Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour améliorer la surface d'un panneau de construction (15) constitué d'un matériau comprimé à base de bois, en particulier MDF ou HDF, ou un matériau mélangé de bois et de plastique, par estampage d'une structure ou par surimpression d'un décor, comprenant une plaque de presse (4, 5) gravée correspondant à la structure ou respectivement au décor et un porte-outil (3, 6) réalisé comme un corps creux logé dans un dispositif de presse, la plaque de presse (4, 5) étant fixée de façon amovible directement et sur toute la surface au porte-outil (3, 6), caractérisé en ce que la plaque de presse (4, 5) est mince par rapport au porte-outil et l'épaisseur de la plaque de presse (4, 5) est de 0,2 à 2 mm, en ce que le porte-outil (3, 6) est rempli d'huile thermique à transfert de pression et de chaleur, et en ce que le porte-outil (3, 6) présente un raccord de pression pour l'huile thermique.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de la plaque de presse (4, 5) est de 0,5mm.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de presse (4, 5) est reliée par adhésion au porte-outil (3, 6).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de presse (4, 5) est fixée au porte-outil (3, 6) mécaniquement, pneumatiquement ou magnétiquement.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi du porte-outil (3, 6) est d'environ 1 mm sur le côté faisant face à la plaque de presse (4, 5).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un coussinet de presse (21, 22) est disposé sur le côté du porte-outil (3, 6) opposé à la plaque de presse (4, 5).
