Claims (19)
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation comprenant une porte en verre (3) qui présente un cadre métallique (5) dans lequel est inséré un vitrage (6) qui est fixé sur un support de vitrage (12), le cadre métallique (5) étant constitué d'une enveloppe métallique (7) d'une seule pièce intégralement périphérique, laquelle est réalisée sans joint sur ses côtés visibles, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe métallique (7) est expansée avec un corps en mousse (19) périphérique, lequel épouse sur toute la surface la paroi arrière de l'enveloppe métallique (7) et forme un renforcement de cadre fermé, le support de vitrage (12) étant expansé dans le corps en mousse (19).
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon la revendication précédente, l'enveloppe métallique (7) sur la section (17) côté frontal étant formée de manière bombée sur la largeur et/ou la hauteur de la porte.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon la revendication précédente, l'enveloppe métallique (7) étant constituée d'un profilé en tôle formé, notamment embouti et/ou cintré et ourlé.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon la revendication précédente, le côté frontal d'un montant transversal (11) supérieur et/ou inférieur de l'enveloppe métallique (7) présentant une courbure en direction longitudinale de ce montant transversal (11) supérieur et/ou inférieur.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'enveloppe métallique (7) présentant une section de vitrage (4) dans laquelle est inséré un cadre de recouvrement (42) périphérique d'une seule pièce.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon la revendication précédente, le cadre de recouvrement (42) étant adjacent de manière périphérique au bord (40) de l'enveloppe métallique (7), délimitant la section de vitrage (41), notamment étant emboîtable, à l'aide d'une rainure périphérique, sur ce bord s'étendant de préférence approximativement parallèlement au plan de vitrage, de sorte que le bord (40) est entouré des deux côtés par le cadre de recouvrement (42).
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, le cadre de recouvrement (42) possédant une profondeur se modifiant, compensant la courbure du côté frontal de l'enveloppe métallique (7) en direction du vitrage (6).
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'enveloppe métallique (7) présentant une découpe de vitrage (41) angulaire.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le support de vitrage (12) possédant un côté d'appui (13) faisant saillie du cadre métallique (5) vers l'intérieur, sur lequel le vitrage (6) repose avec sa face plate, de préférence de manière collée.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le vitrage (6) étant un vitrage multiple dans lequel plusieurs vitres (21, 22, 23) sont disposées en étant distancées les unes des autres, de préférence reliées les unes aux autres par des entretoises (24, 25).
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, un joint (27, 28), notamment un joint à lèvre élastique, étant ménagé entre l'enveloppe métallique (7) et le vitrage (6) et/ou entre le support de vitrage (12) et le vitrage (6).
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le vitrage (6) étant logé au moyen d'un joint (33) élastique qui entoure le vitrage (6) et permet une compensation de tolérance pour le vitrage.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon la revendication précédente, le joint (33) élastique étant disposé sur le côté intérieur de porte du vitrage (6).
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, le joint (33) présentant des sections de dureté et/ou de flexibilité différentes, notamment une lèvre d'étanchéité souple qui est formée sur une section de fixation plus dure.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon la revendication précédente, le joint (33) étant injecté ou coextrudé à partir de différentes matières par procédé à deux composants.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, l'enveloppe métallique (7) présentant en direction de la section de vitrage (41) une nervure de bord (40) coudée par rapport au côté frontal de l'enveloppe métallique (7).
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon la revendication précédente et selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 15, le joint élastique étant posé sur la nervure de bord (40).
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, une application supplémentaire, notamment un chauffage, un dispositif d'éclairage (15), un thermomètre (8) ou similaire, étant ménagée sur le cadre métallique (5) entre l'enveloppe métallique (7) et le vitrage (6).
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, un dispositif d'éclairage (15) destiné à l'éclairage du vitrage (6) étant ménagé sur le cadre métallique (5).
