Claims (13)

  1. Maschine zum Bearbeiten von Komponenten (2) aus Holz oder dergleichen, umfassend eine langgestreckte Basis (3), die sich in einer ersten Richtung (4) erstreckt und eine lange Aussparung (7) aufweist, die sich in der ersten Richtung (4) erstreckt, in der ersten Richtung (4) entsprechend wenigstens eines ihrer Enden in Längsrichtung offen ist, und nach außen entsprechend einer oberen Fläche (5) der Basis (3) offen ist; ein Brückenkran (8), der sich oberhalb der Basis (3) in einer zweiten Richtung (11) quer zur ersten Richtung (4) erstreckt und mit wenigstens einem ersten Arbeitskopf (12) ausgestattet ist und entlang der Basis (3) in der ersten Richtung (4) beweglich ist, eine Mehrzahl von Verriegelungsvorrichtungen (19), die an der oberen Fläche (5) montiert sind, um wenigstens eine zu bearbeitende Komponente (2) zu halten; und einen zweiten Arbeitskopf (30, 34); dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (7) mit einer Führung (23) versehen ist, die sich entlang der Aussparung (7) in der ersten Richtung in der ersten Richtung (4) erstreckt, und mit dem zweiten Arbeitskopf (30, 34) gleitend im Eingriff steht.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Führung (23) außerhalb der Basis (3) in der ersten Richtung (4) übersteht.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der zweite Arbeitskopf (30, 34) eine Fräs-Einheit (30) und/oder eine Bohr/Fräs-Einheit (34) umfasst.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Fräs/Bohr-Einheit (34) eine Mehrzahl von Bohr/Fräs-Werkzeugen (37) mit variablem Mittelabstand aufweist.
  5. Maschine nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, weiterhin umfassend eine Zufuhrvorrichtung (22) zum Abnehmen jeder Komponente (2) von den betreffenden Verriegelungsvorrichtungen (19) und/oder zum Zuführen jeder Komponente (2) zu den betreffenden Verriegelungsvorrichtungen (19), wobei die Zufuhrvorrichtung (12) entlang der Aussparung (7) in der ersten Richtung (4) beweglich ist.
  6. Maschine nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Führung (23) mit der Zufuhrvorrichtung (22) im gleitenden Eingriff steht und über beide Enden der Aussparung (7) in der ersten Richtung (4) übersteht.
  7. Maschine nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtungen (19) wenigstens zwei Gruppen (16a, 16b) von Klemmschrauben (19) aufweisen, die an der Basis (3) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Aussparung (7) in der zweiten Richtung (11) montiert sind.
  8. Maschine nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Klemmschrauben (19) in Bezug auf die Basis (3) in der zweiten Richtung (11) beweglich sind.
  9. Maschine nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei der zweite Arbeitskopf (30, 34) eine Bohr/Fräs-Einheit (34) umfasst, die ihrerseits eine Gruppe von Bohr/Fräs-Werkzeugen (37) aufweist, einer jeden Gruppe (16a, 16b) der Klemmschrauben (19) zugewandt.
  10. Maschine nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, wobei der zweite Arbeitskopf (30, 34) in einer dritten Richtung (14) beweglich ist, im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu der ersten und zu der zweiten Richtung (4, 11).
  11. Maschine nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, weiterhin umfassend einen Splitterschutz (39) der am Brückenkran (8) montiert ist.
  12. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, weiterhin umfassend einen Splitterschutz (39), der am Brückenkran (8) montiert ist.
  13. Maschine nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei der Splitterschutz (39) in einer dritten Richtung (14) im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur ersten und zur zweiten Richtung (4, 11) beweglich ist.
