Claims (14)

  1. Maschine zum Bearbeiten von Stangen (2) aus Aluminium, Leichtlegierungen, PVC oder dergleichen, wobei die Maschine umfasst: eine längliche Basis (3), die sich in einer Richtung (4) erstreckt; zumindest eine Bearbeitungsstation (14) zum Bearbeiten und/oder Schneiden der Stangen (2); eine erste Rollenträgervorrichtung (6), die mit einer Mehrzahl erster Rollen (7) versehen ist, die drehbar um jeweilige erste Drehachsen (8) montiert bzw. gelagert sind, die parallel zueinander und zu einer zweiten Richtung (9) quer zu der ersten Richtung (4) sind, und eine untere Trägerfläche (P1) für die Stangen (2) definieren; eine erste Zuführvorrichtung (21) zum Zuführen der Stangen (2) entlang der Basis (3) und durch die Bearbeitungsstation (14) in der ersten Richtung (4); eine zweite Zuführvorrichtung (29) zum Zuführen der Stangen (2) entlang der Basis (3) und durch die Bearbeitungsstation (14) in der ersten Richtung (4); wobei die erste und die zweite Zuführvorrichtung (21, 29) gleichzeitig in der Maschine bereitgestellt sind, um alternativ zueinander zu arbeiten; und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner eine zweite Rollenträgervorrichtung (10) umfasst, die mit einer Mehrzahl zweiter Rollen (11) versehen ist, die drehbar um jeweilige zweite Drehachsen (12) montiert bzw. gelagert sind, die parallel zueinander und zu einer dritten Richtung (13) senkrecht zu der unteren Trägerfläche (P1) sind, und eine laterale Trägerfläche (P2) für die Stangen (2) definieren; wobei die Bearbeitungsstation (14) mit einer Bedieneinheit (15) versehen ist, die einen ringförmigen Rahmen (16) umfasst, der sich um die erste und die zweite Rollenträgervorrichtung (6, 10) herum erstreckt, eine Mehrzahl von Betriebsköpfen (17) trägt, die in der zweiten Richtung (9) und/oder in der ersten dritten Richtung (13) bewegbar sind, und zudem eine Schneidklinge (18) trägt, die sich in der ersten Richtung (4) und/oder in der zweiten Richtung (9) und/oder in der dritten Richtung (13) und/oder um eine dritte Drehachse (19) herum parallel zu der zweiten Richtung (9) und/oder um eine vierte Drehachse (20) herum parallel zu der dritten Richtung (13) bewegt; wobei jede Zuführvorrichtung (21, 29) einen länglichen Arm (25, 31), der sich in der ersten Richtung (4) erstreckt, und ein Zuführelement (26, 33) umfasst, das an einem freien Ende des länglichen Arms (25, 31) bereitgestellt ist und konfiguriert ist, mit den Stangen (2) an einem freien Ende davon in Eingriff zu kommen.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei die länglichen Arme (25, 31) der beiden Zuführvorrichtungen (21, 29) jeweils voneinander unterschiedliche Längen aufweisen.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei zumindest eine der beiden Zuführvorrichtungen (21, 29) zwischen einer Betriebsposition, in der die Zuführvorrichtung (21, 29) an der Innenseite eines Zuführwegs angeordnet ist, dem die Stangen (2) entlang der Basis (3) folgen sollen, und einer Ruheposition bewegbar ist, in der die Zuführvorrichtung (21, 29) an der Außenseite des Zuführwegs angeordnet ist, dem die Stangen (2) entlang der Basis (3) folgen sollen.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, wobei die zweite Zuführvorrichtung (29) einen Trägerrahmen (32) umfasst, der konfiguriert ist, zumindest einen Teil der ersten Zuführvorrichtung (21) nach einer Bewegung der zweiten Zuführvorrichtung (29) in seiner Betriebsstellung im Inneren aufzunehmen.
  5. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Trägerrahmen (32) die Form eines kastenartigen Eindämmungs- bzw. Sicherheitskörpers aufweist.
  6. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zumindest eine Zuführvorrichtung (21, 29) ein Klemmelement (26) umfasst, das zwischen einer Klemmposition und einer Freigabeposition für zumindest eine Stange (2) bewegbar ist und dazu ausgelegt ist, die Stangen (2) in beiden Wegen bzw. beide Richtungen der ersten Richtung (4) zuzuführen.
  7. Maschine nach Anspruch 6, wobei zumindest ein Klemmelement (26) so montiert ist, dass es sich um eine Drehachse (27) dreht, die parallel zu der ersten Richtung (4) ist.
  8. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zumindest eine Zuführvorrichtung (21, 29) ein Drückerelement umfasst, das dazu ausgelegt ist, die Stangen (2) in einem einzigen Weg bzw. einer einzigen Richtung der ersten Richtung (4) zuzuführen.
  9. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und ferner umfassend ein Längsführungselement (5), das sich in der ersten Richtung (4) erstreckt und in gleitender Weise von der ersten Zuführvorrichtung (21) und von der zweiten Zuführvorrichtung (29) in Eingriff genommen wird.
  10. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 und ferner umfassend zwei Längsführungselemente, die sich in der ersten Richtung (4) erstrecken und in gleitender Weise in Eingriff genommen sind, und zwar eines durch die erste Zuführvorrichtung (21) und das andere durch die zweite Zuführvorrichtung (29).
  11. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede erste Rolle (7) von zumindest einem Teil der ersten Rollen (7) zwischen einer Betriebsposition, in der die erste Rolle (7) koplanar zu der unteren Trägerfläche (P1) ist, und einer Ruheposition bewegbar ist, in der die erste Rolle (7) unter der unteren Trägerfläche (P1) angeordnet ist, um das Zuführen von zumindest einer der ersten und der zweiten Zuführvorrichtung (21, 29) in der ersten Richtung (4) zu ermöglichen.
  12. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede zweite Rolle (11) von zumindest einem Teil der zweiten Rollen (11) zwischen einer Betriebsposition, in der die zweite Rolle (11) über die untere Trägerfläche (P1) vorsteht, und einer Ruheposition bewegbar ist, in der sich die zweite Rolle (11) an der Außenseite eines Zuführwegs erstreckt, dem die erste und die zweite Zuführvorrichtung (21, 29) in der ersten Richtung (4) folgen sollen.
  13. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und ferner umfassend für jede Zuführvorrichtung (21, 29) eine jeweilige Bedieneinheit, die von der Bedieneinheit der anderen Zuführvorrichtung (21, 29) unabhängig ist.
  14. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 und ferner umfassend eine Bedieneinheit (23) zum Bewegen der ersten Zuführvorrichtung (21) in der ersten Richtung (4) und eine Kopplungseinheit zum Koppeln der zweiten Zuführvorrichtung (29) mit der ersten Zuführvorrichtung (21) und Bewegen der zweiten Zuführvorrichtung (29) in der ersten Richtung (4) unter dem Schub der Bedieneinheit (23).
