1 a special embodiment of the cable system in which the end bar 22 is guided by a center-engaging center cable 5M and two side-engaging side cables 5A, 5B.
  • the three cables 5M, 5A, 5B are linked to each other at the cable coupling 60 and form a circulating cable system which guides the end strip 22 in the entire course of movement at a specific angle to the pickup shaft 13.
  • the entire cable system is intended to be passed over pulleys 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 to minimize frictional forces.
  • the end strip 22 can also be guided in an angular manner by the two side ropes 5A, 5B alone, so that the middle rope 5M and the transverse strut 12 with the two rope deflections 55, 56 are not needed.
  • the central cable 5M ensures a high-precision guidance in all installation positions, and at the same time it advantageously supports the film surface 21 against sagging.
  • Fig.1 a special variant in which the two side ropes 5A, 5B have the same length.
  • This solution has the advantage that a length-specific shrinking or stretching of the side ropes 5A, 5B, for example due to aging processes or temperature changes, does not impair the angular guidance of the end strip 22.
  • the cable guide shown is characterized by the leadership of a side rope 5A on the cable guide 51 along the end strip 22 to Fixed point 2a 'at the opposite end, where the other side cable 5B is attached to the fixed point 2b.
  • FIG.1 a development of the blinds with a guide channel 63 arranged on one side, which secures the cable coupling 60 against rotation.
  • This guide ensures that the two side ropes 5A, 5B do not twist and thus fanned out reliably over the rope deflection 53 or 54.
  • Fig.2 shows in detail the cable coupling 60, which connects the Jacobseils 6A with the side ropes 5A, 5B. Also shown is the guide channel 63 in plan view and in cross section.
  • the detail view shows a preferred variant, in which the two side ropes 5A and 5B are made of a single piece of rope. This is fixed at the fixed point 5x and forms with the two rope halves the side ropes 5A and 5B.
  • the cable coupling 60 has a detachable connection 6x, such as hooks, eyes and the like, for the pull-back cable 6A.
  • the guide channel 63 is designed so that the cable coupling 60 is secured by positive engagement against rotation.
  • the slot-like opening 64 facilitates the assembly and disassembly of the cable system.
  • the cross-sectional drawing represents a preferred development in which the guide channel 63 is integrated in a side part which belongs to the frame of the roller blind.
  • the opening 64 of the guide channel 63 is in this case to the outside directed so that the appearance of the front of the frame is not affected.
  • the side part On the side facing inwards, the side part has a U-profile for covering the roller blind foil with end strip 22 on the side edge.
  • Figure 3 schematically shows a further embodiment of the roller blind with special solutions for the counterweight device 70 and the cable system, wherein the two-way clutch 90 and the coupling member 80 as in Fig.1 are designed.
  • the counter-pulling device 70 in this particular embodiment consists of a cone-shaped cable drum 71 and a Gegenzugseil 6 A, which is guided over two pulleys 61, 62 to one side of the roller blind where it is connected via the cable coupling 60 to the cable system.
  • either the cable deflection 62 or the winch 71 is moved by a linear drive via a travel S in synchronism with the revolutions.
  • the linear drive is in Fig. 3 but not shown.
  • the conical shape of the winch 71 here corresponds to the increasing or decreasing diameter of the roller blind 20 during winding and unwinding, so that the counter pull device is advantageously synchronized with the movement sequence of the roller blind foil.
  • the cable system consists in this particular embodiment of two fixed to the end strip 22 circulating parts 3A, 3B.
  • How out Fig. 3 shows each of the two circulating ropes 3A, 3B starting from the fixed points 2a and 2b to cable deflections 35 and 36 on the head-side, from there back in the opposite direction to cable deflectors 31 and 33 at the foot-side of the blinds, from there cross over to the respective opposite side and alternately guided by means of a third cable guide 34 and 32 in the direction of the head-end bar 22, where they are finally fixed to the fixed point 2b and 2a.
  • this cable system could also be made from only one continuous circulating cable, in which the sections bounded by the fixed points 2a and 2b correspond to the circulating cables 3A and 3B.
  • This cable guide ensures even in extreme mounting position, such as upright, a true-to-angle guidance of the end strip 22 and thus a lifelike winding over many turns.
