Claims (31)

  1. Applikator für ein kosmetisches Produkt, umfassend:
    - eine Stange (4),
    - ein Auftragorgan (6), das an einem ersten Ende (5) der Stange angeordnet ist,
    - ein Greiforgan (9), das an einem zweiten Ende (8) der Stange angeordnet ist, wobei dieses zweite Ende entgegengesetzt zu dem ersten gelegen ist,
    Applikator, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange einen flexiblen Teil (11) mit Formspeicherung umfasst, und dadurch, dass die Stange eine im Wesentlichen nicht flexible untere Hälfte umfasst, die sich zwischen ihrem mit dem Auftragorgan (6) verbundenen ersten Ende (5) und der Mitte der Stange (4) erstreckt.
  2. Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange einen distalen Teil (12), der sich von dem ersten Ende (5) aus erstreckt, und einen proximalen Teil (13) umfasst, der sich von dem zweiten Ende (8) aus erstreckt, wobei die Länge des proximalen Teils kleiner als die Länger des distalen Teils ist, wobei der distale Teil und der proximale Teil durch den flexiblen Teil (11) verbunden sind.
  3. Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des distalen Teils um einen Faktor 1,5, besser 1,7 oder auch mindestens 2 größer als diejenige des proximalen Teils ist.
  4. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der distale Teil und der proximale Teil beim Auftrag jeweils im Wesentlichen geradlinig sind.
  5. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Teil so ausgebildet ist, dass der distale Teil der Stange beim Auftrag um mehr als 30°, besser mehr als 45° oder auch 60° bezüglich einer Anfangsstellung reversibel geneigt werden kann, in der der distale Teil und der proximale Teil im Wesentlichen in Flucht sind.
  6. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des flexiblen Teils (11) kleiner als diejenige mindestens eines des distalen Teils (12) und des proximalen Teils (13) ist.
  7. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Teil (11) sich über weniger als ein Drittel, besser über weniger als ein Viertel der Gesamtlänge der Stange erstreckt.
  8. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Teil (11) der Stange im Querschnitt eine größere Abmessung aufweist, die zwischen 0,2 und 1,5 mm, insbesondere zwischen 0,5 und 0,8 mm beträgt.
  9. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Teil (11) der Stange rotationssymmetrisch ist.
  10. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Teil der Stange nicht rotationssymmetrisch ist.
  11. Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Teil (11) der Stange einen Querschnitt von langgestreckter allgemeiner Form aufweist.
  12. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan (9) eine nicht rotationssymmetrische Form besitzt, die das Ergreifen des Applikators mit einer vordefinierten Ausrichtung begünstigt.
  13. Applikator nach den beiden vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan mindestens eine Zone (26) zur Aufnahme eines Fingers umfasst, insbesondere eine Abflachung oder Vertiefung, die sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Achse größerer Abmessung eines Querschnitts des flexiblen Teils erstreckt.
  14. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Teil (11) mindestens einen Durchbruch umfasst, und zwar insbesondere mindestens einen Durchbruch, der zwischen zwei Materialbrücken (28) angeordnet ist, die den distalen Teil und den proximalen Teil verbinden.
  15. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Querschnitt der Stange, insbesondere ihres distalen Teils, eine Form aufweist, die aus der folgenden Liste ausgewählt ist: kreisförmig, nicht kreisförmig, insbesondere länglich, oval, elliptisch, polygonal, insbesondere quadratisch, rechteckig, nierenförmig, gezahnt, sternförmig, mit einer oder mehreren Nuten.
  16. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Teil und mindestens einer des distalen Teils und des proximalen Teils aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen hergestellt sind.
  17. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer des proximalen Teils, des distalen Teils und des flexiblen Teils der Stange aus einem thermoplastischen Material hergestellt ist, insbesondere aus einem der Materialien, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, bestehend aus: PE, PP, POM, PA, PET, PBT.
  18. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan mindestens eines der folgenden Elemente umfasst: Haarbüschel, Filz, Beflockungsbeschichtung, Schaum.
  19. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan (6) ein Haarbüschel umfasst.
  20. Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan eine beflockte Spitze umfasst.
  21. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange an ihrem zweiten Ende ein Organ zur Befestigung an dem Greiforgan umfasst.
  22. Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsorgan einen Ansatz (15, 16) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, in das Greiforgan eingepresst und/oder eingeklinkt zu werden.
  23. Applikator nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ansatz einen rohrförmigen Mantel (15) mit einem Kragen (16) an seiner Basis umfasst.
  24. Applikator nah einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan Mittel zur Befestigung an einem Behälter, insbesondere ein Gewinde, umfasst.
  25. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Teil sich mindestens zum Teil im Inneren des Greiforgans erstreckt.
  26. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Teil sich im Wesentlichen vollständig im Inneren des Greiforgans erstreckt.
  27. Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexible Stange ausreichend biegsam ist, um der Stange zu gestatten, einen Rand des Greiforgans zu berühren, wenn die Stange geneigt ist.
  28. Vorrichtung zum Aufbewahren und Auftragen eines Produkts, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Applikator (3) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und einen das aufzutragende Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (2) umfasst.
  29. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt ein auf die Nägel aufzutragendes Produkt, insbesondere ein Nagellack oder ein Produkt zur Pflege der Nägel, ist.
  30. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt ein Eyeliner, ein Lidschatten oder ein Produkt für die Lippen ist.
  31. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan (9) des Applikators (3) eine Kappe zum Verschließen des Behälters bildet.
