Claims (14)
- Aiguille à tufter (4)
comportant un corps d'aiguille (7) qui présente une tige (9) qui s'effile en formant une pointe à l'extrémité et qui est munie d'un chas (6) et, à proximité de celui-ci, d'une gorge (15), la direction d'ouverture du chas (6) étant perpendiculaire à un plan de référence (28),
la gorge (15) étant munie d'au moins un chanfrein (33,34), caractérisée en ce que le chanfrein (33, 34) est disposé obliquement par rapport au plan de référence (28) et forme à proximité du milieu de l'aiguille (29) un angle aigu (α) par rapport au plan de référence (28), qui est inférieur à un angle (β) que forme le chanfrein (33, 34), par rapport au plan de référence (28), dans des zones latéralement plus éloignées du milieu de l'aiguille (29). - Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps d'aiguille (7) a une forme aplatie.
- Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps d'aiguille (7) est muni, sur le côté situé à l'opposé de la gorge (15), d'une rainure (19) destinée à un fil.
- Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la gorge (15) présente la forme d'une surface oblongue qui est en forme de dos d'âne.
- Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle a une conformation symétrique par rapport à un plan médian (29) qui est perpendiculaire au plan de référence (28) et qui est orienté dans la direction longitudinale (11) de l'aiguille.
- Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la gorge (15) est munie de chanfreins (33, 34) des deux côtés.
- Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les chanfreins (33, 34) sont conformés symétriquement par rapport à un plan médian (29) qui est perpendiculaire au plan de référence (28) et qui est orienté dans la direction longitudinale (11) de l'aiguille.
- Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le chanfrein (33, 34) s'étend sur toute la longueur de la gorge (15).
- Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le chanfrein (33, 34) présente au moins deux surfaces du genre facettes (35, 36 ; 37, 38), qui forment respectivement des angles (α,β) différents, par rapport au plan de référence (28).
- Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les facettes (35, 36 ; 37, 38) se raccordent par une surface arrondie (41, 42).
- Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le chanfrein (33, 34) se présente sous forme d'une surface bombée (41, 42).
- Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la tige (9) a dans la zone de la gorge (15) une plus grande largeur que celle qu'elle présente ailleurs.
- Aiguille à tufter selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, dans la gorge (15), est prévue entre les chanfreins (33, 34) une surface plane (32) qui est en retrait par rapport aux surfaces voisines (16, 17).
