Claims (20)

  1. Schale (1, 1', 1"; 40, 40') aus einem Kartonblattmaterial, umfassend einen Boden (6, 30) und vier Seitenwände (2, 3, 4, 5; 41), darunter zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (3, 5), die jeweils einen Flügel (9, 9') mit einem längsseitigen Umklappteil (11, 11') aufweisen, das dazu bestimmt ist, einen Umbug zu bilden, der sich über die gesamte Länge des Flügels erstreckt und als Querverbindungsträger zwischen den zwei anderen einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden fungiert,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass:
    - der Umbug sich über einen Teil der Höhe des Flügels erstreckt,
    - die Schale mechanisch gebildet wird,
    - das Flächengewicht des Kartons kleiner oder gleich 350 g/m2 ist und
    - die einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (3, 5) jeweils mindestens eine Aussparung (12) aufweisen, durch die ein Benutzer greifen kann und die unter dem Umbug angeordnet ist.
  2. Schale nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Schale (1, 1', 1" ...) einen kegelstumpfförmigen Quer- und/oder Längsschnitt aufweist, der geeignet ist, ein zumindest teilweises Einstecken der Schale (1') in eine untere Schale (1) zu ermöglichen.
  3. Schale nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der untere Teil der jeweiligen Seitenwände eine Abschrägung (110, 117) hin zu dem senkrechten Schalenteil bildet, die geeignet ist, ein zumindest teilweises Einstecken der Schale in eine untere Schale zu ermöglichen.
  4. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie aus Wellkarton besteht, dessen Riefen parallel zu dem Schalenboden sind und senkrecht zu dem Umbug verlaufen.
  5. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (2, 4; 31, 32) durch Flügel gebildet sind, die jeweils beidseitig über erste Faltlinien (17, 34) mit endseitigen Umklappteilen (7, 8; 33) verbunden sind, welche teilweise die zwei anderen Seitenwände bilden.
  6. Schale nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die jeweiligen endseitigen Umklappteile (7, 8; 33) an der Außenfläche des einen Umbug aufweisenden Flügels (9, 9') der benachbarten Seitenwand befestigt sind.
  7. Schale nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 5 und 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass
    - die Faltlinien (17) ausgehend von der Verbindungslinie der Flügel (2, 4) mit dem Boden (6) schräg nach außen weisen,
    - der obere umlaufende Boden der Flügel endseitig Ansätze T aufweist und
    - der Boden gegenüberliegende Aussparungen E umfasst, die geeignet sind, mit den Ansätzen zusammenzuwirken.
  8. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (3, 5), welche die längsseitigen, einen Umbug bildenden Umklappteile aufweisen, einen vertikalen zentralen Abschnitt aufweisen, der niedriger ist als die benachbarten Seitenwände.
  9. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie ausgestaltet ist, um mindestens eine Lage von Behältern (25) zu enthalten, die im oberen Bereich miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die jeweiligen Abmessungen der Behälter und der Schale derart sind, dass die obere Behälterlage geeignet ist, das Gewicht der oberen Schale mittels oder nicht mittels einer dazwischen angeordneten Zwischenplatte zu tragen.
  10. Schale nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass ihre Abmessungen derart sind, es zu ermöglichen, die Schalen auf einer Höhe, die kleiner oder gleich 1/3 der Schalenhöhe ist, ineinander zu stecken.
  11. Schale nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche für die Aufbewahrung von Behälterlagen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die jeweiligen Abmessungen zwischen Behältern und Schale derart sind, dass die Unterseite des oberen Bereichs der unteren Lage sich über dem Umbug befindet.
  12. Zuschnitt (16) für die mechanische Bildung einer Schale, umfassend ein rechteckiges zentrales Feld, welches auf jeder Seite mit einem Flügel versehen ist, und zwar mit zwei ersten einander gegenüberliegenden Flügeln (9) und zwei zweiten rechteckigen bzw. im Wesentlichen rechteckigen, einander gegenüberliegenden Flügeln (2, 4; 31, 32),
    wobei die zweiten einander gegenüberliegenden Flügel (2, 4; 31, 32) jeweils beidseitig über erste Faltlinien (17, 34) mit endseitigen Umklappteilen (7, 8; 33) verbunden sind,
    wobei die ersten Flügel (9) jeweils ein längsseitiges Umklappteil (11) aufweisen, das geeignet ist, zur Bildung eines Umbugs zur Innenseite der Schale umgeklappt zu werden,
    wobei das Umklappteil sich über die gesamte Länge des Flügels erstreckt,
    wobei der Umbug geeignet ist, nach Bildung der Schale als Querverbindungsträger zwischen den zwei zweiten Flügeln zu fungieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das längsseitige Umklappteil sich über eine Seite des ersten entsprechenden Flügels erstreckt und geeignet ist, durch Klebung auf einem Teil der Höhe des Flügels befestigt zu werden,
    dass das Flächengewicht des Kartons kleiner oder gleich 350 g/m2 ist, und
    dass die Flügel ferner jeweils mindestens eine Aussparung (12) aufweisen, die nach Bildung des Umbugs einen darunter angeordneten Griff bildet.
  13. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass jeder Flügel mit dem zentralen Feld durch einen Streifen (110, 117) verbunden ist, der jeweils beidseitig des Streifens über parallele Faltlinien (123, 124; 116, 116') mit dem Flügel und mit dem zentralen Feld verbunden ist, wobei die Seitenränder des Streifens sich schräg nach außen in Bezug auf das zentrale Feld erstrecken.
  14. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die ersten Faltlinien (17) schräg in Bezug auf die Kanten der Schale verlaufen, so dass sie ihr eine Kegelstumpfform mit der kleinen Basis auf der Seite des zentralen Felds verleihen.
  15. Zuschnitt nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 12 und 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass er aus Wellkarton besteht, wobei die Riefen parallel zu den mit Seitenumklappteilen versehenen Flügeln (2, 4; 31, 32) verlaufen.
  16. Zuschnitt nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die zweiten Flügel (2, 4; 52, 54; 31, 32; 131, 132) breiter sind als die ersten, mit Umbug-Umklappteilen versehenen Flügel sind.
  17. Verpackung mit einer Schale nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass sie mindestens eine Lage (24) aus mindestens zwei Reihen von Behältern (25) enthält, die im oberen Bereich (26) der jeweiligen Lagen miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die jeweiligen Abmessungen der Behälter und der Schale derart sind, dass die obere Behälterlage geeignet ist, das Gewicht der oberen Schale mittels oder nicht mittels einer dazwischen angeordneten Zwischenplatte zu tragen.
  18. Maschine zur Bildung einer Schale (1) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 aus einem Zuschnitt (20) aus einem Blattmaterial, umfassend ein Bodenfeld (6) mit Seitenflügeln (2, 3, 4, 5), von denen einige endseitige Umklappteile (7, 8) aufweisen und welche die Seitenwände der Schale bilden, wobei die Maschine einen Dorn (142) aufweist, ferner Mittel (144), um die Seitenflügel und die entsprechenden Umklappteile gegen die gegenüberliegenden Flächen des Dorns zu legen, und Mittel, um die derart umgeklappten Flügel und Umklappteile aneinander zu befestigen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Maschine ferner Folgendes aufweist:
    - eine Auflageplatte (140) auf der Oberfläche des Bodenfelds, welche Seitenränder (150, 151) umfasst, die zur Bildung einer im Quer- und Längsschnitt kegelstumpfförmigen Schale hochgezogen sind, deren Form komplementär ist zu derjenigen des Bodens der zu bildenden Schale, wobei der Dorn (142) einen Anlegeteil aufweist, dessen Form komplementär ist zu derjenigen der Auflageplatte,
    - Mittel (143), um den Dorn gegen die Auflageplatte zur Anlage zu bringen, und
    - Leimauftrager, die es ermöglichen, während der Zuführung eines Zuschnitts auf die querseitigen Flügel und/oder längsseitigen Umklappteile Haftmittellinien aufzutragen, und Druckorgane, die vorgesehen sind, um die längsseitigen Umklappteile gegen die benachbarten querseitigen Seitenflügel anzulegen, um Umbuge zu bilden.
  19. Maschine nach Anspruch 18,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Dorn (142) zwischen einer ersten Position für die Bildung der Schale und einer zweiten Position für die Freigabe der Schalenwände einziehbar ist.
  20. Maschine nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 18 und 19,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Druckorgane mindestens eine vertikale längsseitige Anlegevorrichtung umfassen, die angeordnet ist, um das Bodenfeld gegen die Auflagefläche beabstandet zu der Verbindungslinie zum entsprechenden querseitigen Flügel anzulegen, und Mittel zum Falten und Anlegen des längsseitigen Umklappteils, umfassend einen Anlegezylinder, der angeordnet ist, um das Umklappteil gegen den benachbarten Flügel umzuklappen.
