Definitions

  • the invention relates to a vacuum cleaner according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a marketed in the vacuum cleaner has a housing in which a dust collection chamber is arranged, which is closed by a dust compartment lid, which has a web-like handle portion for supporting the vacuum cleaner by hand, which adjoins a recess of the dust chamber lid, in which an unlocking a Detent element projects, which cooperates with a counter-latching element of the housing to hold the dust chamber cover in a closed position.
  • a vacuum cleaner is from the document JP 092 99 295 already known.
  • the dust compartment lid is pivotally mounted on the housing. By opening the dust compartment lid, the dust compartment is accessible to remove a filled dust bag and to be able to use a new empty dust bag.
  • a hinge joint opposite the end of the dust chamber lid of the web-like handle is integrally formed on the dust chamber cover. So that the web-like handle can be grasped by one hand, a passage opening is required in the wall of the dust chamber cover. In the penetration opening the unlocking protrudes by the actuation of a locking element to open the dust chamber cover can.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner with an improved carrying handle and an improved lid lock.
  • the web-like grip portion is designed to be groove-shaped for the engagement of fingers of one hand. Due to the channel-shaped design of the web-like handle portion, it is no longer necessary that the web-like handle portion must be completely encompassed, d. H. It is unnecessary that the fingers of a hand are passed through a passage opening in the dust chamber cover. To carry the vacuum cleaner, it is only necessary to insert the fingers, in particular the fingertips in the trough-shaped cavity of the web-like handle portion, so that the vacuum cleaner can be worn without having to put your fingers through a passage opening in the dust chamber cover.
  • the design for the vacuum cleaner can be chosen freely, without having to provide a predetermined in its position and size penetration opening.
  • a channel-shaped shape for the web-like handle portion of any form can be understood, which is undercut for the engagement of fingers or at least of fingertips trough-like. In cross section of the web-like handle portion would thus result in about a C, U or V-shaped cross-section.
  • the channel-shaped grip portion is open on a side directed away from the outer surface of the dust chamber cover.
  • the channel-shaped grip section is thus designed to be substantially open at the bottom.
  • Open towards the bottom means that the channel-shaped grip section is designed to be open in an essentially directed manner in the direction of the base housing of the vacuum cleaner. Ie. the opening of the channel-shaped grip section is arranged substantially optically hidden and the closed surface of the channel-shaped grip section faces outward to the viewing direction of a user.
  • This inventive orientation of the open side of the channel-shaped handle portion a visually appealing design is achieved.
  • At least one wall portion of the channel-shaped, web-like handle portion may be double-walled. Due to the double-walled design of the handle portion, a high rigidity is achieved and at the same time the shape of the handle portion can be made more pleasant in terms of optics for the user while avoiding sharp edges.
  • the rigidity of the web-like handle portion of the double-walled wall portion may form a gap by stiffening ribs are provided.
  • stiffening ribs By means of the stiffening ribs, the two wall sections of the double-walled grip section are given increased strength against elastic deformation.
  • the additional stiffening of the web-like handle portion gives a user a particularly high-quality wearing comfort and the durability of the vacuum cleaner is increased due to the greater load capacity for the web-like handle portion.
  • the double-walled wall portion may be formed extending along an edge of the contour of the dust chamber cover along the length of the web-like handle portion. Due to the design of the web-like handle portion along an edge of the contour of the dust chamber lid can not be used to support the vacuum cleaner on the web-like handle portion, but the web-like handle portion also forms the handle portion for opening and pivoting the dust chamber lid for removal or for insertion of a dust bag. By such a web-like handle portion has a running at the edge of the contour of the dust chamber cover along wall portion which is double-walled, not only increased rigidity for the web-like handle portion itself is achieved, but the overall stiffness of the dust chamber cover is increased.
  • the web-like grip portion may be set back from the outer surface of the dust chamber cover.
  • the web-like grip section does not necessarily have to be flush with the outer surface of the dust chamber lid.
  • a set-back of the web-like handle portion may, for example, be useful if the unlocking is largely flush with the surface of the dust chamber cover and has such a size that the unlocking is to protrude beyond the web-like handle portion. So that the unlocking element does not protrude beyond the contour of the dust chamber cover, it is expedient to recreate the web-like grip section with respect to the outer surface of the dust chamber cover so that an unlocking element extending over the web-like grip section terminates at least approximately flush with the outer surface of the dust chamber cover.
  • the unlocking element merely predominantly occupies the recess of the dust chamber cover. Even if a penetration opening for the penetration of the web-like handle portion is no longer necessary, it may be useful to continue to provide a slight penetration opening in the dust chamber cover so that unlocking can be operated from below. In this case, a small penetration opening is required so Finder passed through from outside through the dust chamber cover and that unlocking can be actuated from the rear. However, such a passage opening can be formed significantly smaller than when the web-like handle portion is to be completely encompassed.
  • the unlocking completely covers the recess of the dust chamber cover.
  • a complete overlap of the recess of the dust chamber cover or a passage opening in the dust chamber cover is particularly advantageous in terms of the visual appearance of the vacuum cleaner.
  • the unlocking element is flush-mounted integrated into the contour of the dust chamber cover. This is particularly advantageous in terms of the visual appearance of the vacuum cleaner.
  • the flush integration of the unlocking element in the contour of the dust chamber lid results in a harmonious overall impression of the vacuum cleaner. In particular, then no protruding parts are present, with which the vacuum cleaner, for example, could get stuck on furniture.
  • the contour of the vacuum cleaner is flush with niches in which, for example, dust or dirt could accumulate.
  • the unlocking element covers the web-like handle portion. If the unlocking not only completely covers the recess of the dust chamber cover, but also covers the web-like handle portion, so both the access opening and the web-like handle portion itself is optically hidden. Outwardly for a user then only the surface of the unlocking element within the surface of the dust chamber lid visible.
  • a partition wall is provided according to the invention, which is formed between the web-like handle portion and the unlocking.
  • Such a partition wall is intended to prevent the unlocking element from being actuated when engaging in the groove-like web-like grip section or when gripping the grip section.
  • the partition is provided on the web-like handle portion.
  • the dividing wall is formed by an extended first leg of the channel-shaped grip section.
  • the partition can either be provided directly on the dust chamber cover or be formed on the web-like handle portion. If the web-like grip portion is channel-shaped, then the partition can be formed by extending a leg of the channel-shaped grip portion as far as possible is that the leg acts as a partition between the handle portion and unlocking.
  • FIG. 1 illustrated vacuum cleaner shows an arrangement of a dust chamber cover 1 according to the prior art.
  • a vacuum cleaner designed according to the invention is analogous or similar to the prior art apart from the dust chamber cover 1.
  • the prior art and the invention thus differ only by the design of the dust chamber cover, in particular by the shape and arrangement of the web-like handle portion 2 and the unlocking 3.
  • the vacuum cleaner has a housing 4.
  • the housing 4 has a shell-like construction and has a fan chamber 5 in a rear region and a dust chamber 6 in a front region.
  • a dust bag 7 is arranged in the dust chamber 6, a dust bag 7 is arranged.
  • the dust bag 7 has a holding plate 8 with an opening into which a nozzle 9 dips when the dust chamber cover 1 is closed.
  • a carrying handle 10 is integrally formed on the housing 4.
  • the carrying handle 10 includes a hinge assembly 11 through which the dust chamber cover 1 is pivotally mounted on the housing 4 of the vacuum cleaner.
  • bottom side castors 12 and lateral wheels 13 may be provided.
  • the hinge assembly 11 at an opposite end of the dust chamber cover 1, the web-like handle portion 2 is integrally formed on the dust chamber cover 1.
  • a Recess 14 Between web-like handle portion 2 and unlocking element 3 is a Recess 14, which forms a penetration opening provided.
  • a latching element 15 is formed. The locking element 15 engages behind a counter-locking element 16 on the housing 4.
  • the web-like handle portion 2 is solid, ie in a cavity 17 of the web-like handle portion 2 can not be intervened.
  • the latching element 15 and the counter-latching element 16 on the housing 4 are largely identical or analogously formed in the prior art and in the invention.
  • FIG. 2 shows a first variant of a dust chamber cover according to the invention 1.
  • a partition wall 18 is formed at the web-like handle portion 2.
  • the recess 14 is formed so narrow in size that it is no longer suitable for grasping the web-like handle portion 2, but only suitable to actuate the unlocking element by the fingertips of one hand.
  • FIG. 2 is in FIG. 3 shown in partial cross section.
  • the web-like grip portion 2 is formed substantially C-shaped in cross section.
  • a first extended leg 19 of the web-like handle portion 2 forms the partition 18.
  • a second leg 20 of the web-like handle portion 2 is double-walled with a first wall portion 21 and a second wall portion 22 is formed.

  • a plurality of stiffening ribs 23 are provided between first wall portion 21 and second wall portion 22, a plurality of stiffening ribs 23 are provided.
  • the stiffening ribs 23 extend substantially perpendicular to the first wall section 21 and the second wall section 22 and are preferably integrally formed thereon.
  • the partition 18 is disposed between the web-like handle portion 2 and the unlocking element 3.
  • the partition wall 18 extends approximately at a 45 ° angle to the longitudinal extent of the dust chamber cover 1.
  • a trough-shaped engagement 24 is formed between the first wall portion 21 and the partition wall 18 and between the first leg 19 and the second leg 20, a trough-shaped engagement 24 is formed.
  • the trough-shaped engagement 24 forms the support region for the vacuum cleaner on the trough-shaped web-like handle portion 2.
  • the trough-shaped engagement 24 is dimensioned such that four fingertips of a hand can be completely absorbed therein.
  • the web-like handle portion 2 is thus engaged behind from below, so that the fingertips of a hand in the trough-shaped engagement 24 come to rest and supported against the partition 18.
  • a penetration of the fingers through the recess 14 is prevented by means of the partition wall 18.
  • a free edge 25 of the partition wall 18 may be in cross section approximately at the height of a free edge of the unlocking element 3. However, the free edge 25 of the partition wall 18 may also be pulled down below the unlocking element 3 beyond its free edge 26. Also, the height distance h between the free edge 25 and free edge 26 opposite to in FIG. 3 be shown schematically further reduced measure.
  • the partition 18 or free edge 25 and unlocking 3 or free edge 26 is to take into account that the partition 18 should be designed so large that is reliably prevented that the web-like handle portion 2 encompassing fingers the unlocking 3 Press.
  • FIG. 4 shown in plan view.
