Claims (3)
- Presse pour l'usinage de matériau (3) de n'importe quel type, comprenant un lit (1) à remplir, à compresser de type continue et à amener du matériau (3) pour un usinage ultérieur comme presser et/ou cisailler, sachant que le lit (1) est formé par un fond (1.1), une paroi (1.2), une plaque de compression (1.3) d'une coulisse latérale comprenant au moins un vérin hydraulique (1.3.1), pouvant être déplacée parallèlement à la paroi sur le fond (1.1), un couvercle de compression (1.4) placé de manière pivotante sur la paroi (1.2) comprenant au moins un vérin hydraulique (1.4.1) et une plaque d'avancée (1.5) pouvant être déplacée sur le fond (1.1) transversalement à la direction de la plaque de compression (1.3) ; plaque d'avancée (1.5) d'une coulisse comprenant un vérin hydraulique (1.5.1), sachant que le couvercle de compression (1.4)a) présente un bras de force (1.4.2) pouvant être dirigé autour de la paroi (1.2) et/ou du fond (1.1) au moins en partie, lequel est relié au vérin hydraulique (1.4.1) attribué au couvercle de compression (1.4),b) présente un bras de compression (1.4.3) agissant sur le matériau (3),c) présente un axe de pivotement (1.2.1) placé le long d'une arête supérieure de la paroi (1.2),
caractérisé en ce la pressed) est formeé avec son bras de force (1.4.2) et son vérin hydraulique (1.4.1) et son bras de compression (1.4.3) en ce que la force du bras de compression (1.4.3) introduite avec un pivotement et agissant sur le matériau (3) augmente d'une position angulaire de 0° du couvercle de compression (1.4) par rapport à la paroi (1.2) jusqu'à une position angulaire d'environ 40-60° et après avoir atteint la position angulaire d'environ 100°, cette force est toujours supérieure à la force agissant sur le matériau (3) au début du pivotement ete) le vérin hydraulique (1.4.1) du couvercle de compression (1.4) est articulé en-dessous du fond (1.1). - Presse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lorsque le couvercle de compression (1.4) est complètement ouvert, celui-ci se trouve par sa propre masse, dans une position finale auto-stabilisante.
- Presse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le profilé transversal du lit (1) est en U, l'au moins un vérin hydraulique (1.3.1) de la coulisse latérale (1.3) et l'au moins un vérin hydraulique (1.4.1) du couvercle de compression (1.4) sont intégrés physiquement dans le profilé du lit (1) et les vérins hydrauliques (1.3.1, 1.4.1) reposent sur un plan.
