Claims (1)
- Unité d'impression d'une machine d'impression rotative, comportant plusieurs groupes d'impression (11, 12, 13, 14), chaque groupe d'impression comprenant un cylindre porte-cliché (15, 16, 17, 18), un cylindre de transfert (19, 20, 21, 22), un groupe d'encrage ainsi qu'éventuellement un groupe de mouillage, et au moins un cylindre de contre-pression (23), dans laquelle, en position de marche de l'impression de l'unité d'impression, chaque cylindre porte-cliché (15, 16, 17, 18) d'un groupe d'impression roule sur le cylindre de transfert (19, 20, 21, 22) du groupe d'impression respectif et chaque cylindre de transfert (19, 20, 21, 22) sur un cylindre de contre-pression (23) pour appliquer des images d'impression partielles sur un support d'impression (24) déplacé entre les cylindres de transfert (19, 20, 21, 22) et le ou chaque cylindre de contre-pression (23), l'unité d'impression se présentant sous forme d'une unité d'impression à 9 cylindres dotée de quatre cylindres porte-cliché, quatre cylindres de transfert et un seul cylindre de contre-pression, chaque cylindre porte-cliché (15, 16, 17, 18) de chaque groupe d'impression supportant au moins un cliché d'impression (29, 31) de manière à ce que chaque cylindre porte-cliché (15, 16, 17, 18) supporte dans le sens axial plusieurs images d'impression juxtaposées (30, 32) par l'intermédiaire desquelles des images d'impression partielles sont appliquées sur le support d'impression (24), les images d'impression (30, 32) juxtaposées dans le sens axial du cylindre porte-cliché respectif (15, 16, 17, 18) étant décalées dans le sens circonférentiel au niveau d'au moins un cylindre porte-cliché (15, 16, 17, 18), le décalage se définissant en fonction des écarts de registre circonférentiel entre les images d'impression partielles à imprimer dans différents groupes d'impression et plusieurs clichés d'impression réalisés sous forme de plaques d'impression (29, 31) étant disposés sur chaque cylindre porte-cliché (15, 16, 17, 18), chaque plaque d'impression (29, 31) supportant au moins une image d'impression (30, 32) et les positions des images d'impression (32) des plaques d'impression (30) juxtaposées dans le sens axial de chaque un cylindre porte-cliché (15, 16, 17, 18) étant au moins partiellement décalées mutuellement dans le sens circonférentiel, les plaques d'impression (29, 31) positionnées axialement juxtaposées sur un cylindre porte-cliché (15, 16, 17, 18) ne différant pas entre elles au niveau de leur position circonférentielle.
