Claims (13)

  1. Procédé d'affinement d'une plaque de support (100), en particulier une plaque en matériau dérivé du bois ou en bois, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a) appliquer sur là surface supérieure de la plaque de support (100), une couche primaire faite d'une résine à base de mélamine et/ou d'urée,
    b) sécher la couche primaire (101),
    c) appliquer un papier décoratif (102) non résiné,
    d) contrecoller le papier décoratif (102) avec la plaque de support (100),
    e) conduire la plaque de support (100) avec le papier décoratif (102) contrecollé, en tant que produit intermédiaire préfabriqué, jusqu'à une installation d'enduction directe (40) pour application d'une couche fonctionnelle (103),
    f) appliquer sur le papier décoratif (102) contrecollé au moins une couche de résine de mélamine (103) en tant que couche fonctionnelle vitrifiante,
    g) sécher l'au moins une couche de résine de mélamine (103),
    h) agencer sous une plaque de presse supérieure (1) d'une presse à cadence rapide (60), un film structurant (8), muni de renfoncements et/ou de rehaussements,
    i) presser la structure en couches entre la plaque de presse supérieure et une plaque de presse inférieure (1, 11) de la presse à cadence rapide (60), sous l'effet de la température et la pression, les couches de résine synthétique (101, 103) fondant et la résine synthétique fondue s'ajustant en coulant aux renfoncements et/ou rehaussements du film structurant (8) de sorte qu'une structure se forme après le durcissement de la résine synthétique,
    j) enlever le film structurant (8) de la plaque de presse supérieure (1), par soufflage, au moyen d'une surpression.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'application du papier décoratif (102) s'effectue en le déroulant d'un rouleau.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'avant de presser on applique sur la face inférieure de la plaque de support (100) au moins une couche de contre-traction (104).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique la couche primaire (101) à l'état fluide.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique la couche primaire sur la surface polie de la face supérieure de la plaque de support (100).
  6. Dispositif de presse pour presser et structurer des plaques de support (100) munies de plusieurs couches de résine (101, 103, 104), en particulier des plaques en matériau dérivé du bois ou en bois, comprenant une plaque de presse supérieure (1) et une plaque de presse inférieure (2), dans lequel un film structurant (8) muni de renfoncements et/ou de rehaussements doit être agencé sous la plaque de presse supérieure (1), caractérisé en ce que la plaque de presse supérieure (1) présente une tôle de presse (4) munie de plusieurs ouvertures et les ouvertures sont reliées à un dispositif pneumatique (50), et en ce qu'une surpression peut être produite par le dispositif pneumatique (50) pour dégager par soufflage le film à structure (8) de la tôle de presse (4)/la plaque de presse (1).
  7. Dispositif de presse selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le film à structure (8) est adjacent à la plaque de presse (1).
  8. Dispositif de presse selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le film à structure (8) peut être fixé à la plaque de presse (1).
  9. Dispositif de presse selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le film à structure (8) peut être aspiré sur la plaque de presse (1).
  10.
