Claims (15)
- Procédé de notification d'appels d'urgence reçus à des centres de réception des appels d'urgence, accompagnée d'informations de localisation, moyennant un véhicule qui recueille l'information de localisation et qui comporte une unité de communication et un transmetteur de signaux d'appel d'urgence, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- transmission, en cas d'évènement d'appel d'urgence, des informations de localisation accompagnées des données d'identification depuis une unité mobile sous forme numérique par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau de radiocommunication mobile vers un serveur eCall central comme message numérique;- transformation, par le serveur eCall, des informations transmises en un tableau de signalement et mise à disposition sur une page web à accès protégé munie d'un matériel cartographique qui indique où se situe le véhicule ;- caractérisé par- transmission supplémentaire d'informations à un centre local de réception des appels d'urgence par l'intermédiaire d'un appel téléphonique du véhicule, le centre local de réception des appels d'urgence étant déterminé sur la base des informations de localisation ; et- interrogation du tableau de signalement via l'internet par le centre local de réception des appels d'urgence compétent après une authentification au niveau du serveur eCall.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le serveur eCall détermine le centre local de réception des appels d'urgence moyennant les informations de localisation et l'informe sur les nouvelles informations moyennant un procédé push via l'internet.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les informations de localisation sont recueillies dans l'unité mobile via un système de localisation par satellite tel que GPS (Global Positioning System) et/ou les informations de localisation sont recueillies dans le réseau de radiocommunication mobile à l'aide du réseau de radiocommunication mobile moyennant localisation par réseau avec identification des cellules radio et/ou mesure du temps de propagation des signaux radio.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les unités mobiles sont embarquées dans des véhicules sous la forme de systèmes télématiques.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les unités mobiles sont intégrées dans des micro-ordinateurs avec téléphone mobile du type smartphone, PDA, etc.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les informations de localisation et les données d'identification sont transmises au serveur eCall comme télégramme de données via des services de radiocommunication mobile tels que SMS, GPRS, UUS, USSD ou UMTS et des passerelles correspondantes de réseau de radiocommunication mobile.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel plusieurs serveurs eCall fonctionnent parallèlement et les informations sont déterminées sur la base du débit et/ou du lieu.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les exploitants du serveur eCall communiquent aux centres de réception des appels d'urgence des données d'authentification telles que noms d'utilisateur et mots de passe et/ou certificats client pour accéder aux pages web mises à disposition.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la position du véhicule est représentée sur la carte avec une voie de circulation et/ou un sens de déplacement, dans la mesure où ces données sont également transmises.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la carte possède une fonction zoom et une fonction défilement pour identifier la position du lieu de l'accident dans un contexte plus grand.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la communication vocale directe est réalisée moyennant une numérotation abrégée et un routage qui est fonction de la position.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une communication vocale est établie par l'unité mobile vers un centre d'appel de niveau supérieur parallèlement à la transmission du télégramme de données pour acheminer la communication vocale vers le centre de réception des appels d'urgence compétent après vérification, le cas échéant, de la présence d'une fausse alarme.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel" en cas d'absence de communication vocale, le cas est soit présenté activement au centre de réception des appels d'urgence par le serveur eCall et/ou le centre d'appel de niveau supérieur est informé de la réception du télégramme de données et, le cas échéant après rappel du client, une alarme est transmise au centre de réception des appels d'urgence.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la page web du serveur eCall est interrogée par le centre de réception des appels d'urgence à l'aide d'un navigateur standard.
- Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel en plus de l'affichage du tableau de signalement sur le navigateur du centre de réception des appels d'urgence, la page web mentionnée comporte une option d'acheminement pour acheminer les informations vers des unités mobiles embarquées dans des véhicules opérationnels ce qui permet d'y visionner également les informations.
