Claims (32)

  1.     - eine Stange (4) mit einem Ende (4a), das sich gemäß einer Längsachse (X) erstreckt,
    - eine Bürste (5), die am Ende (4a) der Stange befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Bürste umfasst:
    - einen am Ende der Stange befestigten verdrillten Kern (10) und
    - Borsten (11), die sich von einem Abschnitt (12) des die Borsten tragenden verdrillten Kerns (10) aus erstrecken,
    wobei der verdrillte Kern (10) so gebogen ist, dass der die Borsten tragende Abschnitt an jedem Punkt mit der Längsachse (X) des Endes der Stange einen Winkel von nicht Null bildet, der kleiner als 20° ist, wobei die Bürste mit der Wand des Behälters nicht in Kontakt kommt, wenn die Auftrageinrichtung auf dem Behälter an ihrem Platz ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten freie Enden besitzen, die eine Hüllfläche (E) mit einem nicht kreisförmigen Querschnitt an mindestens einem Punkt dieses Abschnitts (12) bilden.

  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste mindestens eine ebene oder konkave Seite (16; 28; 29; 30) aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste mindestens eine konvexe Seite (30) aufweist, deren Krümmungsradius, wenn die Bürste im Querschnitt betrachtet wird, größer als die Länge der längsten Borste ist, die sich von dem Kern aus in diesem Querschnitt erstreckt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern (10) mindestens zwei verdrillte Stränge umfasst.
  14. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stränge mit einem Linksgang verdrillt sind.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stränge mit einem Rechtsgang verdrillt sind.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hüllfläche (E) auf dem größten Teil der Länge des die Borsten tragenden Abschnitts (12) des Kerns konstant ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hüllfläche (E) mindestens einen Abschnitt (12) aufweist, dessen Querschnitt sich insbesondere homothetisch ändert.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Hüllfläche (E) an mindestens einem Punkt des Kerns eine allgemeine Form besitzt, die aus der folgenden Liste ausgewählt ist: polygonal, insbesondere dreieckig, quadratisch, fünfeckig, sechseckig, langgestreckt, insbesondere oval, linsenförmig, sternförmig, insbesondere mit zwischen drei und sechs Schenkeln, oder schlüssellochförmig.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern bei mindestens einem Querschnitt der Hüllfläche einen Symmetriemittelpunkt dieses Querschnitts bildet.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern an mindestens einem Punkt der Länge der Bürste exzentrisch ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei Borsten mit verschiedenen Durchmessern umfasst.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine aus einem elastischen Material hergestellte Borste umfasst.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Borste umfasst, die eine Verbindung, insbesondere Partikelverbindung, umfasst, die die Verbesserung des Gleitens auf den Keratinfasern gestattet.
  24. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange mit einem Greiforgan (6) verbunden ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan so ausgebildet ist, dass es einen Behälter (2), der das aufzutragende Produkt (P) enthält, dicht verschließt.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse (Y) des die Borsten tragenden Abschnitts (12) des Kerns sich ganz auf eine gemeinsame Seite einer Ebene (R) erstreckt, die die Längsachse (X) des Endes der Stange enthält.
  27. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das der Stange entgegengesetzte Ende (12b) dieses Abschnitts (12) den Punkt des Abschnitts bildet, der von der Längsachse des Endes der Stange am weitesten entfernt ist.
  28. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem einen Abstreifer (9) umfasst, der so angeordnet ist, dass er die Bürste (5) bei ihrem Austritt aus dem Behälter abstreift.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Winkel (α) zwischen 1° und 10° beträgt.
  30. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Winkel (α) zwischen 5° und 10° beträgt.
  31. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Winkel (α) etwa 8° beträgt.
  32. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Kern in der die Achsen (X) und (Y) enthaltenden Ebene gebogen ist.
