Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zum Erhalten einer Nagelbürste (20) nach Art eines Ventilators, wobei das Verfahren folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a. Anordnung einer Bürste (1), umfassend:
    ∘ einen plastisch verformbaren Handgriff (2);
    ∘ eine Mehrzahl (7) von Borsten (6);
    ∘ einen Sitz an einem Ende (5) des Handgriffs (2) für die Aufnahme der Borsten (6) und mit Verbindung der Borsten (6) mit dem Handgriff (2),
    wobei der Sitz einen zylindrischen Hohlraum (11) aufweist, der durch eine kreisförmige Öffnung (14) zugänglich ist, wobei der Hohlraum (11) durch einen kreisförmigen Grund (12), der gegenüber der Öffnung (14) angeordnet ist, und durch mindestens eine Seitenwand (13) begrenzt ist, die aus Polyethylen mit niedrigen Dichte mit einer Dicke von 2 mm gefertigt ist, wobei die Borsten (6) von der Öffnung (14) ausgehend beim ersten Abschnitt (10) in den Hohlraum (11) eindringen;
    b. Kompression des Handgriffs (2) in Querrichtung in Bezug auf die Seitenwand (13) und auf einem zweiten Abschnitt (21) der der Öffnung (14) angrenzt und in einem vorbestimmten Abstand zu dem Grund (12) gelegen ist, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (21) eine Länge aufweist, die gleich 1/3 des Abstandes zwischen der Öffnung (14) und dem Grund (12), ist,
    die Kompression mit 6 N/mm2 den Handgriff (2) derart deformiert, dass die Exzentrizität der Öffnung (14) und der Grund (12) erhöht werden,
    die Kompression bewirkt eine Abflachung des Sitzes auf dem zweiten Abschnitt (21),
    wobei aufgrund der Abflachung, übernimmt die Seitenwand (13) eine solche Ausbildung, dass zumindest auf dem zweiten Abschnitt (21) abweicht die Ausbildung von dem Grund (12), wobei die Mehrzahl (7) von Borsten (6) durch die verformte Seitenwand (13) zusammengedrückt wird, um eine Ausbildung zu übernehmen, die von dem Grund (12) mit einer Winkelbreite von 18° abweicht.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ∘ die Borsten (6) auf sich selbst gebogen sind, um eine V-Form zu übernehmen;
    ∘ die Borsten (6) in der Mehrzahl (7) derart gruppiert sind, dass die Scheitelpunkte (9) der V-Form auf dem Grund (12) angeordnet sind und die Konkavitäten der V-Form zu der Öffnung (14) gerichtet sind;
    ∘ die Bürste (1) eine Bügel (8) umfasst, der mindestens einen Verbindungsabschnitt zwischen der V-Form aufweist, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt integral mit dem Handgriff (2) verbunden ist und der Verbindungsabschnitt in dem Sitz untergebracht ist und gegenüberliegend zum Grund (12) des Sitzes angeordnet ist, wobei die Bügel (8) die Borsten (6) einstückig mit dem Handgriff (2) verbindet,
    die Kompression wird erreicht, indem eine Kraft (22) aufgebracht wird, die in einer Querrichtung mit Bezug auf einer Ebene liegt, in der sich der Verbindungsabschnitt (8) befindet.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bügel (8) zwei Arme aufweist, die integral an einem jeweiligen Ende bis zum Verbindungsabschnitt am Ende des Verbindungsabschnitts verbunden sind, wobei die Arme durch den Handgriff (2) hindurchgehen, um den Verbindungsabschnitt vollständig mit dem Handgriff (2) zu verbinden,
    wobei die Kompressionskraft erreicht wird, indem eine quer zu einer Ebene zugewandte Kraft (22), in der sie liegt, geübt wird, wo der Abschnitt und die Arme aufgenommen sind.
