Claims (7)
- Groupe d'impression d'une unité d'impression, en particulier d'une machine d'impression rotative, comportant un cylindre de transfert à entraîner (11), un cylindre porte-cliché à entraîner (12), un groupe d'encrage comprenant au moins un rouleau à entraîner (14) et de préférence un groupe de mouillage comprenant au moins un rouleau à entraîner, les cylindres à entraîner (11, 12) et les rouleaux (14) étant accouplés au niveau moteur par des roues dentées, ces roues dentées étant disposées en particulier dans plusieurs, en particulier deux plans de roues dentées de manière à ce que des roues à denture droite (18, 20, 22, 24, 25) soient disposées dans un premier plan de roues dentées (15), les roues dentées du premier plan de roues dentées (15) accouplant le cylindre de transfert (11) au cylindre porte-cliché (12) et le cylindre porte-cliché (12) à au moins un rouleau à entraîner (14) du groupe d'encrage et de préférence du groupe de mouillage, et que des roues crantées à denture oblique (26, 27) sont disposées dans un second plan de roues dentées (16), les roues dentées du second plan de roues dentées (16) accouplant un moteur d'entraînement (19) au cylindre de transfert (11), caractérisé en ce qu'un cylindre de transfert (11) d'un autre groupe d'impression et/ou cylindre satellite est de plus couplé au moteur d'entraînement (19) par les roues crantées à denture oblique (26, 27).
- Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, sur un axe (17) du cylindre de transfert (11), sont positionnées deux roues dentées, à savoir une roue à denture droite (18) dans le premier plan de roues dentées (15) et une roue à denture oblique (26) dans le second plan de roues dentées (16).
- Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la roue à denture oblique (26) positionnée dans le second plan de roues dentées (16) du cylindre de transfert (11) est accouplée à une roue à denture oblique (27) positionnée également dans le second plan de roues dentées (16) et qui est disposée sur un arbre (28) du moteur d'entraînement (29).
- Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la roue à denture oblique positionnée dans le second plan de roues dentées du cylindre de transfert est accouplée à une roue à denture oblique positionnée également dans le second plan de roues dentées et qui est disposée sur un axe séparé et est accouplée à un arbre du moteur d'entraînement par un accouplement compensateur.
- Groupe d'impression selon une ou plusieurs des revendication 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la roue à denture droite (15) positionnée dans le premier plan de roues dentées (18) du cylindre de transfert (11) est accouplée à une roue à denture droite (20) positionnée également dans le premier plan de roues dentées (15) et qui est disposée sur un axe (19) du cylindre porte-cliché (12).
- Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la roue à denture droite (20) positionnée dans le premier plan de roues dentées (15) du cylindre porte-cliché (12) est respectivement accouplée par au moins une roue à denture droite (22) positionnée également dans le premier plan de roues dentées (15) à une roue dentée (24) disposée sur un axe (23) d'un rouleau (14) du groupe d'encrage.
- Groupe d'impression selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la roue à denture droite positionnée dans le premier plan de roues dentées du cylindre porte-cliché est respectivement couplée par au moins une roue à denture droite positionnée également dans le premier plan de roues dentées à une roue dentée disposée sur un axe d'un rouleau du groupe de mouillage.
