Claims (32)

  1. Appliziervorrichtung für ein kosmetisches oder dermatologisches Produkt, die aufweist:
    - einen Schaft (4), und
    - ein Applizierelement (6), welches an einem ersten Ende (5) des Schaftes angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft zumindest einen geprägten Abschnitt (10) auf weist, der ein Gelenk bzw. eine Schwenkbarkeit ausbildet.
  2. Applikationsvorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, bei der der Schaft (4) zumindest zwei geprägte Abschnitte (10) aufweist, die Scharniere bzw. Gelenke ausbilden.
  3. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der geprägte Abschnitt (10) nicht rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
  4. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Schaft symmetrisch im Hinblick auf eine mittlere bzw. in der Mitte gelegene Ebene ist.
  5. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher zumindest ein geprägter Abschnitt (10) auf der unteren Hälfte des Schaftes angeordnet ist.
  6. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Schaft (4) zumindest einen Buckel bzw. eine Warze (11) aufweist, die durch die Prägung entsteht, und auf dem Schaft einen leichten lateralen Vorsprung bildet.
  7. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Schaft (4) zumindest einen geprägten Abschnitt (10) aufweist, der zumindest einen Durchbruch (16) aufweist, insbesondere zumindest einen Durchbruch, der zwischen zwei Ästen (17) angeordnet ist, die zwei Teilabschnitte des Schaftes bilden, die zum einen und zum anderen Teil des geprägten Abschnittes angeordnet sind.
  8. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der geprägte Abschnitt einen Boden vorzuweisen hat, der sich entlang einer Linie erstreckt, die nicht senkrecht zu der Längsachse des Schaftes ist.
  9. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Schaft (4) zumindest zwei geprägte Abschnitte (10) aufweist, die zwei unterschiedliche Formen aufweisen.
  10. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Schaft zumindest zwei geprägte Abschnitte (10) aufweist, die Böden bzw. untere Abschnitte haben, die sich entlang von Linien erstrecken, die nicht parallel sind.
  11. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Schaft (4) zumindest zwei geprägte Abschnitte (10) aufweist, die gleiche Profile haben, wenn der Schaft in einer Richtung senkrecht zu seiner Längsachse (X) betrachtet wird.
  12. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher zumindest ein geprägter Abschnitt (10) zumindest einen Materialausstülpung (19) auf weist, die auf zumindest einer Flanke (20) eines Teilabschnittes des Schaftes (14, 15), die bei dem geprägten Abschnitt liegt, angeordnet ist.
  13. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher zumindest ein geprägter Abschnitt (10) einen längserstreckten Abschnitt mit einer Form vorzuweisen hat, die allgemein rechtwinklig ist.
  14. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei, welcher zumindest ein geprägter Abschnitt (10) einen Längsabschnitt mit einer allgemein dreieckigen Form vorzuweisen hat.
  15. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Schaft (4) einen transversalen Abschnitt mit einer Form hat, die aus der nachfolgenden Liste ausgewählt ist: kreisförmig, nicht kreisförmig, länglich, oval, elliptisch, polygonal, quadratisch, rechtwinklig, nierenförmig, gerippt, in der Form eines Sternes, mit einem oder mehreren Hälsen bzw. Kehlen.
  16. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Schaft (4) aus einem thermoplastischen Material verwirklicht ist, insbesondere aus einem Material, das aus der Gruppe ausgebildet ist, die gebildet wird durch: PEHD, PEBD, lineares PE, PP, PDM, PA, PET, PBT.
  17. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher das Applikationselement (6) zumindest eines der nachfolgenden Elemente aufweist: Haarbündel, Filz, ein Beflockungsbezug, Schaumstoff.
  18. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher das Applikationselement (6) ein Bündel Haare aufweist.
  19. Applikationsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, bei welcher das Applikationselement (6) ein Ansatzstück mit einer Beflockung aufweist.
  20. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, die ein Greifelement (9) aufweist, das an einem zweiten Ende (8) des Schaftes (4) festgelegt ist.
  21. Applikationsvorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, bei welcher das Greif element (9) eine nicht rotationssymmetrische Form aufweist, die das Greifen durch den Anwender in einer vorbestimmten Orientierung begünstigt.
  22. Applikationsvorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, bei welcher das Greifelement zumindest einen Bereich zur Aufnahme (33) eines Fingers aufweist, insbesondere eine Abflachung oder eine Kammer bzw. Alveole, die sich in einer Weise erstreckt, die allgemein genau parallel zu einer Achse einer größeren Abmessung eines transversalen Bereichs des geprägten Abschnittes ist.
  23. Applikationsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der geprägte Abschnitt konstruiert ist, um die Rotation von einem gegenüber dem anderen der Teilabschnitte des Schaftes, die einerseits und andererseits des geprägten Abschnittes angeordnet sind, zu begrenzen.
  24. Vorrichtung zur Aufbereitung und zur Applikation eines kosmetischen Produktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine Applikationsvorrichtung (3) gemäß irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche und einen Behälter (2), der das zur Anwendung bestimmte Produkt enthält, aufweist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, in welcher der Behälter ein Produkt zur Anwendung auf den Nägeln bzw. Fingernägeln enthält.
  26. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, in welcher das Produkt ein Lidstrich, ein Lidschatten oder ein Produkt für die Lippen ist.
  27. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 26, das ferner ein Trocknungselement aufweist.
  28. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 24 bis 27, bei welchem der Behälter in einer dichtenden Weise schließt.
  29. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Applikationsvorrichtung wie sie in irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20 definiert ist, das die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - zumindest ein Abschnitt (10) eines Schaftes (4) wird geprägt, wobei der Schaft ein Applikationselement (6) aufweist, um zumindest ein Gelenk bzw. eine Schwenkbarkeit auszubilden.
  30. Verfahren nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, bei welchem der Schaft bei einer Umgebungstemperatur geprägt wird.
  31. Verfahren nach Anspruch 29, bei dem der Schaft heiß geprägt wird.
  32. Maschine zur Herstellung der Applikationsvorrichtung für ein kosmetisches Produkt nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, die ausgebildet ist, um einen Schaft aufzunehmen und eine Matrize aufweist, die angeordnet ist, um den Schaft zu prägen, um ein Gelenk bzw. eine Schwenkbarkeit an diesem auszubilden.
