Claims (30)

  1. Applikator (3), um ein Produkt (P) auf die Hornfasern, insbesondere die Augenwimpern oder die Augenbrauen, zu applizieren, der umfasst:
    einen Stift (4), der eine Längsachse (X) besitzt und wenigstens einen elastisch verformbaren, flexiblen Abschnitt (20), um bei der Applikation und/oder beim Schleudern nachzugeben, einen starren Teil (4g) und ein Applikationselement (5), das am Stift (4) befestigt ist, aufweist, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) zu einem ersten Ende (4a) des starren Teils des Stifts benachbart ist, wobei das Applikationselement (5) an dem flexiblen Abschnitt (20) befestigt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Applikationselement eine verdrillte Seele und Haare (11), die sich quer zu der Längsachse des Stifts erstrecken, enthält, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) einen Aufnahmesitz (24) aufweist und ein Teil der Seele des Applikationselements (5) in diesem Aufnahmesitz eingesetzt ist.
  2. Applikator nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Stift (4) eine nicht flexible obere Hälfte aufweist und der flexible Abschnitt (20) sich in der unteren Hälfte des Stifts befindet.
  3. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Stift (4) einen einzigen flexiblen Abschnitt (20) aufweist und der Rest des Stifts starr ist.
  4. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) gegossen ist.
  5. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) auf einen starren Teil des Stifts gegossen ist.
  6. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) am Rest des Stifts durch Einrasten, Schrauben, Kleben, Einsetzen mit Kraft oder Bördeln befestigt ist.
  7. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der starre Teil (4g) wenigstens einen Aufnahmesitz (22) besitzt, um wenigstens einen Teil für die Befestigung des flexiblen Abschnitts (20) an dem benachbarten Teil des Stifts aufzunehmen.
  8. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) wenigstens einen Aufnahmesitz (25) aufweist, um wenigstens einen Teil für die Befestigung des starren Teils des Stifts am flexiblen Abschnitt aufzunehmen.
  9. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) rotationssymmetrisch um die Längsachse (X) des Stifts ist.
  10. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) nicht rotationssymmetrisch ist.
  11. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) eine größere transversale Abmessung besitzt, die gleich einer größeren transversalen Abmessung des Stifts ist.
  12. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) eine größere transversale Abmessung besitzt, die größer als eine größere transversale Abmessung des Stifts ist.
  13. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) eine größere transversale Abmessung besitzt, die kleiner als eine größere transversale Abmessung des Stifts ist.
  14. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) eine Einschnürung aufweist.
  15. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der flexible Abschnitt eine ringförmige Kehle aufweist, die sich zwischen einem Ende der Seele und dem Ende des starren Teils des Stifts, das zu dem des flexiblen Abschnitt benachbart ist, befindet.
  16. Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der flexible Abschnitt einen in einem Aufnahmesitz des Stifts angebrachten Ansatz aufweist, wobei die Kehle und die Basis des Ansatzes zwei bevorzugte Verformungszonen des flexiblen Teils bilden, wenn das Applikationselement relativ zu einer Ruheposition des Applikationselements geneigt ist.
  17. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der flexible Abschnitt einen sichtbaren Durchmesser aufweist, der wenigstens in der Zone des flexiblen Abschnitts in der Verlängerung des starren Teils gleich jenem des starren Teils benachbart zu dem Stift ist.
  18. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Stift einen oder mehrere starre Teile aufweist, die aus wenigstens einem thermoplastischen Material verwirklicht sind.
  19. Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das oder die thermoplastischen Materialien aus der folgenden Liste gewählt sind: PEHD, PEBD, lineares PE, PP, PT, POM, PA, PET, PBT.
  20. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Anspruche, wobei der flexible Abschnitt (20) aus einem Material der folgenden Liste verwirklicht ist: Elastomer, insbesondere thermoplastisches Elastomer, PEBD, PVC, PU, thermoplastisches Elastomer-Polyester, EPDM, PDM, EVA, SIS, SEBS, SBS, Latex, Silikon, Nitril, Butyl, Polyurethan, Polyether-Blockamid, Polyester.
  21. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seele des Applikationselements starrer ist als der flexible Abschnitt (20) des Stifts.
  22. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seele in Bezug auf den Stift nicht um die Längsachse des Stifts drehbar ist.
  23. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der flexible Abschnitt wenigstens teilweise Flockfaser enthält ist.
  24. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seele (10) zwei Adern eines verdrillten Metalldrahts enthält.
  25. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Stift (4) mit einem Greiforgan (6) verbunden ist, das in der Weise beschaffen ist, dass es einen das zu applizierende Produkt (P) enthaltenden Aufnahmebehälter (2) dicht verschließt.
  26. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Stift einen starren Teil aus thermoplastischem Material enthält, dessen Durchmesser größer oder gleich 2,5 mm ist.
  27. Anordnung, die eine Vibrationsquelle (320) und einen Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst, wobei der flexible Abschnitt konfiguriert ist, um bei Vibrationsfrequenzen der Vibrationsquelle (320), die in den Applikator integriert oder mit diesem in Kontakt gebracht ist, in Resonanz zu treten.
  28. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, wobei der flexible Abschnitt ein Material mit einer Shore-Härte im Bereich von 25 Shore A bis 70 Shore D enthält.
  29. Vorrichtung zum Verpacken und Applizieren eines kosmetischen Produkts, das auf die Augenwimpern oder die Augenbrauen zu applizieren ist, die einen Applikator (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26 einerseits oder nach Anspruch 28 andererseits sowie einen das zu applizierende Produkt enthaltenden Aufnahmebehälter (2) umfasst.
  30. Verfahren zur kosmetischen Behandlung mit Hilfe eines Applikators nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26 einerseits oder nach Anspruch 28 andererseits, wobei ein Produkt auf das Applikationselement appliziert wird, indem der zwischen dem Applikationselement und dem Stift gebildete Winkel kraft einer Verformung des flexiblen Teils verändert wird.
