Claims (10)

  1. Formmaschine zum Formen länglicher Einzelteile (2) aus Holz oder dergleichen, insbesondere Einzelteile (2) von Tür- und Fensterrahmen, in Längsrichtung, wobei jedes Einzelteil (2) zwei Längs-Seitenflächen (4a, 4b) hat, die im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander sind, die Formmaschine wenigstens eine Klemmvorrichtung (17, 18) für wenigstens ein Einzelteil (2) und wenigstens eine Bearbeitungseinheit (29) zum Formen wenigstens einer der Längs-Seitenflächen (4a, 4b) des Einzelteils (2) in einer Formrichtung (7) parallel zu den Längs-Seitenflächen (4a, 4b) umfasst, die Klemmvorrichtung (17, 18) eine untere Klaue (19) und eine obere Klaue (24) umfasst, die parallel zu der Formrichtung (7) sind, und die Formmaschine dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die untere Klaue (19) und die obere Klaue (24) in Funktion das Einzelteil (2) in einer Einführrichtung (11) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Längs-Seitenflächen (4a, 4b) aufnehmen und zwischen ihnen eine Rinne (28) parallel zu der Einführrichtung (11) ausgebildet ist, über die das Einzelteil (2) in der Einführrichtung (11) zugeführt wird, und die Rinne (28) keine Anschlagelemente zum Blockieren des Einzelteils (2) in der Einführrichtung (11) aufweist, so dass das Einzelteil (2) durch die Rinne (28) hindurch von einem Ende zum anderen zugeführt werden kann.
  2. Formmaschine nach Anspruch 1, die des Weiteren eine erste Anschlageinrichtung (36) umfasst, mit der das Einzelteil (2) richtig in der Einführrichtung (11) positioniert wird, wobei sich die erste Anschlageinrichtung (36) außerhalb der Rinne (28) befindet.
  3. Formmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, die des Weiteren eine zweite Anschlageinrichtung umfasst, die im Inneren einer der Klauen (19, 24) aufgenommen ist und zwischen einer Ruheposition, in der sich die zweite Anschlageinrichtung außerhalb der Rinne (28) befindet, und einer Arbeitsposition bewegt werden kann, in der die zweite Anschlageinrichtung in das Innere der Rinne (28) vorsteht.
  4. Formmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, die des Weiteren eine Einsetzstation (13) zum Einsetzen des Einzelteils (2) zwischen die Klauen (19, 24) und eine erste Transporteinrichtung (35) umfasst, mit der das Einzelteil (2) und die Klemmvorrichtung (17, 18) in Bezug zueinander in der Einführrichtung (11) bewegt werden, um das Einzelteil (2) zwischen die Klauen (19,24) einzuführen.
  5. Formmaschine nach Anspruch 4, die des Weiteren eine zweite Transporteinrichtung (8) umfasst, mit der das Einzelteil (2) in einer Bewegungsrichtung (7) im Wesentlichen quer zu der Einführrichtung (11) der Einführstation (13) zugeführt wird.
  6. Formmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, die eine erste und eine zweite Klemmvorrichtung (17, 18) umfasst, von denen jede die untere Klaue (19) und die obere Klaue (24) umfasst, wobei die erste und die zweite Klemmvorrichtung (17, 18) in Bezug zueinander in der Einführrichtung (11) bewegt werden können, um das Einzelteil (2) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Klemmvorrichtung (17, 18) zu überführen.
  7. Formmaschine nach Anspruch 6, wobei jede Klaue (19, 24) eine kammförmige Klaue ist, die eine entsprechende Anzahl von Zähnen (22, 27) parallel zueinander und zu der Einführrichtung (11) hat.
  8. Formmaschine nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Zähne (22, 27) der Klauen (19, 24) der ersten Klemmvorrichtung (17) in Bezug auf die Zähne (22, 27) der Klauen (19, 24) der zweiten Klemmvorrichtung (18) quer zu der Einführrichtung (11) versetzt sind und die Zähne (22, 27) der Klauen (19, 24) der ersten Klemmvorrichtung (17) zwischen die Zähne (22, 27) der Klauen (19, 24) der zweiten Klemmvorrichtung (18) eingeführt werden, wenn die Klemmvorrichtungen (17, 18) in Bezug zueinander in der Einführrichtung (11) bewegt werden.
  9. Formmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, die des Weiteren wenigstens zwei der Bearbeitungseinheiten (29) zum simultanen Formen der Längs-Seitenflächen (4a, 4b) umfasst.
  10. Formmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, die eine Transporteinrichtung (35) umfasst, mit der das Einzelteil (2) und die Klemmvorrichtung (17, 18) in Bezug zueinander in der Einführrichtung (11) bewegt werden und das Einzelteil (2) zu beiden Seiten in der Einführrichtung (11) richtig zwischen den Klauen (19, 24) positioniert wird.
